Maison meublée sur 1 acre avec salon extérieur et bain à remous! Ambiance champêtre avec les commodités de la ville, à seulement 11 km du centre-ville historique de McKinney. Le salon extérieur comprend un foyer au bois en pierre avec manteau de cèdre. La cuisine comprend des armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en granit et des planchers de bois franc. Suite parentale privée avec lit king-size, dressing, comptoirs en granit, miroirs encadrés, grande douche principale avec verre sans cadre. 2ème chambre avec un lit king, 3ème chambre avec deux lits jumeaux xl qui ont chacun une base réglable, et un lit de repos avec lit gigogne dans le bureau peut accueillir deux autres personnes. Porte d'entrée en bois, nouvelle moquette et peinture 2019, tous les appareils, y compris la laveuse et la sécheuse du réfrigérateur. 8 personnes confortablement

We were so happy to come across this property while we were searching for a place to stay in McKinney. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and we loved the way it was decorated - so personable. I loved sitting on the porch drinking my coffee in the mornings. It was the perfect “home base” for us as we all went about our days. The fan on the air conditioner quit working one day, and within a few hours of us notifying the owner, it had been fixed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Quiet and Convenient

If you are looking for a quiet location that is within 10 minutes of old town McKinney, or within 10 minutes drive to Princeton, this house is for you. We rented this house for two weeks while we transitioned to a new home. This house is well insulated, and will keep you cool and warm. All amenities you require.

Our stay at Meadow retreat for a month was overall good ! We very much enjoyed the outdoor patio/ fireplace/ and hot tub…however there were some disappointing things.The stairs and deck around the hot tub made us all uneasy when we walked on them and the outdoor tv didn’t work and the owner was contacted and she ordered a new one but was never brought to the house for us to use. The overall cleanliness of the house was was a little disappointing…( some kitchen items had to be washed, we didn’t put things in the bathroom drawers because they were not clean.The condition of some kitchen items needed updating We did enjoy our time in Texas with family!

Regarding the outdoor TV, we did order a replacement during your stay based on your feedback, and you said it wasn’t necessary to install while you were there since you had brought one with you from home. great stay - awesome owner

My husband and I were relocating from Atlanta to the Dallas area and in need of a 30-day stay in a furnished home. We booked this property online after views the pics and communicating with the owner who was very responsive to our questions.. We weren't disappointed - the property was comfortable, clean, and has a great outdoor space with privacy from the neighbors largely due to the size of the backyard. When we had questions throughout our stay, the owner timely responded. We could not have found a more accommodating and pleasant owner to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Recovering

We chose this home for my husband to recover from heart surgery. It was an excellent choice and suited our needs perfectly. We would both highly recommend it. The owners were wonderful!!!

Great stay!

Pictures are accurate. House is cozy and very comfortable. Host is very easy to deal with and checked with us frequently to make sure everything was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if needed.
