2 Bedrm / 2 salles de bain Myrtle Beach Family Friendly Villa. Récemment mise à jour tout au long !!

Cette location est un 2 chambre spacieuse, 2 salles de bain condo situé au Legends Golf Resort à Myrtle Beach qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il ya deux lits queen dans la chambre principale, 2 lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis, ainsi que d'un grand salon et une salle de séjour spacieuse. Nous avons récemment effectué de nombreuses mises à jour, notamment de nouveaux appareils ménagers, de nouveaux revêtements de sol en bois franc, de nouvelles moquettes, de nouveaux stores, un nouveau système de climatisation, de nouveaux téléviseurs HD, etc.

Nous fournissons tous les draps, serviettes, vaisselle et l'argenterie (la cuisine est entièrement équipée). Les clients auront libre accès aux tribunaux piscine et tennis situés juste en face de la villa ainsi que les bains à remous situé juste une courte promenade sur le trottoir. Il existe une gamme de conduite éclairée à la pratique putting green et bunker disponibles ainsi (seaux de balles sont de 5 $). S'il vous plaît se renseigner sur des réductions sur les green fees à l'un des trois parcours de championnat de la communauté.

La villa comprend un seulement quelques pas de la porte d'entrée grande piscine et des courts de tennis bien entretenus. Le Ailsa Pub propose une délicieuse cuisine et boire tous les jours et est à 5 minutes à pied de notre unité. Il ya des bains à remous situés derrière le Ailsa Pub ainsi.

Myrtle Beach principales attractions (le front de mer, de Broadway à la plage, d'importantes zones commerçantes, etc.) sont tous dans un rayon de conduite de 10-15 minutes de la propriété.

Certains de nos destinations locales préférées incluent Brookgreen Gardens, Surfside Beach, et Rivertown Bistro à proximité Conway.

Le stationnement est gratuit sur place et il ya plusieurs places disponibles.

L'aéroport est à seulement 5-10 minutes en voiture ainsi.

Les taxis sont très raisonnables et vous emmènera partout à Myrtle Beach.

I had a fantastic stay at this rental property located at Legends Resort! The condo was spotless and very well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. Parking was extremely convenient, with the lot located directly in view of our unit, which added peace of mind. The owner, Dan, went above and beyond—he checked in multiple times during our stay to ensure everything was perfect and that our needs were met. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent communication and location

Dan was wonderful communicating with and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend his place especially if you are coming to enjoy all the wonderful golf courses nearby. The pool was right across from the condo and the condo itself has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

This is the best rental property experience we've had. From booking to check out. Communication with Daniel is excellent and the rental was super clean top to bottom. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in Myrtle!

A Great Place!

The condo was in great condition. It was clean and spacious for our group of 7. It’s located across from the pool and a very short drive to shopping and restaurants. It’s within 20-30 minutes from both Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach. Dan is very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Ladies’ Golf Trip

This unit is a great place for 4 golfers. There are 2 beds in each room. Condo was very clean and was within walking distance of the Ailsa Pub. Dan checked in with us several times.

Golf course condo

Comfy beds. Close walk to pool. And close to my mom in Conway are all things we enjoyed. Plus it is short drive to Broadway at the beach. And the mall. Owner checked in several times to make sure everything was ok. If only I played golf the legends golf club looked super nice!

We've done a lot of updating since purchasing the property including all new appliances, new flooring, windows, furniture and electronics.

We really enjoy the quiet location at the Legends Resort while still being close to all of Myrtle Beach's major attractions.
