Amazing stay in Phoenix metro area!

This property was fabulous with a huge backyard and lots of yard games, putting green, horseshoes- everything you could hope for. House was very clean and had all the kitchenware you could need. Top on my list were the amazingly comfortable beds. bedsabedding.

The host was on the spot if we needed anything. She came over and introduced herself. She set up Christmas decorations since we were there on Christmas Day. There was so much to do.Board gamesCard gamesPutting greenPool table Basketball hoop and concrete area to play Hot tub- perfect temperature and cleanPool- the heater wasn’t working great. It never got over 73, but I don’t think she knew. There were good quality pool toys for the kids andLots of towels! The kitchen had anything and everything you would need to prepare meals and eat comfortably. I made mashed potatoes with dinner one night and even found an electric hand mixer to use! There was a blender but I didn’t need it. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were nice. Furniture was comfortable and well maintained. There was lots of space for our family. We live on 3 acres so I was appreciative I didn’t have to worry about the kids bothering neighbors since we we had space between the homes.It was a great place to stay for the holidays and our family in town could come see us with plenty of parking and room to visit. The outdoor area was well lit with lights throughout the property and putting green. There were curtains & small lights on the gazebo around the hot tub.The only thing I wished was different was that the pool heater had been working properly, but things happen and based on how well all the other amenities were provided down to each detail, I’m sure that issue was not known.

Excellent Family Vacation Home

Very conveniently located off of Happy Valley Rd allowed us to get anywhere on the north side of Phoenix with minimal traffic delays. Kids loved the variety of activities available in the backyard and of course the heated pool.

Family Wedding Weekend

The Biggest Backyard!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was super clean and in a great location. The kids loved the backyard and enjoyed all of the games and hot tub. The owner was super sweet and even brought over a new basketball for the boys. We would highly recommend this home.

Well supplied home

Opening the front door, we felt like someone lived there. It is an older home supplied with cooking spices, resealable bags, laundry detergent, etc. There’s a large area outside for play, and plenty of dining and relaxing area. The property is large in a quiet neighborhood. We did find it odd that there is a skylight in the master bedroom, but in April it did not bother us.

Quiet location and cozy house

Quiet location close to shopping and amenities. The house is well furnished. It was perfect for our 6 person family. Plenty of space and a great back yard for the kids to run around in safely.

A nice, well-kept house on a rather large property. Out of the way, yet a short distance to just about anything you need. Worked well for our family with older children. Good location for anyone visiting northwest Phoenix.

Great Location

Home was clean and very comfortable. Had a group of seven and home accommodated us well. Location is close to shopping and grocery stores making it super convenient for us! Definitely recommend!

Excellent Property

This property is well above five stars. The owner has provided everything you might need. We had a slight sewer problem and the property management was right on top of it and fixed it pronto. Desert Country Coziness

This property felt like home. It was a very well-kept property that was very warm and cozy. This property is on acreage which gives space for everyone and the ability to enjoy the stars. However, there is everything you need within minutes which made it extremely convenient for dining out, entertainment and shopping. We loved it so much that we have already booked another weeekend!

Was only needing a place for a short stay. Worked out perfect. Plenty of parking, large lot, with what sounds to be expansion of the back yard and a pool this fall. Which will be my choice for my next trip to the area. Beds, bed, and bath linens top quality and comfortable!!!
