Étirez vos jambes, détendez-vous et respirez l'air de la campagne dans cette maison de luxe spacieuse de 12 chambres à coucher et 9 salles de bain. "House in the Woods" est situé sur 5 hectares boisés entre le lac Léman, Côme et Williams Bay. Cette maison fait actuellement l'objet de travaux de rénovation et de mise à jour (plus de photos à venir) afin de permettre aux grands groupes de se divertir. L'étage supérieur offre 2 grandes chambres, chacune avec sa propre cheminée, une télévision et une terrasse extérieure. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un salon / salle à manger ouvert, aménagé pour votre confort. Aucun détail n'a été épargné. Profitez de la télévision grand écran de 75 pouces dans la "cabane dans les arbres", notre porche voûté 3 saisons. La cuisine du chef est entièrement équipée avec toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin pour apprécier vos talents culinaires. Quatre chambres à coucher, deux avec cheminées, une avec baignoire à jets et une accessible aux personnes handicapées complètent le rez-de-chaussée. Le niveau inférieur de sortie offre une deuxième cuisine complète et six chambres à coucher et quatre salles de bain. Notre espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable avec son grill, son patio en bloc et son foyer, de multiples terrasses et plusieurs hectares d'intimité pour votre exploration. Cette propriété est le lieu idéal pour votre fête de mariage, réunion de famille, sortie de golf ou toute autre raison de réunir vos amis. Vous ne voudrez peut-être jamais partir, même si le centre-ville est à quelques minutes. Nous mettons également à disposition 4 places de parking gratuites pour nos clients, pour que vous n'ayez pas à vous soucier de payer ou de trouver une place de parking pratique. Great property - easy to get to yet nice and secluded on a large wooded and quiet lot. Huge house with everything we needed. Beautiful large screened in porch was a favorite! Great outdoor space, with large patio and fire pit with lighting. Plenty of space, comfy beds. Kitchen with giant table was great!

The kitchen was great. We did not cook, but appreciated the multiple coffee pots and all the cups and glasses. This was a get together of adult siblings and spouses. The room sizes were great to accommodate all of us in one room.

This property is perfect for our family reunions.. There are 19 adults and a one and a half year old. These accommodations are great because it allows us to spread out and be able to get some rest time if we need it and also plenty of areas for us to play large group games. This was our fifth year of coming to this property and we all love it.

Golf outing and birthdays

A very quiet and spacious house for the dozen of us. It was clean and ready, with enough bedrooms for everyone. Easy access to the many golf courses, and comfortable space to gather after the rounds for dinner together.

Family Vacation

Our family had so much fun at The House in the Woods! The large sunroom was a big hit for all of us, from the toddlers to the grandparents. We enjoyed cooking in the amazing kitchen and eating and playing games on the long dining room table. Our entire group had plenty of bedroom space and the beds were so comfortable. The outdoor fire pit was fun for sharing stories with little ones on our laps. Would highly recommended!
Cousins are the best!
