Villa located in the countryside of Inca. It offers views of the countryside and mountains and it can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The outside area of the house has an 8,5 x 4,5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.6m to 2m. To access the pool you have to climb 3 steps and open a small door, so the access for the youngest members of the house is limited. In the surrounding area there is 1 outdoor shower, a total of 6 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to relax while sunbathing. Note that on the street where the house is located there are 2 electricity towers. These towers do not produce any annoying sounds. Within the property there is a paved area including the parking area which has a total of 380m2. In the exterior area of the house there are 2 porches, a 15m2 one at the entrance and a furnished 30m2 one where there is the fixed barbecue, sink; and where you can enjoy fantastic moments with your loved ones. The privacy of the villa is partial and you can park a total of 5 vehicles, 4 outdoors and 1 in the garage.

As you enter the house, you will find an open area comprising the air-conditioned living room, dining area and kitchen. In the living room, you can unwind from your daily routine by watching satellite TV, enjoying a DVD or settling down with a good book. The dining area is the perfect place to share long, relaxed meals and conversations with family and friends. The kitchen is partially separated from the living and dining area by a breakfast bar and is equipped with everything you need to prepare your best dishes, including a gas hob. The property also has a separate laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a double bed. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The house also offers a second bathroom with a shower. Two cots and two high chairs can be provided upon request.

The house is located in Inca, a town in the center of the island with charm, tranquility and shops where you can find everything you may need during your stay. Besides all this, Inca is known throughout the island for the quality of its leather shops, for its famous cellars (restaurants) where you can taste the specialties of Majorcan cuisine and its traditional "Thursday" market, which has beeb held uninterruptedly for over 7 centuries. The most interesting places to visit are the three late Gothic and Baroque churches which date from the thirteenth century, the monastery of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest. This mountain is also an excellent viewpoint of the whole island. And for those who wish to enjoy the nightlife in the town, they can visit the Plaza del Angel where there are several bars and terraces where you can take a drink. Only 25 min. away by car you can reach the Bay of Alcudia, which has over 30 km of coastline. It is dominated by sandy, tranquil beaches, alternating with more animated ones, like the on in Port of Alcudia.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived. The place is even more pretty in real life. The house was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable (memoryfoam), and the owners really thought of everything. We took a flat tyre on the last day, the owners were able to talk to the recovery man that the hire company sent out for me. They even phoned a taxi for us to the airport. I will definitely be back.

Very nice place to stay…everything is close to visit (beach,markets) and a lot of grocery shopping places are close too. The owner is very kind and the finca is perfect and really pretty. We will come back for sure. Just one advice if you travel with little kids-the pool is deep so they better be good swimmers….for us it was great this way.

This Villa is beautiful

This Villa is beautiful , you can see that homerti wants his guests to feel the homeliness, and it is clear his heart and soul and a lot of hard work has been done to give this. we were thrilled with the whole experience and it far exceeded our expectations, homerti and his family are lovely people and couldn't have treated us any nicer. they also left unexpected extras for us . we will be back . my son did a lovely drone film of the property and you can now see this on homertis website. thanks to homerti and his family for our amazing first holiday in Mallorca

: Die Kommunikation war super, wir durften sogar deutlich früher einchecken. Die Besitzer Vater/Sohn haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab eine kleine Einführung rund um das Haus, es war Wasser, Bier, Sekt und Cola für uns im Kühlschrank. Ein Obstteller und Kekse. Und alles war sehr sauber! Die Ausstattung war bestens, auch Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee usw. waren noch von Vorgängern vorhanden. So kennen wir das, aber ist nicht immer gegeben. Tomeu hat sich immer über WhatsApp angekündigt, ggf. den Pool gereinigt und nach dem Garten gesehen. Und der Müll wurde mitgenommen, was auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Es wurde sich rund um gekümmert, dafür ein dickes Dankeschön von uns! Wir durften noch die Hauskatzen füttern, was wir sehr gerne gemacht haben. Nebenan leben ein Esel, Schafe, ein paar Hühner, Truthähne und Hunde, die aber recht ruhig waren. Zu Fuß nach Inca waren es ca. 15 Minuten. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, die somit fußläufig zu erreichen waren. Auch der Markt dort ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und wunderbaren Urlaub! Juli-Woche in Inca

Wir haben im Juli eine entspannte Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus verlebt. Das Haus und der Vermieter lassen keine Wünsche offen: Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafraum+Wohnzimmer/Küche. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, Mückennetze vor jedem Fenster, sehr ruhige Gegend und doch unweit von allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, großer Garten, großer und tiefer Pool, viele Handtücher, sogar für den Strand. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation durch den Vermieter und seinen Sohn. Empfang mit einem gefüllten Obstkorb und kühle Getränke im Kühlschrank. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und danken für den unvergesslichen Urlaub! :)

