Inside, unwind in a stylish living room with a plush sectional and projector, a cozy queen bedroom with blackout curtains, and a modern bathroom. With a well-equipped kitchenette and pet-friendly vibes, this is the perfect spot for work trips or a peaceful getaway!

Outdoors:
This is not your average Grand Rapids stay! Step onto the spacious back deck overlooking the river, where two cozy rocking chairs invite you to relax and take in the serene views. Adventure awaits with complimentary kayaks—perfect for exploring the water at your leisure. The expansive backyard features a fire pit for cozy evenings, but the real highlight is the massive deck over the flowing river, complete with a dining set and lounge chairs. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t find anywhere else in Grand Rapids!

Kitchen:
Cook with ease in our fully-equipped kitchen! You'll find everything you need, including an air fryer, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cookware, spices, wine glasses, a cocktail shaker, coffee essentials, dish soap, and basic condiments. While there’s no oven, the stovetop, air fryer, or microwave make meal prep a breeze! You will also find a dining room table that easily sits 4.

Living Room:
Sit back and relax in our cozy living room, where large windows offer stunning views of the Grand River and fill the space with natural light. Step outside onto the spacious back deck—perfect for sunbathing, sipping a cold drink, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting. Inside, enjoy the comfort of a plush wraparound couch with built-in cup holders. Stay connected with high-speed internet and unwind with your favorite shows on the projector screen with Netflix.

Main Bedroom:
Wake up to stunning river views through two large windows that fill the room with natural light. Unwind in comfort on the plush queen-sized bed, and keep your belongings organized in the spacious dresser. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV. A fan and wall mirror are also provided.

Bathroom:
Refresh and rejuvenate in our clean and comfortable bathroom, stocked with fresh towels and hand towels. Wrapped individual soaps & shampoo/bodywash is provided.

No-parties policy, My neighbors sometimes make me aware of these things as they are occurring. If it occurs you will be asked to leave.

No event-type parties are allowed. Examples: bachelor parties or weddings

A max of 7 guests are allowed at the property at all times. Strictly enforced.

A max of 4 cars are allowed at the property. Strictly enforced.

No outdoor loud noise after dark. My neighbors usually make me aware.

Early or late checkout can be accommodated as long as the property is vacant the night before or after your stay. If this is not the case and early check-in is still needed we will try our best to make it work for you!
Pets are an additional one-time fee of $50/Each.

Quiet hours 9pm-8 am.... please be respectful of our neighbors. Neighbors have made me aware of loud groups past quiet hours in the past. You will be asked to leave if any noise complaints occur.

Please do not smoke inside.

Please do not leave the fire pit unattended when in use and always put it out when done.
