This was our second time staying at this villa and it was just as lovely as the first time. Big spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen and great location in a quiet neighborhood. Communication between owner and management company was excellent as well.

The amenities were great gameroom was excellent pool & Spa were clean. Family spent hours in both. Went to universal every day only about 25 to 30 minute drive even with traffic. Lots of restaurants & grocery stores within 4 miles from house. Highly recommend

Loved this villa from the start to end, no complaints and loved the extra touch of toilet rolls in each bathroom, washing liquid etc. You don't get that at most villas. A home from home feel, very close to the Disney, close enough for a midday break which we've never been able to do. Would recommend and hopefully stay again one day :) Thanks Michel.

Great vacation home

It was very nice place to stay and unwind after the day’s activities. Nice and close to Disney not too far to universal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice and warm. And the games room was a nice added touch. Thank you for the opportunity.

We have a lovely and roomy place to stay for three adult couples. The kitchen was very nice and the layout of the house was such that it provided privacy. It was excellent!

Great location for larger group

Everything was clean and perfectly set up!! Thr only issue is the sliding glass door to the pool backyard area was stuck and was very hard to open. The pool was clean there was lits of towels!!

House is located close to all Disney attractions.Unfortunately the rental is dated and is quite literally the house only. Kitchen pots, pans and utensils are past due. Beds were hard as a rock and pillows were basically trash. Ceiling fans squeaked, grout cracking on floors.Many uninvited visitors... cockroaches in the games room and in the living room(Game room was unused due to the reoccurring bug issues). Exterminator was sent quickly when the issue was brought up but the bugs remained an issue.Wifi was excellent and tvs in all rooms was a nice feature.Pool was in good working order but pool deck was dirty and needs some upkeep.Thankfully most of the vacation was spent outside the house at various parks.

Rest and Relaxation

This trip was all about relaxation for our annual 4 generation retreat and we had a fantastic time. This property offered so many things to make that possible. From the wonderful pool, comfy beds and fantastic game room. We had no need to contact the owner as everything was great and as described. From previous reviews we already knew the sliding door didn't operate properly which was not a big deal nor worth calling over, we just used the other entrances to the pool area. We definitely will rent again. This was truly another great opportunity to create memories of our 4 generations!!

Great Place to Stay!

The house is very comfortable - the bedrooms are spread out so that everyone felt privacy. The game room was a fun place to hang out when stuck in the house on a rainy day. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy stay, everything was clean and orderly.

Kitchen had everything we needed except a sheet tray. Kids loved the pool, and we loved the hot tub after long days. Easy to get to parks. Only wish there were some throw blankets around for the couches.

Hakuna Matata? What a wonderful home!!!

Centrally located property to the parks and a short trip from the local airport, this property provided the perfect home base for us park goers to have a calm retreat from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again!

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
