Séjour lumineux avec un canapé-lit et une cuisine classique avec une cuisinière à induction, une machine à café, une bouilloire et un micro-ondes. Grande salle de bains vitrée avec douche. The apartment was in a perfect spot in Piazza Maggiore, loved the small street with all the restaurant choices, so cute! Everything was as listed. Host was quick to respond to any of our questions and entry was simple.

Julia was a fantastic host and her place was absolutely perfect for our family! It was right in the middle of old town, so easy to walk to everything. Several nights we were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner right outside the front door. We would love to stay here again for any future trips to this area of Italy!

Very comfortable apartment right in the centre so easy to walk everywhere. There were lots of bars and eateries around so not quiet. We walked from the station which was a bit challenging with heavy suitcases

This was a great home-base for a few days in Bologna. The location could not have been better! The lively street below was worth the noise, as you literally walk out the front door to the best prosciutto place in Bologna! The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Bologna.

Great location in the heart of Piazza Maggiore area. Great host—Julia was very responsive. Great apartment with lots of comfortable space. Very nicely decorated and appointed with amenities. Bed was very good and air worked great. Note: this is literally surrounded by restaurants that can be loud later into the evening. However, the double windows in the bedroom cut out 90% of the noise. But if you are a light sleeper, advise to use a sleep sound app.

This was in a fabulous location! It was in a lovely area, so it was loud outside in the evenings. We were so exhausted from all our daily adventures though that this did not disturb us! The host was easy to contact whenever we needed and the place had all the amenities and supplies we needed for our stay. Also the king size bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This spot was fantastic and centrally located to everything we could possibly need. I love that you could hear the night life beneath us at the restaurant and it wasn’t bothersome when going to sleep. Super clean, bathroom is stunning - though watch your step! The position was superb. Right in the middle of a busy area , food and drink surround this great apartment.The apartment was excellent and Julia was able to support all 5 of us for the week. An easy walk from the train station and surrounded by all the fantastic streets to walk in old Bologna. The apartment is convenient and comfortable.

The apartment itself was cute and location was very good. The problem was all the electrical was a big problem!when we arrived we tried to make a cup of tea and the kettle blew and then nothing in the kitchen would work, the microwave, oven nothing would turn on! We contacted the host on many occasions and had to go down to the first floor to the breaker and try to get the breaker we could not get it working! Then the air-conditioning went out and I contacted our host again this had gone on and we were only there 2 days and I literally wasted half a day trying to resolve this problem! Finally she mentioned another circuit board in the apartment which when I finally tried that it got the air conditioning unit to work. Then when we were getting ready th dry our hair using her hair dryer that was provided it blew the circuits again.it was more then frustrating! She said there was a power outage in Balonga but that was not the case as the lights in the apartment did work. Also the lift in the apartment doesn’t always come to the floor so when you press the button and it doesn’t come to your floor you have to go up the stairs to find out where it is and bring it back down to your particular floor. It was a frustrating stay and when I asked for a refund of one day because we spent so much time trying to get everything working she refused it. I’m disputing this and I would say beware. We are 3 women in our 60’s and it was an unpleasant experience!

Dear Stacy, thank you for appreciating the decor and prime location. However, we would like to clarify a few points. 1. Force majeure: During your stay, Italy was hit by a historic heat wave with temperatures exceeding 40°C, which overloaded Bologna's power grid and caused unpredictable voltage drops beyond our control. 2. Delayed information: The problem took time to resolve only because you initially reported a broken kettle and coffee maker, not a tripped circuit breaker. As soon as we received precise information, instructions were provided immediately. 3. Overload: The power outage occurred again because your group ignored our warnings and simultaneously used several high-powered appliances while the air conditioning was on. 4. Contradiction: In the chat, you explicitly wrote: "There was no power outage... because the lights were working." The apartment was indeed powered. 5. Hospitality: As a courtesy, we've offered your group a complimentary early check-in at 12:00 PM. We pride ourselves on our service, but we cannot assume responsibility for problems with city infrastructure or circuit breakers tripped by guests. We wish you a safe journey on your future travels."

Beautiful Property! It was very comfortable with air conditioning which was a plus since it was so hot in Bologna this year. Host gave excellent directions to find the property. It is on a very busy corner with lots of great food and drinks
