FANTASTIC 2 BR / 2 BA PROCHE DE LA PISCINE ET DU PREMIER UNITÉ DE CLUBHOUSE.

Bienvenue à Falling Waters sur Davis Blvd, qui abrite la plus grande piscine de style tropical de S. W. Floride. Cette unité ultra propre et décorée avec goût de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain dispose de toutes les commodités que vous souhaiteriez pour votre maison de vacances.

La chambre principale avec lit king-size a des curseurs à une grande véranda moustiquaire qui donne sur la piscine et le club-house. Il y a une grande salle de bain avec douche et WC. La suite principale comprend un grand dressing et est meublée avec goût, y compris une nouvelle moquette.

La cuisine personnalisée est entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur, une cuisinière / four, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle plus récent et une poubelle. Comprend ustensiles, vaisselle, batterie de cuisine, cafetière, bouilloire électrique et grille-pain.

En outre, dans le condo, les ventilateurs de plafond et la télévision par câble. Buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Est également inclus un téléphone pour les appels nationaux illimités et les ventilateurs de plafond. Bien sûr, la climatisation centrale est installée depuis 2 ans. Il y a un abri pour une voiture et une place de stationnement pour les invités.

Le salon ouvert a des curseurs vers la même véranda donnant sur la piscine avec un ensemble à manger pour les repas à l'extérieur. Chambre d'amis a 2 lits jumeaux avec un placard de bonne taille et la deuxième salle de bain juste à côté de la chambre. Une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces se trouve dans le salon et une télévision à écran plat plus petite dans la chambre principale. Draps et serviettes fournis.

Nous comprenons certainement l'importance de votre expérience de vacances. Savoir que vous êtes à proximité de la piscine, de la plage, des magasins, des restaurants et des activités joue un rôle important dans le choix de votre lieu de séjour. Cet emplacement est idéal car vous êtes suffisamment proche de tout accès sage, mais suffisamment éloigné pour passer des soirées tranquilles en famille ou entre amis. Nous parlons English
 
 La proximité des plages, des magasins et restaurants du Vieux Naples, de la baie de Naples et du golf est la raison principale pour laquelle nous avons décidé d'acheter à Falling Waters. En plus de posséder une immense piscine, notre condo est très proche des banques, des épiceries, des pharmacies, etc.

Voyager à seulement 10 minutes du cœur de Naples (vieille ville) et du golfe n’est que l’une des raisons pour lesquelles nous l’aimons ici. Nous profitons de la vie privée offerte par la communauté, ainsi que du grand clubhouse et du complexe hôtelier, comme une piscine. La piscine a toutes les commodités de rester dans un complexe hôtelier, chaises longues, tables de jeux de cartes. Il y a des chutes d'eau partout dans la communauté pour rendre votre course du matin ou vos promenades du soir un peu plus agréables. Tennis et pétanque ne sont qu'une fonctionnalité supplémentaire que vous pouvez utiliser si vous le souhaitez. Si vous voulez regarder la télévision sur grand écran, le grand club-house est l'endroit idéal, ou peut-être juste pour vous asseoir et lire.

Home was well provisioned with supplies and housewares, nothing was needed. Clean and comfortable space. Alan (owner) wasn’t needed much but when I texted him he replied right away. I would definitely stay here again next year when we come back.

The Mulhollands were the perfect guests. When the cleaning crew came in at the end of their stay, they told me how clean the condo was. They were also thoughtful enough to help the cleaning crew out by starting the laundry prior to their departure. I would gladly host them again, anytime. Thanks for staying with us at Falling Waters.

Fell for Falling Waters!

Enjoyed this property. Conveniently located to DT Naples, grocery stores and local shops. Condo community is beautiful and the pool area is superb! People in the community were all so kind and friendly.

Lovely Falling Waters

Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. The condo was literally a two minute walk from the gorgeous pool. Being on the first floor was an added bonus, especially for older couples. Alan, the owner, had excellent communication with us. Would definitely return.

