Les cottages de style 50 sont parfaits pour les réunions de famille ou les escapades romantiques.  Nous sommes dans un quartier calme et agréable et nous sommes le 5Úme maison de la plage. Un bloc (marche facile) à l'épicerie / liqueur locale. La maison principale peut accueillir 6 personnes La maison d'hÎtes peut accueillir 4 personnes supplémentaires Une grande intimité avec ces 2 cottages.  La maison principale a 2 chambres une salle de bain, cuisine, salle familiale et véranda. Porche couvert et terrasse couverte. La maison d'hÎtes dispose d'une chambre, d'une salle familiale avec lit de repos complet et d'une cuisine. Les deux maisons sont spacieuses et au niveau du sol avec un accÚs de trottoir entre les maisons. La maison principale a une terrasse couverte de bois teint avec un sol carrelé. Parfait pour asseoir et se détendre dÚs votre arrivée. La terrasse couverte avec table et bancs est également agréable pour les grillades et la détente. Douche extérieure et une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le lavoir. Amenez votre famille et vos amis et passer un bon moment! C'est ici que les souvenirs sont faits! Wonderful place!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was so nice to have a separate place for the grandparents to escape to after the beach and after dinner! The location is incredible and the hosts had everything we could need. As a previous review mentioned, there are a ton of beach items to use! We will be returning!

Family vacation

We brought our family for our 2023 vacation children, grand babies and our elderly moms. Great location, spacious room for our family, Great Owners who listened to our concerns and quickly got resolution. This home is great for our family. This is our second year in a row to stay at this home and we will continue to stay here.

Fantastic stay

This property was fantastic for my grandchildren’s first time at the beach. The distance to the beach is so close and not very crowded. The home was cute and had plenty of space. The guesthouse was perfect for my daughter and grandkids. The clothesline is a plus and there is plenty of beach supplies. The covered porch is nice, we sat out there at night. We will visit again.

Friends vacation

Ladies stayed first half of the week. Guys stayed the second half. Both groups had great time. Owner was easy to reach, location is spot on, house was clean, beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything we need was within walking distance. Have stayed here before and will stay here again!!

Accommodated our family

We very much enjoyed our stay. House was very accommodating for our needs and a great location. The pictures are just what you get. It was clean on arrival. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to public beach where it was not crowded. Easy walk to grocery store and Thomas Donuts where we walked every night for ice cream. Looking to book again for next year.

Good Stay - Convenient Location

The property, while in a close neighborhood, offers privacy on the covered porch/patio area. We were a larger group with 4 children under 5 and we stayed comfortably. Loved utilizing the outdoor shower to clean off the kiddos after the beach. The guest house is a bit more modern while the main house is dated but comfortable. They have anything you could need for the beach; floaties, fins, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas etc. Check in was easy! We did have a minor issue upon arrival but the hosts were very easy to reach and extremely quick to respond and resolve it!

Christmas in July was perfect!

This house set up was perfect for us! My adult children struggle making the holidays so we do a Christmas in July! With the two houses, we were given the opportunity to have the late night people hang out in one while those of us who go to bed early a quiet space. We would recommend it to anyone who want to hang one the beach and great down time. We will be returning in the future.

Perfect beach getaway

Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, this property was a perfect stay for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) + the 2 elderly grandparents. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes in the kitchen. Cable TV. No internet, we used our phone hotspots with a Fire TV Stick so it wasn't a problem. Lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards made our beach outings so much more fun. We bought a huge bag of charcoal and grilled every night. Would definitely stay again!

comfortable and clean cottage at a great value

We recently spent four days here with four adults and a toddler. We rented the guest house as well for additional privacy, but really the house was spacious enough for everyone. This is a great cottage in a super convenient (yet quiet) location in Laguna Beach. We loved the abundant outdoor spaces to just "hang out", the very comfortable beds and furniture, and spacious common areas. The owners were friendly and the rental process was easy/efficient. There is an unobstructed view of the beach from the front yard and street... and it's an easy walk from the house to the water (two blocks max.). There's nothing fancy about this cottage... but it is clean, very comfortable, and has everything you need for a laid-back, relaxing time at the beach.