La verdad es que fue increible,muchisimo mejor que las expectativas. Todo estuvo genial,la ubicacion

La verdad es que fue increible,muchisimo mejor que las expectativas. Todo estuvo genial,la ubicacion esta muy bien,en el centro de la isla y practicamente todo esta a 20min,a 3 min de Inca. La casa muy tranquila,en el campo,hay para aparcar varios coches. Dentro esta todo muy muy bien,todo esta cuidado al detalle,en la nevera algo por si tenemos sed,caramelos para los peques,bueno, y no tan peques,jaja,hay un monton de juegos para los niños,la tele con muchos canales,incluso vimos el futbol. Las habitacion super bien,las camas muy comodas y todo muy limpio y los cuartos de baño tambien super bien,estuvimos 4 adultos y 4 niños y aun habia espacio de sobra. Nos encanto y sin duda repetiremos. La calidad-precio es inmejorable,le ponemos un 10 en todo. Y el trato recibido por Tomeu y su mujer fue lo mejor,muy cercanos y amables,en todo momento nos ayudaron y nos lo pusieron muy facil. Gracias Tomeu,nos veremos.

sehr sauber und aufgeräumt

Als wir am 20 November in die Finca eingezogen sind, waren wir schon von der schönen Lage und der Größe angetan. Zu acht hatten wir alle vorhandenen Betten besetzt. Ein wenig ungünstig war ein Zimmer das man als Durchgang nutzen musste um aus den anderen Zimmer in den Wohnbereich zu gelangen, dort haben auch zwei Personen geschlafen. Da wir aber als Familie gereist sind, war dies kein Problem. Der Pool ist im November schon recht kalt. Den Pizzaofen unter der Überdachung und den Grill haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Auch eine Erst-Verpflegung war im Haus. So standen alkoholfreie und alkoholische Getränke bereits im Kühlschrank. Auch Feuerholz für den Ofen war vorhanden. Ein moderner TV mit Internet Anschluss ist ebenfalls im Wohnbereich. Es war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub

Lovely House, Great Price and Excellent Hosts

We had a great climbing and cycling holiday in Mallorca, which was helped by the excellent accommodation and support that the owner Tomeu and his son Toni provided. The fruit, biscuits and drinks that greeted us on arrival were a nice touch. Being early in the season the house was a little cool in the evenings but we soon had a raging fire going in the log burner and were toasty warm. We had everything we needed and more, like the loan of 2 mountain bikes for rides around the local area and a table tennis table in the garage! Inca is in the middle of the island and is easily accessible from the main motorway between Palma and Alcudia. It's a bustling town with not much in the way of tourist attractions itself but there are plenty of supermarkets and other shops just a short drive from the accommodation.

Excellent value for money and a perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday

Excellent value for money , with everything you could ever wish for a recipe for a brilliant holiday. Even the WiFi was better than at home so perfect for our teenage son. On arrival we had a fridge of water , soft drinks and beer with a large basket of fruit & biscuits was a lovely surprise. They had everything from travel plugs, coffee, kitchen bits and pieces (foil , kitchen roll , washing up liquid etc) The hosts were very friendly. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and cooked outside several times. The ping pong was a hit too and even took the bikes out for a short ride. Only 5 mins drive to ALDI & LIDL. Even feeding the cats (which don’t bother you) and fish was ok! Would certainly recommend.

Lovely villa and ideal for cyclists

Lovely layout and great for what we needed. The villa looks out onto the mountains and is in a quiet location yet in the main town. As a cyclist, the garage was very useful for storage and security. Both Tomeu and Toni are very helpful and always at the end of the phone if required

All the accommodation private and quiet. And the owners where very nice.

Sehr angenehmes Ferienhaus ausserhalb der Touristenzentren

+ Sehr ruhige Lage am Stadtrand von Inca + Grosses, gepflegtes Grundstück mit Swimmingpool + Viele Gartenmöbel und Tischtennisplatte sind vorhanden + Toller Bergblick in die Serra de Tramuntana + Insgesamt sehr gute und neuwertige Ausstattung + Kaminholz stand zur Verfügung

10/10 – Excellent

Perfect enjoyable family stay, lots provided for us and the children. Excellent value for money

We had an excellent stay as a large group, the children in the group enjoyed feeding the cats and the fish in the morning. The hosts helped out with any requests including assisting me to get the outdoor oven going to make pizza with. I used one of the mountain bikes for short local rides. Central location enabling us to visit different parts of the island each day. We got provisions from Binissalem and cooked them on the Bbq most nights. Next time we stay we hope to do some vineyard trips too.
