Casa Agave meets all state and local requirements and is fully licensed as a vacation rental.

The home is available as either a 3- or 4-bedroom rental. The renter will have exclusive access to the full property. The bungalow will NOT be rented as a separate unit.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Casa Agave overlooks the stunning turquoise and emerald-green waters of the Bay of Mujeres. Watch the colors of the water change throughout the day from this three-level home with spectacular ocean views. There are outdoor living areas on each of the home's three levels.

The expansive rooftop lounge boasts a large palapa, wet bar, comfortable outdoor furnishings and a huge, 128 square foot rooftop infinity pool. This pool includes custom built-in bench seating which will comfortably accommodate eight adults. The sunsets from the pool are unparalleled, and at night the Cancun skyline with its twinkling lights is sure to delight.

Casa Agave is a pool lover's dream! The main, ground-level pool, complete with a swim-up bar and waterfall, is a free-form oasis that will beckon your group to relax and connect. This pool can be heated or cooled for an extra fee (contact host/owner for details). The unique veranda and under kitchen, both adjacent to the main pool, provide ample space to escape the sun while still enjoying the outdoors. Both areas are equipped with custom-crafted concrete wet bars adorned with sparkling recycled glass and glow-in-the-dark accents.

Casa Agave's location gives you nearby access to a public yet secluded beach just across the street, where you can safely swim and snorkel to your heart's content - access that is unheard of at other properties along Isla’s Punta Sur cliffs. Please note that individuals with mobility challenges may have some difficulty negotiating the access path to the beach.

INDOOR LIVING

Casa Agave's main house includes three luxurious king guest suites, and a fourth king suite is located in a separate bungalow. This unique floor plan allows the villa to be rented as either a three- or four-bedroom home.

Each guest suite is equipped with comfortable beds and luxury furnishings. All suites have marble or ceramic tile baths, with top-of-the-line Kohler or Moen fixtures. Two of the suites provide an additional private outdoor spa shower, complete with body jets for a relaxing water massage under the stars. The expansive and luxurious master suite boasts a double shower and a beautiful brick domed ceiling with a chandelier over the bed.

Casa Agave provides numerous options for togetherness or privacy. Choose from two comfortable indoor living areas on separate floors, both equipped with 55" UHD SMART TVs. High-speed fiber-optic internet is provided throughout the property, and a US IP address allows for streaming of US TV shows, movies, music, and games. Dining options, with ocean views, are available both in the dining room and outdoors on the wrap-around terrace.

All indoor and outdoor spaces are decorated with one of a kind hand-crafted furniture, art and murals from local artists.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve your meals, or you can hire a local chef to come in and prepare a fantastic menu of your choice! The kitchen was designed with stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinets, and high-end granite counter tops.
