Sentez-vous à la maison avec toutes les commodités souhaitées requises pour des vacances parfaites sur une ßle des Caraïbes - Isla Mujeres. C'est une maison indépendante de deux étages située à "Punta Sur" - le point le plus méridional de l'ßle, à quelques pas du parc Garrafón et du site à couper le souffle d'Ixchel Goddess qui a donné son nom à l'ßle.

La maison a sa propre piscine privée et cour, quatre chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains, salon et salle à manger attenante à une cuisine moderne entiÚrement équipée. Chaque chambre a son propre balcon privé, salle de bain complÚte et lit king-size (une avec 2 lits jumeaux).

Le point culminant de la maison est sans aucun doute sa grande terrasse sur le toit qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur les Caraïbes. Cette terrasse a été conçue comme un lieu enchanteur pour que les adultes se détendent et profitent de leurs vacances. Il a une installation complÚte de bar, chaises hautes et balançoires, barbecue, chaises longues, hamacs et encore, la meilleure vue en ville!

Casa Sienna Lia s’adresse aux familles souhaitant passer du bon temps ensemble ou aux groupes d’amis dĂ©sirant s’échapper du quotidien. Toute la maison a Ă©tĂ© sĂ©curisĂ©e avec des protections de prises et des escaliers fermĂ©s. Sur demande, nous pouvons fournir aux clients une poussette, un berceau pour bĂ©bĂ© (pack n play), un trotteur, une chaise haute, une baignoire haute et d’autres Ă©quipements.

La piscine et la cour sont l'endroit idéal pour les réunions de famille. Il dispose d'un barbecue complet, de suffisamment de chaises longues et de hamacs pour chaque invité, d'un kit de volley-ball, d'un kit de football, de jeux pneumatiques pour piscine et de deux téléviseurs intelligents intérieurs avec cùble.

La maison fournit tout le linge nécessaire, des serviettes de bain et de plage, des jouets de plage et de piscine, ainsi que tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites à Isla Mujeres. Il y a aussi un petit coffre-fort privé dans chaque chambre pour protéger vos objets de valeur. Bien qu'Isla Mujeres soit trÚs sûre, la maison entiÚre est entourée d'une clÎture électrique.

Isla Mujeres family vacation.

House was clean, property was well maintained. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. Host provided very helpful information about Isla Mujeres, places to eat, etc. Host responded quickly with any questions we may have. Air conditioning worked well along with plenty of hot water which has been a problem with places we have stayed in Mexico. It was an enjoyable vacation and would recommend this place.

Casa Sienna Lia is fantastic! Located in a convenient area away from the rush of the island, but close to everything. The Punta Sur area is wonderful if you don’t like the mega resort atmosphere. Jaclyn is quick to answer questions but her home is perfect for up to 8 people.

Our stay at Jaclyn's home was perfect. We had 4 kids under the age of 4 and the house was well stocked to accommodate all of our needs. The house is located on a quiet part of the island, has ocean views, and is in walking distance to food and coffee. Absolutely amazing!

We had the best time on Isla Mujeres! This location is wonderful to walk to so many things and yet nice and quiet. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the rooftop. The three upstairs bedrooms that had the same view allowed for all three couples to get a great room.

Wish we were still there!

We usually always book homes when we travel and this was one of the most well stocked homes we’ve stayed in. We really appreciated the little things (towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, Tupperware, detergent, garbage bags) - the stuff you don’t think of til you get somewhere and realize you need it. Great House, Plenty of Room

This home was fantastic. It offered great space with every bedroom with a full bath and room to hang out too! Approx 15 min from downtown. A golf cart is highly suggested. El Sol had the best rates- the restaurants on the inlet side were the best, beach restaurants weren't so great! Beds were comfy and we would stay here again!

A fantastic vacation

We loved staying here! The house was a beautiful and spacious house that was perfect for me and my 7 friends. The pool and the rooftop was a great place to hang out when we were not at the big dining room table playing games. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more with coffee, filters, spices, cleaning products and paper products. Women's Trip 2023

A group of 8 ladies (including myself) stayed at this home during a fun and relaxing week of vacation. Many extra bonuses were a big hit for us, like 2 Beach chairs per room so we didn't have to spend money at beach clubs every day. And we were able to cook many meals ourselves in the well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive and helpful any time I needed to reach out. Very enjoyable property.

Amazing vacation!

