Impeccable nouvelle maison de ville de 3 chambres et 3 1/2 salles de bains. Moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage. La communauté a un accès direct à l'accès à la plage publique. La belle piscine entourée de palmiers n'est qu'à quelques pas du patio arrière. L'accès au son est accessible à pied. À distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins. À quelques minutes du front de mer de Morehead City, de l'aquarium historique de Beaufort, en Caroline du Nord à Pine Knoll Shores, du parc d'État de Fort Macon et du parc de la ville d'Atlantic Beach, qui comprend un pataugeoire, une aire de jeux et un parc de planche à roulettes en plein air.

L'intérieur comprend tous les nouveaux meubles. 3 chambres (king, queen et 2 lits jumeaux) avec chacune ayant sa propre salle de bain complète privée. Serviettes et draps fournis. Lovely place with lots of room to spread out. It’s great to have 3.5 baths and a short walk to the beach. Convenient location.

This was a lovely property! The owners communicated promptly with us. This property was clean, with many amenities. It was close to the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom made it to convenient for the family members I traveled with. I would recommend this property.

The property location and size made for a wonderful family vacation. We loved the access to the pool and short walking distance to the beach, able to drive easily to Moorehead City and Emerald Ise.

Very nice accommodations!

Perfect place to stay for families. Right across the street from the beach. Very convenient to the venues we attended for a rehearsal dinner and the wedding.

Great location and very friendly owners. Home had lots of room and had the necessities for our stay. Only negative was no dryer but that wasn’t in their control. They tried to fix it.

Great stay!

We were visiting our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter who are stationed at Camp LeJeune. It was the perfect place to all stay together for a long weekend. The pool was a great option as the beach was too hot for the baby. We enjoyed every minute!

Wonderful stay at a conveniently located beach condo for families!

We had an exceptional extended stay at this property. The condo is conveniently located a short walk across a boardwalk to Atlantic Beach and has all you need for a true getaway. The hosts were so helpful with all of our questions and immediately followed up on any small requests that we had. Highly recommended!

Great townhouse and pool

We had a great week in Atlantic Beach. The townhouse was very clean and fit our needs wonderfully. No sound issues with the neighbors and the extra windows as an end unit were nice. The community pool was a great addition and never overly crowded even during a holiday week!

Wonderful stay

We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for 20+ years and this is our 3rd year staying in this complex. The townhome was exactly as pictured and described! Plenty of space for our family, great accessibility to the pool, an easy walk to the beach and a fully stocked kitchen! The house was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. Great communication with the owners and a fast response time. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Home away from Home

Great location to everything. Pool was so convenient and close to condo. Beach access was great as well. We felt like we were home away from home. Having individual bathrooms for each bedroom was the best. We had our space but also room enough for everyone to eat together and enjoy family time and games. My first time renting this unit and plan to continue. Thank you Garriss' for sharing your home with us....

Great vacation for our family of 6

We had a great stay at St. Somewhere in the Seaside Villas complex! The property was clean and comfortable, and included mostly everything we needed throughout the week. Our hosts communicated well before and during the trip, and were responsive to a few minor requests we had during our stay. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items, plates, cups, silverware, etc. plus other useful items like a blender and an electric griddle. The bedrooms were quite spacious and there was plenty of room for our family to stretch out. The separate bathrooms were also a major benefit. It was awesome having the pool so close...literally steps away from the back door. The pool is very well maintained and large enough to accommodate several families even when its busy. The walk to the beach was also really fast and easy and the beach wasn't super busy even in the middle of July. We loved being able to park directly out the front door, which made unpacking and grocery shopping a breeze. The property is located very close to lots of things. We enjoyed little trips out to several places in Morehead City, Beaufort, or just around Atlantic Beach. We will certainly consider returning to St. Somewhere in the future!

Disappointed

The pool was the best part! Very convenient to the unit and a great layout. The unit itself had furniture that was broken, damaged and not sturdy. Walls needed painting. Fixtures were not secured into the wall. Mattress' were not at all comfortable. The unit received several excellent reviews, so we were quite surprised and disappointed. The owners were responsive, but never offered a discount. We could not find a comfortable spot to relax in the unit.

We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay. No worries, we won’t rent to you again. Because you entered the unit at 11:30 am and check-in is 4:00 pm and you complained about everything including a brand new couch. Yes, you did get a discount because we did not keep your security deposit for breaking the dining room chair.

Very Nice Home

This property is very clean, organized and the owners Chris and Nancy were very easy to deal with. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Dairy Queen was closed for the season and will reopen in March. We were looking forward to our short walk to dairy queen however, this was not a showstopper. We had lots of room for the family and some to spare. Thanks to Chris and Nancy, very well done.

Labor Day Weekend

Nancy (Owner) was great to deal with, super responsive which was greatly appreciated! This townhouse is great, spacious, new and updated and well stocked with everything you might need. Steps from the community pool and a short stroll across the street to the beach. We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!
