Condo was great for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). It was more spacious than we expected and having the TV room downstairs was great for the kids to watch movies. The jetty was a short walk and great for fishing. Nice community and conveniently located to bait shop, restaurants and a Publix!

Key Largo Paradise

Property was in a great location and very clean. Tons of amenities. Owner was friendly and responsive. Saltwater lagoon was a great bonus and and the jetty was a great spot to fish from where we caught many fish including a nurse shark!

I wouldn’t stay again

Check in process was easy, communication was easy, parking situation was poor and guard station attendants are rude, pool was over taken by a large family, large speaker at pool with loud music, kids squirting water and parents weren’t telling them not to spray in strangers faces, the condo wasn’t cleaned when we checked in, dirty linens and dirty towels hanging. First impressions are everything and this wasn’t a good one, I do take into consideration that it was a holiday weekend so I’m sure this was more crowded than average.

Excellent property

Property was in a great location. All was as described. The host was exceptional at communication. The location was ideal for exploring Key Largo and surrounds. As our host suggested, the John Pennekamp state park is a must see.

Fabulous TH in a Great Location

We had a party of (6) - two of us were 70 & the other four were in their 40's. It was great having (3) full bathrooms & the kitchen is nicer than some of our friends'. Beds were comfy, lots of lounging areas, & misc perks. A/C is great - 1st floor has a mini split & good air temp/flow for the other (2) floors. The resort itself has several cool amenities & is just nice to walk around, & is a great location - away from the main drag, but still close to get to places easily. Best of all was our Hostess, Ivonne -- super responsive & amazingly gracious. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Key Largo Family Vacation

The location and property were excellent. Many restaurants and fun things to do were only a short distance away. The home had everything that we needed for an enjoyable family vacation. The property had a playground, two pools, places to relax on the water. The lagoon was great to snorkel in, and was loaded with many tropical fish. The home was immaculate, and communication with the owner was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property.

What a Gem

Took the adult family for a 5 day relaxing Thanksgiving to start some new traditions and this condo and location did not disappoint. The beach to watch sunrise and sunset was a short 1 minute walk out our back door. It was quiet, clean and everything we needed for some quality time with the family!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

The unit was overall very nice. Ivonne was very responsive and friendly. The unit was clean and in a great location. There were lots of games available for the family to play, and the property had great amenities. The overall location to restaurants and stores was great. The room on the bottom floor was somewhat small, but the other rooms were a very nice size.

Comfortable stay in Key Largo.

The place was clean, comfy and well stocked from the towels, linens and anything you may need in the kitchen. Also, there were float devices, pool noodles, fishing gear, a kayak and tons of games for evening family time. We definitely had everything we needed to make our vacation an absolute success. Check in was quite easy and any communication to the host was quickly responded. The only issue that stood out is, upon entering there was a plastic bag on the floor by the wall. When I went to pick it up, noticed it was some kind of electrical wire or cord of somesort coming out of the wall. Other than that everything was perfect.

Beautiful condo

Great property good location

The 3 story townhouse was great for our family. Each child had a space to go to if they needed time alone. There is a playground just out the back door. Quiet location and very close to the marina to go out on charter fishing trips. Management was very responsive. A short walk to the pier where you can fish. Definitely recommend and will stay again if we come back.

Hidden Gem in Key Largo!

This property was amazing for our family of 5 over Spring Break. This quiet complex is tucked back on the ocean side in a very convenient area of Key Largo. The unit was super clean, updated, and had plenty of room for all of us. The complex had 2 really nice pools and an incredible salt water lagoon that had tons of fish and was perfect for the whole family to snorkel. The beach was a great place to sit and watch the kids fish as well. Plenty of great restaurants are just up the street including Snooks and Bayside, which we enjoyed a ton! This unit was awesome and the owners were very responsive. We will be back.

You may decide to just take in the beautiful surroundings and not leave.