The property was perfect. It was very clean and came with two cleanings for the week. We were a group of 8 and there were plenty of plates/tools/pots in the kitchen. The beds were insanely comfortable! The view from the top floor is amazing and the pool/courtyard area was fun and beautiful. This is our third time to the Island and the check-in process was the best yet! Super easy and clear! We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Getaway, Location and Home

I traveled to Isla Mujeres with four of my cousins for a small family wedding/reunion. I reviewed many properties beforehand but had a good feeling about Casa Sienna Lia from the beginning, and it did not disappoint. Jaclyn was the most gracious hostess and made sure that everything was just right for our stay. Everything was clean, organized and well stocked. The outside pool area was just perfect and a wonderful place to relax and visit with my family. We all agreed that we would love to visit this beautiful island again sometime and would most definitely contact Jaclyn when we do.

Great Private Getaway

Casa Sienna Lia was an amazing vacation retreat. The house was stocked with everything you could need from beach towels and water toys to games for the family. The third floor open area had great views of the local area as well as CancĂșn and is wonderful for entertaining. The only downside are the roads leading to the house, which were hard physically hard to navigate (especially in a rented golf cart), not the fault of the rental property. It would best to just take a taxi around the island as they are readily available. The house host was incredible and was available on a spur of the moment. Can't say enough good things about the host Jaclyn.

Punta Sur Relaxation

The property was exactly what we expected and hoped for. Clean. Spacious. Everything worked. 5 gallon jugs of drinking water with a water cooler. Washer dryer. Pool towels. Bathroom and shower amenities. Safes for our personal items. Owner was responsive and helpful. Golf carts were useful since we were far on the south end.

Perfect vacation

We love our week here. The sound of wave in the morning. We enjoy everything in the house. Nice kitchen. The rooftop is awesome for sunset drink. And the pool is perfect with kids. There tons of toys for pool and beach. We didn’t have to buy some. There is good beach chairs and umbrella and cooler as well. So you can go anywhere on any beach. We rented a golf cart the hole week. But you can easily walk to KIN HA beach resort and many restaurants as well. The communication with Jaclyn is amazing. We hope to be able to come back soon to this paradis house.

Great customer service even during a hurricane!!!

I booked Jaclyn's house for my family the first week of July and had great communication with her even leading up to our stay. Then Hurricane Beryl came into the picture! Jaclyn was so amazing to deal with and provided such comfort and understanding in trying to work with us. We decided to stay the 4 nights and hope for the best and we're sure glad we did! The house is amazing! So clean and inviting! And Jaclyn was awesome the entire time - making sure we were notified if anyone was coming to the house to check on things. The house is super safe so there were no issues but having Jaclyn be so responsive provided so much assurance during a pretty stressful time. The property is so beautiful and anyone staying there will enjoy the personal touches of the home - from the updated kitchen and rooms to the amazing pool....this is just an awesome place to stay!

I am half English, half German, and have lived in Mexico for 19 years now. There is no doubt that between England, Germany and Mexico, Mexico is the place to be! Always perfect weather for outdoor activities and freshly squeezed lemonwater tops northern Europe by far!

I am a mother of a 12 year old and a 3 year old - both girls - and been married for 20 years. We are a very hard working family and always strive for the best possible outcome. Interpersonal relationships are extremely important to us, because we are solid believers that people make the difference in anybody's life. Having positive experiences with people adds joy to life and makes you look back onto past experiences with a smile on your face.

My husband and I work a lot and needed to find a spot that we can escape to on a regular and spontaneous basis that can pull us out of our busy lives in Cancun, but also something close enough to make the effort going to when we only have a short weekend available. Isla Mujeres in itself is of a perfect distance, but it had to be in a secluded but modern neighborhood where we can get to have our peace and quiet to really disconnect from work, but still have things to do with our adventurous daughters that's only a walking distance away! Casa Sienna Lia is named after both our daughters and was built with immense love and attention to all future families to enjoy this spot. Every detail has to allow every member of the family to find something joyous in the property.

The south of Isla Mujeres truly is the best and most exclusive area of the island. The views and peace is just stunning. A morning or evening walk when the sun is kinder on your skin, looking over the cliffs and strolling with your family is priceless. The gentleman selling natural coconut ice cream on the street does not make it easier to resist the stroll!

The most unique benefits about this house are all the ammenities and details provided to make sure that each and every family member can find a space to relax in or an activity to enjoy. My husband insisted in the roof top and BBQ area and I am glad he did! The roof top really is a great escape for adults in the evening, enjoying drinks, looking at the starts that are so easily missed in city light, the breeze of the ocean and the most breathtaking ocean view! The kids can enjoy the evening watching netflix, play board games, play hide and seek in the spacious house and garden or anything else their imagination takes them to. If you have a baby sleeping in the crib, the baby cam is an excellent gadget to give you peace of mind while socializing on the roof top.
This house was built for my family to enjoy as often as possible and at every given chance, so the house has to have everything at hand! That attention to the detail, the high quality construction and ammentities and its incredible location is what makes this property so unique, comfortable and complete.
