We have been to Isla many many times. This is in our top two places that we’ve ever stayed. Super clean great news great Swimming Pool plenty of space. It was amazing.

We have stayed in Isla multiple times and this, by far, was our favorite house and location. Great communication leading up to and during our stay. We hiked up to Punta Sur every morning - loved having the trail reachable from the back. Easy access to bars and restaurants in the area and a short golf cart ride to the beach. Will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the El Gran Escape. We would definitely consider staying here again, the house was just as pictured! A few things to make the stay even better would be a pool net (for in between the pool maintenance guy) and an outdoor fan by the grill to help keep mosquitos away while grilling.

The house was amazing! Has everything you need. The kitchen is loaded with supplies. The outdoor area and pool is fantastic. All of the communication was great with property manager, concierge was great and we loved the location. We will definitely be back!

9 days of pure bliss

El Gran Escape is a super premier property located at the south end of Isla Mujeres. Our family of 4 enjoyed every second of our stay here. The pool and patio area with ocean view is stunning. Great air conditioning comfy beds and cozy living room area. Kids loved the games and great tv services. Definitely would stay again

Lovely property and responsive staff. Julia is wonderful in answering any inquiries or helping with reservations for additional needs. The rising sun views are breathtaking in this house. The outdoor cooking area with its own wash basin and bathroom are an added plus to the table and chairs. The pool is another plus for cooling off, along with the lounge chairs and flooties. We only had issues with their lack of enough working flashlights (needed when the island’s power goes down) and lighting the kitchen’s gas oven (minimal directions in their house manual and our unfamiliarity with oven). Both of these concerns were addressed by their sending folks to the house. I would only suggest that saran wrap, foil, ziplock bags and more than 3 tubberware-type containers would really help large families who enjoy cooking and Bar BQing. These are entirely missing at this house and make it so difficult to save leftovers. We highly recommend this immaculate, beautiful home!

Honeymoon/vacation

This property was just beautiful. The views were unreal everyday to wake up to. we did the first half just my husband and I, then friends joined us for the 2nd half and we all had a blast in Isla!
