Cottage by the Sea est un magnifique condominium en bord de mer récemment rénové et décoré par des professionnels de 1 433 pieds carrés qui comprend trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. Il est situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble de cinq étages en copropriété de 50 unités avec ascenseurs et buanderie à chaque niveau. Bienvenue dans notre chalet au bord de la mer!

~ Cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour avec shiplap et étagères ouvertes avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, micro-ondes, élimination, cafetière, mixeur, mélangeur et ustensiles de cuisine. Un garde-manger pour le stockage et de nombreux plats pour les repas. Superbes vues sur l'océan!

~ Salle à manger et salon à aire ouverte avec des meubles, une décoration et des accessoires entièrement mis à jour avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan pour vous détendre sur les tout nouveaux canapés!

~ Placard de plage rempli de planches de bodyboard, de chaises de plage, de parasols, d'un ensemble de badminton et plus encore!

~ NOUVEAU Smart TV avec câble et lecteur CD sont fournis dans le salon. Le Wi-Fi est GRATUIT et disponible dans tout le condo! Téléviseurs avec ROCU dans la chambre avec lits superposés et la deuxième chambre king.

~ Balcon privé avec des chaises conformes et un transat offrant une vue panoramique sur l'océan.
Une zone d'observation parfaite pour le lancement de la navette spatiale. Pour votre sécurité, un poste de sauveteur rouge est situé (en saison) sur la plage directement en face de la propriété.

~ La Master Suite offre un lit king size avec de nouveaux matelas frais et une salle de bain complète mise à jour. Profitez du magnifique lever de soleil et des vues du sud depuis l'intimité de votre propre chambre.

This conda was so beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and everything we needed. A big plus was all the labeling in the kitchen so we knew where everything belonged! Hope to come back next year!

A great location with a spectacular view of the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing escape. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of space to enjoy leisurely mornings and dinners. Easy access to the beach and pool, and having laundry access in the condo was so convenient. Kay was very responsive and the perfect host! We had the best week and we are so sad to leave. Hoping to return!

This was our second time at this beautiful ocean front property. It is beautifully decorated, but also has such a comfortable feel. The view of the beach and water from the balcony is perfect, you can watch the sun rise every morning. The condo location is great. We will definitely be returning.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The condominium was clean and has updated kitchen and bathrooms. This is a corner unit on the top floor so had lots of windows and natural light. The view from the balcony was perfect beach front! Beach access was easy and condo is situated on no drive beach. The host Kay was very responsive and flexible.

This condo checked all the boxes - nice, clean, updated, all the amenities, fantastic view, heated pool! We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in quite a few different condos in NSB and this is one of the best.

Relaxing Beachside

We enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach. Areas weren't crowded and the property was fairly quiet. The location is perfect for going to attractions in nearby cities. Walking the beach was one of our favorite things.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cooking supplies as well as an assortment of seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the spa shower was a really nice bonus! The view from the balcony is beautiful. I appreciated that there are some beach supplies like chairs, a cooler and umbrella. We had an excellent stay. Just a word of warning, when the tide is in, there is no beach to walk on.

Best Weekend Getaway

This was one of the most perfect weekends for our family!! The condo was exceptional and our weather was perfect the whole time (lucky us) Can’t wait to stay again with another couple of ours that will love it just as much!!

Perfect Spring Break

We just got back from a fabulous vacation! The condo was spacious and clean. We loved being so close to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. I would highly recommend!!

Exceeded our expectations

The Cottage By The Sea was perfect for our pre-cruise get together with friends from Ireland. It was immaculate and modern with everything we needed. We loved the location and the views from the balcony were superb. I would definitely go back there again!

Great property!

We enjoyed our time at New Smyrna Beach. Supplies were plentiful- lots of bath towels, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs to use during our stay. The on-site property manager wasn't there when we checked in so we had to ask for the code for pool/beach access later.

Perfect winter getaway

This condo offered a great location and views of the ocean. The condo was well equipped / maintained and nicely decorated with easy access to the beach. Nice pool and convenient local shopping was a plus. Looking forward to visiting area next area.
