BIENVENUE dans notre condo de niveau principal 2 BR 2 BA dans la luxuriante communauté fermée de Falling Waters. AUCUN ESCALIER à grimper et c'est une BALADE FACILE DE 5 MINUTES sous les palmiers vers la plus grande piscine chauffée de forme libre de Naples! Notre condo est propre et lumineux, avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec une nouvelle cafetiÚre et mixeur, une mijoteuse, un gril électrique, un grille-pain, etc. Vous pouvez trouver une grande variété de fruits et légumes frais dans le supermarché Publix pratique juste en bas de la rue sur Davis Boulevard, ou essayez les nombreux restaurants exceptionnels pour lesquels Naples est connue!

La suite principale spacieuse offre un lit queen, un grand dressing, un nouveau téléviseur Samsung et une salle de bain principale récemment rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit, une baignoire et une douche. Lits jumeaux dans le 2Úme BR et comptoir en Corian et baignoire / douche dans le 2Úme bain. Bar Pass-thru avec 3 tabourets pivotants, la table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes, un canapé-lit / canapé pour les personnes supplémentaires, un autre nouveau téléviseur à écran plat et lecteur DVD (service de télévision par cùble inclus), un bureau avec Wi-Fi inclus et un nouveau laveuse et sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser. Il y a des raquettes de tennis et des chaises de plage dans le placard du hall, ainsi qu'un parapluie pour la douche tropicale occasionnelle inattendue. L'abri couvert est situé à travers un jardin luxuriant à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée.

Mon endroit préféré pour se détendre est la véranda avec vue sur un lac privé, une ßle tropicale privée et une fontaine fascinante qui s'allume aprÚs la tombée de la nuit pour votre plaisir du soir. Traversez le pont jusqu'à l'ßle privée et vous trouverez des sentiers de marche en briques et un banc ombragé parfait pour lire ou simplement profiter de la solitude et de l'air frais.

IdĂ©alement situĂ© sur Davis Blvd, ce paradis privĂ© n'est qu'Ă  quelques minutes en voiture des plages de sable blanc de Naples et des boutiques, restaurants et vie nocturne de la CinquiĂšme Avenue dans le vieux Naples. Cependant, si vous ne voulez jamais quitter cette oasis de sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© et que vous ne le pouvez pas, tout est Ă  distance de marche de ce condo. Le cƓur de la communautĂ© est une fabuleuse piscine de forme libre de 13 000 pieds carrĂ©s, considĂ©rĂ©e comme la plus grande et la plus belle du sud-ouest de la Floride. LĂ , vous pourrez profiter du soleil chaud de la Floride, faire un plongeon ou faire connaissance avec vos voisins et vous faire de nouveaux amis avec des gens du monde entier!

Il y a deux courts de tennis en terre battue (raquettes et balles stockées dans le placard du hall pour votre usage), des terrains de pétanque ombragés / grillagés, un putting green et un sentier de marche / vélo. Le club house spacieux propose une bibliothÚque bien garnie, une connexion Wi-Fi, des cours de fitness en continu, des jeux de cartes, des danses et des activités sociales tout au long de l'année. Vous aurez plaisir à rencontrer les résidents et les invités toute l'année qui sont à la fois serviables et amicaux.

Une visite à travers les portes gardées dans Falling Waters, et je suis tombée amoureuse des routes sinueuses à travers l'ambiance romantique follement tropicale, mais impeccablement entretenue. . . palmiers, plantes à fleurs, passerelles en briques, cascades, lacs cachés et charmants condos au toit de tuiles nichés.

Second time and even better

It was good, but it's even better. This is the second time we have rent this condo because the owners are very nice. This year, they made several renovations (mattress, interior and exterior furniture... No more carpets. This condo is on the first floor, which is rarely the case for a rental condo. Loved Falling Waters!

