Venez profiter d'une escapade de détente à notre grand condo 2BR à Phoenix V. Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille à Phoenix V. Il y a beaucoup d'activités, notamment une salle de musculation, terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, un bain à remous, des courts de tennis, de basket-ball et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre sous pendant que vous êtes le barbecue.

Venez vous détendre sur le grand balcon avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormez sur le grand lit king size du maître. Il y a un accès au balcon depuis le salon et la chambre principale.

Le salon dispose d'un nouveau canapé, d'une chaise et d'une grande télévision pour regarder vos émissions préférées.

La cuisine mise à jour avec comptoir en granit et armoires est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un délicieux repas maison.

Salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes avec deux sièges supplémentaires au bar.
La chambre d'amis a deux lits doubles, TV, lecteur DVD et salle de bain complète.

Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Il y a une grande piscine extérieure et une piscine intérieure chauffée avec bains à remous. Vos enfants peuvent profiter d'un 1300 pieds carrés. Pirate des Caraïbes Inspiré Splash Pad en bas de la piscine. La zone se compose d'un Sloop Pirate et Proue avec Slant Jets et canon à eau, un diaporama Bateau échoué Wet, un palmier avec l'eau d'immersion bananes ainsi que un petit vaporisateur de fleur de tulipe. Vous pouvez voir des photos du parc aquatique placés à la fin du diaporama condo. Il est sûr de garder vos petits Bucketheads occupé tout au long de vos vacances.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. Staff was friendly and the grounds were clean. My only issue with the room was there wasn't any skillets. There was a large deep skillet that we used but it didn't have a lid. And it might be a good idea to get a small keurig machine. There were two regular coffee makers but no keurig. There weren't any scissors in the kitchen either.

Overall good stay

Stay was good. Elevators took forever every time we used them. Always had to wait close to 10 minutes with just 4 elevators in the condo. Property manager does not respond on VRBO messages and number in email sent didn’t work. Had to go through vrbo to get a number to reach out to them directly.

Phoenix V is always an awesome place to stay. The first week in May can be a little loud with the state track meet and college volleyball tournament. The students were well-behaved this year, so it wasn't a problem. The weather wasn't that great this year, but storms at the beach always beat storms at home. Can't wait to stay there again next May!!

Items that could be improved: replace current tv’s with smart tv’s for streaming capabilities, replace tv in 2nd bedroom, the screen is going out. Need more lighting out in the pool and splash pad areas after dark.

Easy check-in, nice view. Coffee maker that was supposed to be there was not. Up at 5am everyday due to construction. I got a bad bacterial folliculitis from the hot tub. Nobody really seemed concerned. I won't be back.

Wonderful Condo!

Perfect view from the 5th floor! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo smelled fresh and clean as soon as you walked through the door! We loved the convenience of the location. Not too far from the elevators for easy unloading and packing. Directly across from the stairs also (if the elevator lines are too lengthy). The bedrooms were both nice sizes and the beds were so comfortable! Absolutely will be back!

Not enough basics like toilet paper

The property was nice and the room was nice. But they only supplied one trash bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper. There was no dish soap to hand was dishes just one packet to run the dishwasher. I have never stayed at a place you have to supply all these basic needs and honestly I probably won't stay with this property manager again. I don't want to have worry about dragging or buying these little things when I go someplace to stay for a week

We were extremely pleased with the surrounding and the many accent pieces that were usual and added to our experience.The only points that we can make is there was only one hand towel for each bath which was not sufficient for a week’s stay. Also, we brought pods for the pictured coffee maker but contained drip coffee maker, but fortunately, we purchased Walmart's Main Stay pod coffee maker for $20 and was well on our way for our coffee fix.The resort was beautifully decorated and well maintained and had a gigantic pool with a short walk to the beach. We have fantastic memories of our catamaran dolphin evening cruise, a trip to Paula Dean’s restaurant, Legends show and an entertaining, fun dinner Lambert’s Café.This vacation in entirety was the best!
