À l’intérieur, vous trouverez des meubles élégants avec la télévision par câble dans chaque chambre, la connexion Internet ADSL gratuite et la climatisation la plus froide pour vous rafraîchir après une chaude journée en Floride.

À l’extérieur, vous apprécierez les nombreuses commodités offertes au Yacht Club, notamment deux piscines, un tennis, une aire de jeux, une plage privée, un lagon d’eau salée et un belvédère au bord de l’océan. Une rampe de mise à l'eau est également disponible pour le lancement de votre motomarine. Dockage est juste devant votre terrasse arrière moyennant un supplément.

For the past 12 years we have stayed at kawama. This property was one of the nicest ones we have stayed at was super clean exactly like the pictures had everything that you needed anymore. Everything thing from booking to checking in was so as amazing! The host was very efficient with instructions about the property. It was another great vacation at kawama!!!! Would recommend staying here! Hopefully it will be available in our time slot next year! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location and community are excellent, with great views and easy ocean access, including a small private beach and great amenities. We really appreciated having beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach chairs provided. The host communicated very well throughout the trip, and check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The location is perfect for exploring the Everglades, heading south to Key West, and is relatively close to Miami airport. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay for a Keys vacation.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in Villa 14. The unit is larger than most on the property, is updated, clean, has everything you need for a vacation stay, and is ideally located close to the marina, bay, and lagoon. We appreciated the use of the kayaks, bicycles, and golf cart. Enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and ocean, kayaking, fishing, watching the manatees in the marina, and the sunsets from the jetty. Jose is prompt and organized in communicating the check in and check out process. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Great place, with a lot of space and beautiful view!

Large home. Great patio and deck. Well-equipped. Golf cart was perfect for getting around. Many good restaurants nearby. Owner was so responsive to any questions.

I enjoy fishing, spending time with my family, and simply enjoying the outdoors and the sunshine. Over the years, our time in Key Largo has given us so many unforgettable memories. Escape to paradise in this spacious two story oceanfront villa, located in the heart of Key Largo. Set within an exclusive gated community with 24 hour security, the villa offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and marina.

The 2,035 square foot villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen and twin bed. Tasteful furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a TV in every room make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The community offers 2 heated swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, and a 3 acre saltwater lagoon. It also boasts a private beach with tiki huts, Adirondack chairs, and BBQs. An ideal spot to enjoy the ocean breeze and soak up the sun.

Your stay includes complimentary use of two bicycles, two kayaks, snorkeling gear, life vests, tennis and pickleball equipment, and a golf cart for use within the community. The golf cart makes it easy to explore the property and take full advantage of all the amenities, from the pools and lagoon to the oceanfront beach.

Boaters will appreciate the free onsite boat ramp and first come, first served trailer parking. Boat slips are available for rent, subject to availability. Please note that a $300,000 liability insurance policy is required for vessels.
