I had a wonderful stay at Casa delle Moline for two weeks in April. Such a perfect location - 8 minute stroll to the due torre, large double windows in both rooms that opened up wide and let in the air and light, air conditioning if need, and so clean and quiet and secure. I would highly recommend. The owners are lovely and they are very responsive. I will certainly stay there again the next time I visit Bologna.

Stupefacente questo tuo racconto sulle finestre, entrambe le stanze disponevano di ampie finestre a doppio battente che si aprivano completamente, lasciando entrare aria e luce. We met first when we arrived outside. We went inside and use the elevator for the luggage. It is one floor up. The host showed us the property and answered all questions. There were a few provisions in the refrigerator. The location was excellent very close to many restaurants. We could use rental bikes that were out front nearby to explore Bologna. The apartment was comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed.

Great apartment in a central location.

We spent ten days in this lovely apartment. It’s location is superb for restaurants, shops and major tourist sites. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The little essentials- bread, milk, Prosecco(!) which Michela left for us, were very welcome. The apartment is quite bijou but was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend this property..

The best stay we had in Italy!

Michela and Giampaolo were the most lovely hosts for this beautiful home. The place was sparkling clean, spacious, and conveniently located. We were given complimentary Prosecco, beverages, and breakfast items. We also really appreciated that we were able to do some laundry. Our 2-night stay was hands down the most comfortable stay we had throughout our 3 weeks in Italy. Thank you Michela and Giampaolo!

We had a fantastic stay in this adorable apartment! It was exactly as pictured, only better. The location could not be better. We walked everywhere ! The hosts, Michela and her husband were so friendly and helpful, from checking in to providing restaurant suggestions and more. They truly went above and beyond! My husband accidentally left his wallet in the taxi, and they came to our rescue by reaching out to the taxi driver, who came to where we were and returned the phone! So thankful to them for that kindness!!

As the title indicates, the location of this property is perfect. There are many quality food options within the block, with many others close by. If shopping is your thing, the main shops are also within a close walk. The apartment itself is updated with modern finishes and is the cleanest vacation rental/hotel we have ever stayed in. The hosts are excellent and communicate well and made sure everything is what we expected. Book Cassa delle Moline for your trip to Bologna, you will not be disappointed!
