The property was a great location for a getaway weekend. Close to the mall, and many restaurants. The amenities, pool, and gym were very luxurious with professional staff.

The pictures don’t do this property any justice it’s amazing. Quick check in and everything you need is there. Even got a complimentary bottle of wine. This is gonna be my go to spot when I return to Miami

Great place in a great location

We stayed 3 nights, the apartment was very spacious and clean, and we had a great view. The location was close to everything we needed, plenty of eating spots and places to walk to. The pool area was also a highlight, great to relax in after a day in the sun and humidity. Highly recommended.

A great getaway

This place is very comfortable, clean & in an amazing location! The neighborhood is close to everything you could ask for. Our property manager Silvia was friendly, efficient and easy to contact. If you’re headed to Miami, this is the place to stay!

I slept comfortably, the lady that got me in the building was pleasant, the bed was comfortable. Both TVs work, not sure why they didn't for some people.All in all it was a great stay!

Great location and awesome property management.

The condo was amazing. We had great views from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and well supplied. The property management did an excellent job providing timely communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Quality time

It was an Amazing weekend with my mom. The location was So great! Easy to be picked up via Lyft and easy walk to grocery store and greeaaaattttt restaurants 🤤🤤 The view was spectacular!

Place was nice. The apartment was clean and functional. The tile floor had cracks in it but clean. My BIGGEST complaint is that I had to accompany my 17 and 16 year old kids to pool, spa and gym. They cannot go unaccompanied which is a huge inconvenience. For this reason I would not go back.

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
