Nice newly remodeled rental

Everything matches the photos its very well decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would return. We were skiing at Cannonsburg and the location was perfect with a close grocery and restaurants.

Nice home base in nice area

Perfect home base for things to do in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Very family friendly.The only downfall for us was the window air conditioning in the bedroom was kind of loud when trying to sleep. Although no central air, the set up to keep it cool and comfortable worked fine in 80+ degree temps. Overall it was a great stay with 4 adults and 3 kids. Love the convenience of a home vs. hotel.

Nice place

They need a TV in the living room and an air unit in the bedroom. I’m glad that we were there last month and the weather was cold. That needs to be explained on the list properly, thank you.

Very nice place

We were very happy with our stay. It's all of the little details that felt very welcoming. The place had plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, dish soap,, laundry detergent and acces to washer and dryer, blankets and pillows. We arrived very late, so it was very helpful to have this stuff available before we had a chance to go to the store. The pictures on the listing were accurate but I would say in person, the house looks cleaner and bigger than the pictures portrayed. It was such a cute and cozy stay!

Really bad experience

Stranger entered the condo… drunk younger men above and up till after 3 am… manager just cared about money and not the environment of safety and noise. Made many excuses. Advertised as a cottage in the lake… not even close. Only partial air conditioning in 90 degree weather and it didn’t even work well. The children were very scared after entering and finding a complete stranger there after they had returned from the grocery store and could not settle their concerns down. With the total negative impact experience we only used the condo for one nite and then paid for a hotel. Manager would not even consider a refund other than for one nite out of 5 even though only there for a nite

Unfortunately your review is not accurate. Your condo was unlocked and the other guests accidentally went to your unit. They did not go in and this was quickly remedied. The unit is clearly advertised that there is NO central air. We state the exact rooms the window air conditioning units are in in the listing. We also do not advertise that the unit is on the lake.

Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies.
