Le Long Beach Resort Tower 3-1205 a récemment été acheté par un nouveau propriétaire. Le propriétaire est en train de faire une déchirure complète et de remodeler !! Tout sera flambant neuf !! Il est en cours de rénovation, mais les photos seront disponibles une fois le remodelage terminé!

Le propriétaire déchire tout le tapis et pose du carrelage en bois franc dans tout le logement. L'unité comprendra de tout nouveaux comptoirs en granit et de toutes nouvelles armoires dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Tous les appareils seront neufs. Les couverts, la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine seront neufs. Le propriétaire remplace tous les meubles, y compris un nouveau matelas, un nouveau canapé et de nouveaux meubles de patio!

Lorsque vous aurez terminé, cette unité sera l’une des chambres les plus recherchées du Long Beach Resort. Réservez dès maintenant pour sécuriser vos vacances au printemps / été 2020 avant de partir!

Everything was as advertised and we were VERY pleased! Loved the included beach chair rental. Loved how close the unit was to the beach and the amazing views. Kim was super responsive and a great host! The little touches, (dishwasher tabs, paper towels, hand soap, bar soap, etc) did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

Prefect place to vacation

Kim's condos is a fabulous place to stay. The third floor condo at 1205 has great views and spectacular furnishings. Everything is new and has all you need for a great vacation. We loved it here and you will too.

Wonderful Condo

This is a wonderful, cute condo and the perfect size for the two if us! Very clean and the owner provides lots of little extras that you typically bring yourself. The complex has several pool’s which are very nice with a lot of seating. Would definitely book again.

Great place to stay

My wife and I took our first trip without kids for the first time in 20 years. The condo was everything it’s advertised as and the location can’t be beat. The pools are clean and the restaurant at the pool is great. The balcony is very private by the way it sets so you can enjoy coffee without talking to the neighbors. It was as clean as anyplace I have ever stayed. Walmart, gift shops and great restaurants all within an east walk. I highly recommend this place.

Long Beach Resort

Beautiful resort. Lots of beach space and it's wonderful to have the beach chairs/umbrella included! There was rarely a wait for the elevator. The condo was beautiful except the mattress was way too firm and it gave me back pain each morning. Fantastic view on the spacious balcony! The resort is close to shopping and restaurants.

Property was still completing renovations, beach access from our tower 3 was inaccessible. Which created an issue with my 70 yr old mobility impaired wife having to walk from tower 3 to tower 4 to access beach.. As did the only bed in unit that had a mattress height of 36". So high my wife had to use a stepladder to get on to it. Not an easy task at 70. Last night of our stay condo above was rented to loud inconsiderate people who had a stereo cranked up with lots of language. Between that and the smoke from, vape , pot or whatever they were using, balcony was not usable that evening. Called security about noise at 8:08 pm.. Officer was arrogant and told me noise rules didn't apply until after 10 pm. Texted Kims Condos and was told they had nothing to do with unit above. Or the fact that the the above unit was rented to 18 age.. But that she would alert security. I told her I had already done that. Entry door to unit was split at lock from being forced, large water spot on living room ceiling with flaking texture from previous water leak, TV cable wall plate was broken and half was gone cable was left dangling. Previous stays were enjoyable. But no matter how nice a property is renovated. If guests cannot enjoy their units and management, security or HOA doesn't regulate and enforce reasonable guest guidelines. The property's reputation will suffer. We love this property and have stayed there many times. But I think we will reconsider our next stay. We left at 4 a.m.

Thanks for your review, just to clarify a few points. There was a disclaimer on all of our listings explaining the construction and the possibility of closings of beach accesses as construction warranted. Fortunately for everyone, we are 100% done with construction now and the resort looks wonderful. The mattress on the one bed (this is a one bedroom unit) is not 36" tall, the overall height of the bed with the mattress is maybe 36" and is pictured accurately on the listing page. And yes, we have no control over units we do not manage, if they allow smoking on the balcony or rent to under 25 year olds that is up to that owner or property management company, however we did call security to report your concerns, but there is nothing they could do about the noise until after 10pm. Hopefully wherever you decide to stay next time will be a better fit for you! Kim's Condos

Anniversary Trip

These hosts were always quick to respond to messages throughout the process of reserving and while we were on site. The cleaning people skipped over a few things and we contacted the host. The person was there within the hour to rectify the issue. We love Long Beach Resort! This is our third consecutive year staying here. Each year we have been in a different condo. We will stay again!

Description & pictures were accurate. Condo was nicely decorated with cute beach decor. Bed was very comfortable. Nice updated kitchen & vanity. Only negative was the Large soaking bathtub that was difficult getting in & out for us “seniors”. Oh but that view & balcony…… what can I say. Elevators were quick & nice property. It was perfect for my husband & myself. Would definitely recommend Kim’s Condo & this particular condo.

Nice resort. Beautiful beach. The restaurant on the property had great food, good drinks and quick service. I do wish the unit was a little cleaner. The refrigerator had crumbs and residue left from previous guest. The floor and rugs had sand residue left. The dryer took multiple cycles to dry a load of clothes. And upon arrival there was a load of linen in the dryer that was damp and had a mildew smell that I needed to rewash and dry. The A/C seemed to struggle keeping the unit cool. If you’re staying more than a couple of days you’ll need to bring things like toilet paper, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent as there are only 2-3 of each in the unit.

Thanks for your review, I'm sorry to hear you had a few minor cleaning issues, had you mentioned them at any time we would have gladly sent one of our on call people back up to handle it. We did discuss the linens left from the cleaner and offered to come up and get them, however you said you had re-washed and dried them and left them for the cleaner to pick up when she cleaned after your exit. We do list that we only provide a start up of toilet paper, dish detergent, etc so that is in our rental terms. Thanks again!! Kim's Condos

Perfect Location

Long Beach is the perfect location on the beach if you don’t want to be close to Pier Park! I probably won’t stay in this unit again because it was NOT clean. I’m not even sure if the sheets were clean (I brought a blanket so we laid on that). I cleaned the unit when we arrived. It was unacceptable. I spoke with the rental manager and she was AMAZING. I WILL rent from Kim’s Condos again...just not this unit.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry you had issues. I can assure you the sheets were clean as I was in the unit when the cleaner was there. We very rarely have any complaints on this husband/wife team of cleaners, the few things you mentioned to me such as the water standing on the tub deck are not really a cleaning issue, it's more of a design issue. But thanks again!