Great location

Great spot. Just far away enough from tourist land and super simple walk to the quite beach. House has all you need. Dated but very clean and maintained nicely. Bring paper plates and cups. No dishwasher. Only down side. Oh bring a couple extension cords if you have a lot of devises. Older home has limited outlets throughout. Overall we were very happy. Easy in and out to beach and Highway. Avoided tourist area. Nightlife 5-10 ride away.

Great location- perfect for families!

We came down for the PCB Youth World Series with my 2 kids and my mom, sister and step dad. We had more than enough room between the two houses! The location was perfect- just a 30 second walk and you’re at the beach. Amy was super responsive when we had a small issue and got it handled quickly. Also the listing doesn’t really say how much stuff they have there for you to use but they had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, fishing poles, beach toys, skim boards, beach blankets, coolers, and more! You don’t have to bring anything! And there is Wi-Fi in the house even though it says there isn’t. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent location, vacation like a local

We absolutely loved the location of the home. Just a quick 2-3 minute walk from the front door to the sand. The beach is almost private, not crowded. You feel like you are a local. Wonderful grocery store right around the corner. No need to go to "town" unless you want to. This was our 4th trip to Panama City Beach and we found the best location. A dishwasher added to the kitchen would be nice. Possibly hot water added to the outdoor shower to give another place to take a actual shower. We loved the provided abundant amount of umbrellas, chairs, coolers, beach toys, whatever you need to enjoy your time at the beach, it's there. Communication with owners was excellent. Very professional and helpful. We would love to visit again.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Me, my husband, 14-month-old daughter, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and their children (6, 4, and 2) all arrived on Sunday. Everything was clean and exactly as described on VRBO. The grandparents stayed at the smaller house, which was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It was so nice that the grandkids could safely walk between the two houses. It was also super nice to have two houses for nap time-that way the rowdy kids could be in a separate house to keep one house quiet. I am 24 weeks pregnant and really appreciated the large jacuzzi tub in the main house. When my brother-in-law and his wife and kids left, my parents came. My 69 year old dad, who has a bad leg and hip, was able to easily walk to the beach and to the Carousel grocery store. The proximity to the grocery store was very convenient-we never had to brave a crowded Walmart. It was also not too far of a walk to Thomas donuts, which is a real treat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. The area has a very residential “local” feel to it, which makes the beaches less crowded and very family friendly. The location is great, very quiet and safe, but an easy drive to PCB attractions or even some quaint shopping areas in 30A. The outdoor shower was perfect and the long clothes line for drying wet swimsuits and towels was a great perk. The water pressure was amazing-I’ve never felt water pressure so strong! There was plenty of cookware to use and I appreciated the Tupperware that was convenient for storing leftovers. The owner was very welcoming, texting to make sure we got in okay and quick to respond to messages. All in all, it was a perfect location for our family beach trip and can’t wait to go back.

Perfect vacation!

My family and I booked a last minute stay for labor day and we had the best time! The pictures of the house do no justice! It was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of room for everyone! There was everything there we needed for the beach. It is a short walk to the grocery store and beach. Amy was a sweetheart and answered all my questions. We had the best time and can't wait to visit again!

Beach Bums

Upon arrival this house was very inviting and staged well to suite our needs for a family of 5 and 2 seniors. The comfort was well embraced by the cleanliness of our space. Our favorites were the short walk to the beach & also going for ice cream a few blocks away, which is a 5 star. When at rest we enjoyed the large porch for small talk, and the big swing was a plus. Very close to everything. Highly recommend.

Perfect for being able to relax and not be surrounded by high rises, crowded beaches and traffic. Local grocery/liquor store "The Carousel" less than a block away. Has a wonderfully large selection of wines. Thomas Donuts just a short walk and the best homemade donuts, sandwiches and seafood Poor Boys around.
