We are located in the historical downtown area of Conway, SC just outside Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a completely renovated home that was built in the 1930’s. House is situated over 2 floors with lots of amenities. Plenty of space and completely upgraded for an enjoyable stay that is close to the beaches, shopping, golf courses and much more.

The perfect Conway location

We were a family of 10 attending a family reunion in Conway and this house was perfect for us. The location cannot be beat. The home is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood and minutes to the downtown area. The owner responded to all of our needs. Would highly recommend.

CCU Graduation

We were in Conway for our student's graduation from CCU and had our family at the house. Everything was fantastic - location to downtown Conway, great neighborhood for walks, amenities at the house and the house set up. The back porch was perfect for having coffee in the morning and the round table in the dining room was great for card games. Overall, a really great stay.

Fabulous!

This house is perfect for a few couples or a family get together. Lots or space! Clean! Easy communication with the owner. The rooms are good size and the beds are super comfy! Kitchen also well stocked with anything you need. 5 out of 5! Would definitely book again!

BEST STAY EVER!

One of the most beautiful homes! It’s definitely spacious, it’s only 20 minutes to the beach. Host is super nice and definitely easy to contact if need be.

My family enjoyed the home. It was in a nice area, very kid friendly (for girls). The kitchen is where we spent most of our time cooking and eating. I do not have anything negative to say about the stay.

Exceeded our expectations

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! This house was beautiful, cozy and very spacious. Pictures do not do it justice. Owen was wonderful and responsive. If you are looking to travel to Conway or the Myrtle beach area I would definitely recommend this property.

This is a beautiful older house with really nice updates throughout. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing get away.

Beautiful home away from home

Just book it! This home is beautiful, spacious, recently upgraded and well equipped! Located in a quiet historic area of downtown Conway, walking distance to shops and restaurants on the Riverwalk, a few miles drive to CCU and a quick 30m ride from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. Plenty of communal space for large families to spread out or spend time together, kid friendly spaces, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and beautiful kitchen and outdoor spaces make this home everything you could want for a relaxing getaway! Host was very accommodating and responsive to questions and provided great recommendations for local eateries. We will be back for sure!

QUIET, NICE AND ROOMY... PICTURES WERE VERY ACCURATE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS UPSTAIRS WAS WARM DURING THE DAY AND THERMOSTAT SEEMED TO BE CONTROLLED AND WITH A 2 YEAR OLD IT WAS HARD TO LAY DOWN FOR NAP...OVERALL GREAT STAY...

Myrtle Beach Trip

Property manager shows genuine interest in taking care of the property and puts a lot of thought and work into making the home comfortable for families to visit the beach. It was obvious within minutes of walking through the door. No complaints, would certainly do business again.

Exceeded my expectations

This property is well kept and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house has more room than we actually needed. We could tell the owner takes pride in maintaining his property. None of us have any complaints. The pictures do not give this home any justice. Loved the house!!!

The South House Delivered

The South House was more beautiful than the pictures. The various rooms allowed us to be together or apart when needed. We especially loved the location. Close to food, shopping and not too far from the beach, but far enough to have the quietness needed. It was the perfect location for my family and I to enjoy spring break while visiting with my granddivas that live in the area. The owner was easy to reach and provided necessary responses.