Fabulous Falling Waters

Falling Waters is a great place for "getting away from it all". The resort is beautiful with well tended gardens and a fantastic pool. The whole area is very walkable. The people are very friendly. A bonus was having water exercise classes available. The unit is spacious, comfortable and has everything needed for the stay. The pool was close by which made it easy for walking. However, if a beach and shopping are a must, then a drive is required. Another plus, was the owner's organization in providing needed information for the easy check in and general information for Falling Waters. He also was very responsive when we contacted him.

Not as expected at all.

Day one noticed ants all over dinning room table with crumbs stuck between and under glass. Internet which was key as I was talking on a working vacation was spotty at best. Had to unplug the modem each day to illuminate connectivity issues. No cable in either master bedroom or guest bedroom despite being told there was. Cable company couldn’t fix it as they said it wasn’t their equipment. Quest bathroom toilet didn’t work and plumber had to come out and fix it. First night ants were in bed and had to remove sheets and put them in the wash. Went to store and got ant spray and ant traps to put in each room to try and get rid of them. Once that was done the ants situation seemed to correct itself. But not tv for the entire stay in any of the bedrooms.

Thanks for leaving a review. I do want you to know that I take them very seriously and would like to address the facts. First, I do apologize about the problem with the guest bathroom toilet. Since you communicated it to me so quickly, I was able to get a plumber out there the very next day. I am glad that since there was only one person in the condo, you were still able to use the master bathroom, but still I apologize. As for the internet problem, since we have an electronic lock on the condo, I was able to go back for the length of time of your stay. I didn't see any day that the internet went down. It shows connectivity for each day. So I am not sure what the problem was. You never let me know that there was a problem with the internet at any time that you were there. I would have addressed the issue as I did the toilet issue. You did let me know that there was a problem with the TV's in the bedrooms. Since I live in a different state, I immediately called the cable company to allow you to have full access to my account, so they would speak to you about it. After two days of it not working, you let me know at that point that the issue was not solved. Again, I apologize about that. As for the ant problem, once again you never communicated that there was a problem. If you did tell me there were ants, I would have addressed the problem. I am responsible for everything in the condo and guests should expect to have a worryless and pleasant stay.. There is no way that I could known about any of the problems you had, or guests going forward, unless it is communicated to me. I take it very seriously when my guests encounter any problems. So I am sorry that your stay wasn't a pleasant one. I can assure you that since you have now let me know there are problems, I can remediate them for my following guests.

Caribbean Resort Pool

Large unit with all the amenities. We stayed for 1 month. Close to beaches, downtown and the pool is like you are staying at a 5 star resort on the islands. Alan was a great host and easy to connect and communicate with!

A little bit of paradise

The condo has a good size dining room and comfortable living room. Kitchen is well stocked. Master bedroom is large. The back lanai looks out into a colorful, peaceful garden. The spectacular pool is just steps away from the front yard. We would return to Falling Waters!

Outstanding

Condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Owner was very accommodating, easy to deal with and very easy to contact. The best deal in Falling Waters was the location to the fabulous pool. A short walk away. A renters dream.

I want to thank Chuck for being such a great guest. There was a time or two where the association needed some furniture moved on the lanai, and he was very gracious and accommodating. I don't like to bother my guests while they are holiday and Chuck was, as I said, very gracious. I hope that when you think of Naples again, you will give us a call. Thanks!

We have owned in Falling Waters since 2009 and we thoroughly enjoy the condo when we are able to use it. The fact that this is a gated and guarded community (guard is on duty from 7am to 10PM) and it has the largest pool in S.W. Florida, makes this community all the more fun to stay at. Not only is the pool the gem of the community, but the condo is overlooking the pool. Just steps to both the clubhouse and the pool. In addition, Fifth Ave South is just 4 miles away, while the Gulf beaches are 6 miles.