What a wonderful vacation we had staying in your condo in Falling Waters! We spent time at the beautiful white sand beaches, we attended some wonderful theater performances (The Odd Couple, Phantom of the Opera and Oklahoma), and hung out at the marvelous Falling Waters swimming pool where we soaked up some sunshine and met some interesting people from other parts of the country. Your condo was just as you described: clean, bright and user friendly. The kitchen was complete, the beds were comfortable, the laundry room came in handy and the new TV’s gave us a chance to catch up on the world news in-between our outings. We especially enjoyed the back lanai overlooking the lake and little Isabel couldn’t wait to go explore on the private island. We had a ball and can’t wait to return next year! Steer clear of this property

Condo was dirty, bedding and towels need replacing. Kitchen pans were dirty as was the stove. Electrical cables hanging down from tv were dangerous. Took 7 days to get tv reception. Had to get pest control in kitchen to get rid of roaches. Had cleaners in to clean floors and windows and ceiling fans. Mould in showers and on windows. Condo needs a thorough clean and make over before renting again. Glass top tables were dangerous for children as no anti slip pads on legs. After cleaners and pest control had been it was just acceptable or we would have demanded a refund and left.

Falling Waters Condo with Great location

The condo we rented in March, 2018 was great. It had a lanai on each end of the unit, which was nice. The furniture was very comfortable. The condo was very close walking distance to the fabulous pool. The location of Falling Waters is very convenient to downtown Naples and great beaches. Jackie was very nice and very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We highly recommend this unit and would return.

Amazing!

Jackie is an amazing home owner...the home was as described. We had a great Christmas break! The pool was nice and relaxing, and very clean. Most of the gate guards were very friendly, my only real issue was with Melanie in the clubhouse. She triple charged me for a keycard, and gate sticker for my car. After literally explaining to her 12 times...literally, I am not exaggerating, my mom even tried to explain to her 5 times, she just didn't get it, and is really not pleasant to deal with, she finally issued a refund for the over charge. Highly recommend this property. Thank you so much Jackie!

Fantastic Falling Waters

We enjoyed our month at Falling Waters. It is a very friendly and beautifully landscaped community. Our condo was very clean, brightly decorated, and comfortably furnished. The master suite has a queen bed, lots of dresser and storage space, and a very nice master bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and a convenient bath just outside the bedroom door. The kitchen has a small dining table which was nice for the two of us. However, we appreciated the large diningroom table which was great for games and entertaining friends. The location of the condo is very convenient. It is within easy walking distance of the absolutely fantastic salt water pool and club house. There are also tennis courts nearby. Thank-you, Jackie, for sharing your home with us.

we stayed december 2016 for 3 weeks in this very clean and nice condo, from the first day we know that we made a good choice to stay our 3 weeks in Florida. the resort is nice and quiet and close to the center of Naples and shopping malls.. we hope to go back there once! and the owner is very Helpfull and friendly.

Water is gold...although all 4 seasons are beautiful, we can't wait for spring to get our hands in the dirt and grow whatever has a will to survive! We are semi-retired business people with backgrounds in construction, management, real estate and sales. We have strong roots in Montana/Wyoming, so owning a condo in Florida is a whole new adventure!

When I entered the gates, I thought I'd found Paradise! Water everywhere, beautiful tropical plants, towering palm trees, lush landscaping, winding roads , warm sunshine and an amazing swimming pool ...Are you kidding me?! To top it off, just a short drive and you can be sitting on a sandy beach watching the waves lap against the shore. . .Who could ask for anything more!

CONVENIENT & WORRY FREE! Just bring your toothbrush and a swimming suit --everything is provided for you! The pool is kept a just right temp--& there's always plenty of lounge chairs, the floors in the condo are tile so no worries there -- the kitchen is fully equipped with easy to wipe down Corian tops and stainless steel appliances. There are extra bath towels, sheets & blankets, a blow dryer and laundry soap.
Convenience! The supermarket, drugstore, filling station and beauty salon are close by, the pier and beaches are within 10 minutes and live entertainment and shopping galore are a straight shot down Davis Blvd to 5th Avenue South. You can enjoy the serenity of a nature lover's paradise one minute and drive through the gates to a bustling cosmopolitan city the next. With 90 golf courses in the Naples area, you can always find a different green to test your skills --not to mention the chartered fishing boats or the huge pickle ball complex 10 minutes away.
