Vues sur l'océan - Duplex récemment construit (mai 2019) avec garage, ascenseur, 3 balcons privés et piscine communautaire. 8-10 personnes.
Ce 3 Ă©tages, 4 chambres, 3 1/2 salle de bain, est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et situĂ© dans la belle Atlantic Beach, Caroline du Nord. Un excellent emplacement, avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis 2 balcons et balcon avec vue sur la piscine depuis la salle Ă  manger. A 3 minutes Ă  pied de la rue Ă  travers la rue. Piscine communautaire situĂ©e juste devant la porte! Pratique pour de nombreuses activitĂ©s (aquarium NC, quais de bateau, jetĂ©es de pĂȘche, restaurants, bars et parc national de Fort Macon).
Chambres à coucher: 2 maßtres avec lits king size, 1 lit queen size, 1 lits jumeaux, draps de haute qualité. (Les chambres à coucher avec lits jumeaux et lits queen-size partagent une salle de bains).
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour la cuisson et comprend une cafetiÚre, un mixeur et un grille-pain.
Tous les produits en papier et les sacs Ă  ordures sont fournis.

Family Vacation 2025

Beautiful home just a few minutes walk to the Beach. The pool is well-kept and is within view of the house. The NC Aquarium, and several shops & restaurants are just a short drive away. This home was well equipped with items you will need, but don't want to pack! We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable and was the perfect size for our group of 8 adults. The walk to the beach was short with the convenient location of the home, and there were also several restaurants/bars/shops within easy walking distance. The pool access was a great bonus.

Great Property!

Excellent location w beach access right across the street and the pool just a minute walk outside your door. Walking distance to several restaurants. The accommodations worked out great with 2 primary bedrooms for the adults and then 2 more rooms for the kids. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great Place!

Jan's place is Amazing. The home was clean and very well maintained the beds were comfortable. The views of the ocean were nice and the walk to the beach was very easy. This place is highly recommended I give it a two thumbs up.

Wonderful Townhome!

Had a great time visiting Atlantic beach. The unit was clean beautifully decorated with all of the amenities. Would recommend! If we ever find ourselves back in the area we would stay there again. The host is very responsive! Thanks!

Atlantic Beach is awesome!

This is the third condo we had stayed in here and they do not disappoint! It is the perfect size for a family and the walk to the beach is okay if you have a wagon to carry chairs in. I would also recommend bringing a few of your own towels/washcloths as there was only one towel provided per person for the week. Doesn’t get any better with comfort, location and area!

Seaside end to summer

My family of nine including two 3yo and a 2 mos old were all very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to questions and the property was very clean. Great location. We enjoyed the beach, pool and aquarium. We took a short ride to Beaufort for a ferry ride to Shackleford Banks. The toddlers also enjoyed the park. We would love to stay again.

Atlantic Beach Family Getaway

We had a great week in Atlantic Beach! We were two families with a total of 5 children ranging in age from 6 to 20, plus a Mon/ Grandma. The house fit us perfectly and provided everything we needed. The proximity to the beach and pool was awesome. You can also walk to the bayside where there’s a small dock for fishing. The pier at the beach was an added bonus! There were also shops and restaurants within walking distance. We haven’t stayed in AB before and appreciated that it’s quieter and less crowded than other areas of OBX. Our only issue was that the dryer wasn’t working which meant we couldn’t wash clothes or towels all week. We had a great time and would love to visit again!

Great location and great for families of all ages

We had a great vacation! The location was perfect for walking to the beach in between rainy moments in the day. We had 3 families with an infant, a toddler and a small child. The 3 floors allowed for the infant to be sleeping on the bottom floor while the others could be upstairs playing. The balcony provided a great place to hang out and the sound proof windows were lovely from the traffic. The house was well stocked with plates, cups, towels etc. It was great having 2 thermostats because the lower level is naturally colder than upstairs. There are great inclusive playgrounds close by for children along with splash pads. This house provided a great vacation for all ages! Thank you!

Nice Townhome as long as you don’t plan to use the basement bedroom

We love the location and community! The house was nice but unfortunately the basement bedroom had a strong odor. We all thought it smelled of mold or mildew which I am allergic to. It got to the point that we were unable to use the room. We had to sleep on the pull out couch which was less then ideal. I alerted the owner to the problem so hopefully she can have it treated.

Atlantic Beach Getaway

Overall, we had a fine time. Before checking in, there must have been a glitch in the app because I couldn’t access the door code by asking the host, so I had to refer to VRBO for help. That worked out ok. I must say that the downstairs bedroom had a strong and distinct mildew smell. It really should be fixed to eliminate the odor. Many people are allergic to mold, which, if not corrected, the mildew will turn into mold causing a potential health hazard. Good luck fixing it!

This property is nicely located directly across the street from the beach. There is a crosswalk with a push button to assist beach goers the safety of crossing the busy street. The walkway has a new ramp to assist our push carts with wheels onto the beach. There are no steps to maneuver to get to the beach. The location is only steps to the beach and pool for your convenience.
