Ce condo au 2e étage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, une chambre avec un lit king-size, l'autre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size et 2 lits pliants. L'unité vient w / draps, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée comprenant laveuse et sécheuse, wifi et télévision par cùble offrant tout le confort de la maison. Profitez des brises de l'océan sur votre balcon privé. Condo est également livré avec un espace de stationnement réservé.

We had a wonderful December vacation at this property! There is a view of the ocean from the kitchen window, and the space and provided amenities were just right for our family of 5. The kitchen was well-equipped enough that we were able to cook for our family all week. Our teenage kids loved coming home from fishing at the beach and then fishing in the pond. When the key to the fitness center was accidentally left there, the host was very helpful in having it returned so we could continue to enjoy it. It is an easily walkable distance to Whitecap Beach and close to plenty of other beaches. There are a few stores on-island, and major stores (like Walmart and H-E-B) are no more than 15 minutes away. This property suited our needs very well.

Great time!

Everything was pretty awesome there at the Beach Club! Even the other people staying there were very friendly and nice! Only 2 things that I have to say were cons: First, that the washer in our unit banged very loudly against the sides of the washer during the spin cycle every once and a while. The second thins is... I had a small black BBQ pit stolen from me and I had just bought it at HEB. That was a real bummer.

Great Location For People Wanting Beach Life

My husband and I stayed here for over a week, and the one-block-off-the-beach access was stellar. The location is also in walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants and bars, and golf cart rental. Get a golf cart! It adds an extra element to beach days when you can buzz around quickly to different areas. For more restaurant selections you can get to Port Aransas in 20 minutes by car. Highly recommend this location!

Great location to the ocean and amenities in the area

We had a great stay in Corpus Christi and at this condo. Check in was simple. Condo area was quiet and the weather did not fully cooperate with our stay. We made the most of it though. There was an issue at the complex and the property manager was responsive to our questions. A short walk to the beach.

Great Family Vacation

This property is great, with so many amenities as home. Family orientated property with so many nice people. The unit was clean and comfortable, plenty of space for a family of five. The beach nearby is Whitecap and it's about a 5-minute walk. We ended up buying a beach parking pass and took our car to the beach and parked. It was a great beach; my kids boogie boarded all day. There aren't too many options to eat around the condo, but many places withing 5-10 minutes if you have a car. Try out the food truck across the street (awesome)! Overall, this was a great vacation, and I would highly recommend this place!

We are waiting for our deposit to be returned which was mandatory

the property was in a wonderful location, with great parking, and clean and we left it clean when we left. Nice pool Nice hot tub. the owner was wonderful when we had problems getting into the condo. Nice cookware. everything worked. Condo was cute and well-decorated with a nice welcome packet. The beds were horrible the King was lumpy and covered with Plastic, the twins were lumpy we tried both and could not get a good night's sleep. The couch was in need of replacement when you sat on it you almost had to be pulled off it as it had no support, none in our part are large people.

Nice experience here over the holidays. Huge props to the owners for dealing with a plumbing issue literally on Christmas. Overall condo was very nice, walkable to the beach. Condo had all the beach supplies which is a huge plus. Not a ton else in walking distance but with a car you’re fine to get around.

Nice Place

Overall we enjoyed the unit. We were a party of 7 adults and while there was enough room for us to fit in the unit with plenty of supplies (and even a nice little welcome basket), the queen sleeper sofa and roll away were too uncomfortable and no one was able to get any sleep on them. For the second and the third nights we got a nearby hotel room in addition so everyone could have real beds, but we were still able to have meals and hang out together. Suzanne, the host, was easy to communicate with, all directions were clear, check in/out was simple. For a party of 4 adults it would be very comfortable as the real beds were great. We stayed in November and unfortunately the weather had just dropped from 80s to 60s with rain and wind so we didn't get to enjoy the beach (which was walking distance) or the pool/hot tub.

Perfect weekend get away

Perfect little getaway for us! The short walk (or drive- make sure to stop by stripes to get a beach parking permit) to the beach was amazing! Loved everything about the stay and can’t wait to go back!!

If you want a laid-back place to relax, this place is great. It is off the beaten path but close enough to Corpus Christi and Port Aransas.

Great location and accommodations!

Overall the condo was just as it states in the description. If there was anything that could have been better it would be maybe some mattress toppers on all the beds especially the couch. However we had just a quick trip so for the price and the location it was perfect. I’ve been going to the beach my entire life and have never stayed somewhere that had a place to spray off everything including actual vehicles. That was my favorite amenity by far. Knowing that it was one less thing that would need to be done when we got home was awesome!

Enjoyed my beach vacation.

Property was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, and TV's were available in both bedrooms, as well as the living room, so no fighting for the remote! The place also had a balcony; great for enjoying storms as well as sunsets. Having a washer and dryer and dishwasher made life easier, and having appropriate soaps provided for the week was a real plus. Check-in was super-easy, as an electronic lock was programmed just for us, so we didn't have to worry about a key. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, but the knives weren't the best. Understandable from a renter's point of view, but as we cook a lot on vacation, I'll have to add travel knives to my list of things to bring. We really enjoyed having a thing full of beach towels for use on vacation, and a parking pass that allowed us to park on the local beaches. There was also a gym pass and pool pass, though we spent so much time at the beach we never got to use them. Checkout instructions were simple. Overall a great experience

Convenient & Clean

This condo is very close to the beach and probably has had many families making memories there. Yes, there is some wear and tear, however it’s well stocked with beach gear, kitchen needs, and the owners have made multiple sleeping arrangements available for various groups. I think the owners have made decent choices balancing style and functionality along with the realization that not everyone will be gentle or considerate of the condo. We did have a slight bathroom issue and this was handled by the owners very promptly. Communication with the owner was great both prior to and during our stay. It is a beach property and as such there were a lot of people staying in the condos nearby so joyous children’s feet and enthusiastic party-goers can be heard at times. For the most part it was mellow and calm.
