Great location and property

Friends came to Hilton Head for pickleball weekend. Plenty of room and each bedroom does not share a wall with another bedroom, very quiet. Private back yard and pool, very enjoyable. House is short drive to tennis facility and 10-15 min walk to beach. We had 1 request for the management company and they were very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The layout of the home is great for family time. Beds were comfortable. Pool and outdoor space was great for kids and adults. We enjoyed playing yard games and grilling by the pool. House is in a good area.

Amazing property! Entire house was very spacious and private bedrooms with no wall sharing. The kitchen, dining and family room are huge and very nice. The pool was fantastic to have and we used it day & night with the three children with the 6 adults at the house. There is a nice dock in the back (not pictured) and saw our turtle and alligator friends every time we walked back there.Sheets/bath towels provided from a service so they were perfect sets and plenty. We rode bikes to/from beach and all around the community which the kids loved. First time staying in a house in Hilton Head and we'll be back to this one for sure!

This property was outstanding. We found that everything was new and very modern. The house was immaculate, backyard very spacious, inside accommodation was perfect for three families. Management was very attentive and ready to help. Everything about the property listed accurately. We enjoyed the bike trails, the beach, shops. Great home for a great vacation.We will definitely come back to this property.

Pro’s: House is beautiful.. plenty of space..bedrooms spread out nicely Kitchen is fully stocked and very nice to cook in Grill was a nice feature Quiet neighborhood Cons: not enough hot water for 8 adults and 3 toddlers Pool was a huge disappointment.. cloudy and green walls Wi-Fi was awful.. they sent someone to fix it but it kept dropping the whole time we were there

Golf Base Camp

This property was booked for a Hilton Head golf trip (Jan 2023) and it easily met all of our expectations. More than enough room for each person. We loved the way the kitchen flowed to the dining area and on to the living room. The pool was heated just enough that we could still utilize it on some chilly mornings and evenings. There were a lot of leaves in the pool when we arrived, but that was promptly taken care of after a call to Vacasa. Note to owner...more than just the absolute basic kitchen utensils would be appreciated for those who choose to stay in and cook.

Decent house for a family gettogether

We were getting together for my mom's 90th birthday. House has a really nice pool, gazebo, kitchen and large dining table. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The only real gotcha is that it is ~1/2 mile from the beach and there is limited beach parking in Palmetto Dunes. The primary reason that we chose this house is that my mom can't walk up stairs and this house has a flat entry with a master bedroom on the ground floor. That worked out perfect for her and us. The house furnishings are somewhat average for a rental vacation house although the living room couch needs to find its way to goodwill.

Family Vacation Rental

Our extended family rented this home for July-24 vacation and it was wonderful! The home, pool, and grounds were all in great shape. The kitchen came very well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. The floor plan was perfect for our large family as we were able to have an open floor plan for the main areas while everyone could get away to their own spaces for quiet time. The backyard was great as well. We've stayed at multiple properties in Palmetto Dunes and we've found that most homes don't have much of a yard. So the extra room in the back was a pleasant surprise and made it easy to play games and hang out. The walk to the beach isn't too far but if you rent bikes like we did, it's a breeze to get around the plantation. We loved everything about this home and the plantation and would definitely recommend!

Great vacation!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed being in this house during our vacay. The house was super clean. All of the amenities such as fresh towels were available for each of the bedrooms. Clean bathrooms as well. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating which extended to the dining area. The cabinets were supplied with all of the essentials we needed for cooking. We were able to get only cold water in the kitchen sink area. It took us a few days before we realized it. We reported it to Vacasa and they came to address the issue. Plenty of relax areas throughout this lovely home. Our daughters enjoyed the upper level portion of the house. The pool was a fantastic addition to our vacay as well. Plenty of seating areas too. I do suggest bringing beach towels, beach cart (optional), and beach chairs. If you have any issues walking, you will need to have someone drive you to the beach which requires a bit of walking. There is no parking available so the driver will need to drive back to the house and walk back to the beach. No parking for your bikes as well.(just a heads up). We did have a great vacay!

Newly updated rental with accommodating features

Accommodating rental for our family. Walk to beach was longer than expected and no good bike parking near beach access. The pool was only cleaned once (Tuesday) and the Saturday cleaning was skipped. The utensil drawer needs fixed in the kitchen. A larger fridge would be nice too! Otherwise, great stay.

Newly upgraded home

Perfect quiet location. Easy bike ride to the beach. Pool area was the best. The weather was over 90 and sunny all week , so the pool was a great place to hang out after the beach. The great room had plenty of room for games at night or to watch a movie.

Excellent vacation home

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the relaxing comfort of 66 full sweep. It is a beautiful home with an amazing backyard pool deck for meals, swimming and sitting. Riding bikes to the beach is a breeze and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Highly recommend staying here for a family vacation!!
