Spacious Retreat w/ Free Heated Pool – Close to Stadium & Ballparks!

Welcome to this 4-bedroom, 2-bath gem in Peoria. This single-level home, with its open floor plan, offers a fantastic retreat for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. With its spacious bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, full bed, bunk bed (full over full), and twin trundle bed, everyone will find their perfect spot to unwind. The house features amenities like WiFi, Smart TVs, and keypad entry ensuring a comfortable stay. The two full bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. There is also a full laundry room with detergent included. Whether you're into some serious competition or just want to have fun, the shuffleboard and air hockey table are waiting for you!

In the backyard, you'll find a covered porch with comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful blue heated pool to enjoy those spectacular AZ sunsets. The pool is heated free of charge. A cover is provided and should be put on the pool each night (and during the day when not in use) in order to retain the heat.

Please do not adjust the pool settings - if there is a problem with the pool, please contact the owner directly.

This house is located just 7 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex where you'll find the Mariners and the Padres during Spring Training months. There are many other community events when Spring Training isn't in session including seasonal markets, Food Truck festivals, and more! State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals) is located a quick 15 minute drive away, along with the popular Westgate for restaurants and shopping. Along with Topgolf, you'll find many golf courses nearby. It is also a convenient drive to Barrett Jackson and TPC Scottsdale. Grocery stores and other retail stores are also close by.

Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. These cover the front door entry, the side yard facing the pool equipment, and the opposite side yard facing the gate. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces or the pool/patio.

The house was great! It was very clean and just as described. We appreciate the house being supplied with essentials. Unfortunately our son and family were not able to make our trip due to illness, so my husband and I had the whole house to ourselves. The master bed was so comfortable. The pool was heated but other than put my feet in we did not use it. Communication was easy with owner. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Check in process was very easy and the host was great at communicating with me, getting back to me right away with any questions I had. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the air hockey and shuffleboard tables. The kitchen was fully stocked with cook and dish ware. Each bedroom was perfect with space and the beds were extremely comfortable as well as the bedding. The backyard has a fire pit along with nice outdoor lighting and the pool was heated to a perfect temperature. I would definitely recommend staying at this property and would do so again with my family.

The house was amazing, very clean and very spacious. WELL worth the money for sure. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need from coffee in the morning to a nice dinner with family, everything is there. The beds are very comfortable and there is more than enough room for everyone. Highly recommend staying here and we definitely will be in the future!

We cannot say enough positive things about this house! It was beautifully decorated with attention to little details like books, games, amenities and bedding. There was plenty to entertain us. The pool was warm and clean. In fact the entire house was thoroughly clean. We felt right at home. To make it even better our host was kind and helpful. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here. We will be coming back if we make a trip there again!

Worth it 


Great 3 bedroom/2 bath single level home located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great proximity to restaurants/shopping/grocery/entertainment district/ park with walking trail. The house is super clean all the linens were good quality. The bed was very comfortable! Easy check in and check out process. Great communication with owner. The owner has gone above and beyond to supply shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for anything you need
. The pool was great!We would stay here again!

Parents Weekend!

6 parents got away for a concert at State Farm Stadium, only a short 10 minute drive away. House was very clean and had everything we needed, and some extra little things like an air pump for our pool floaties! We LOVED the shuffle board and air hockey!! Perfectly located in town close to restaurant/grocery etc, would highly recommend! Hoping this will be available should we come back in the future!

Family fun

We came into town for a long weekend and had a lovely time at this rental. It was perfect place to get together with local family and friends and have a small casual bridal shower with permission from the host. The layout of the common spaces allowed for great fun with the games, pool, and a nice open kitchen for hosting lots of good food. Everything was very tidy and well updated with modern amenities. Lots of pool towels and even some pool accessories were a nice touch. The host was very communicative and helpful when we locked ourselves out late one night too. I would definitely use this property again next time I come to town with the kids to visit family.

Lovely house with great space and comfy beds. I’ve stayed in plenty or homes where they skimped on bedding and mattresses, not here!!! Everything was just right. Very thoughtful hosts. They thought of everything, they even put poopouri in the bathrooms;)

Great stay in great location

Property was in great shape except for a few minor issues which were cosmetic in nature. Owner was an excellent communicator and very responsive. Location was in very safe neighborhood with easy and quick access to local markets and restaurants. The heated pool was a big hit! All appliances worked perfectly.

Great home for our family trip to Spring Training. Quiet neighborhood but located within 10 minutes of all conveniences. Pool and outside seating was great! Willow House Stay

The property was exactly as advertised. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to main travel routes throughout the Pheonix area. We visited to attend a couple Spring Training games and served as a great landing pad. The pool was perfect for our 2 boys. Overall a great stay.

My family and I are originally from Washington State, but moved down to sunny AZ to get away from the gray skies and drizzle. We love that it's sunny here everyday! My husband and I, along with our two teenage sons, love to get outside and hike, bike, and we especially enjoy a little competition at Top Golf. Sitting outside on the patio with a good book is also a favorite activity.

We appreciate that Peoria feels a little bit outside the city, but still has lots to do in a close vicinity. One of our favorite things about this home is that it's just 7 minutes away from the Peoria Sports Complex where Spring Training takes place starting at the end of February and lasting until the end of March. Go Seattle Mariners!

It's easy and convenient to jump on I-101 and head to Scottsdale or into Phoenix.

Being a host means we get to share this home with other people to enjoy just as we have enjoyed it. Because we love staying in VRBOs when we travel, we have designed this home to have the amenities and comfort that we look for in properties.
