Fantastic, idyllic setting. Home was spotless. Great WiFi. Well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful coffee station. Beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were great!We saw rabbits and chipmunks :)

Amazing spot!

The Dome Away from Home is such an amazing property!!! I could go on and on about what an ideal place it is. The unique architecture is so cool and makes use of every square inch of space. It clearly was recently renovated; everything is new and very well appointed. Despite being a dome shape, the interior is bright and airy, full of light! We had our large family staying there, including small kids, teens, and adults, and the space worked beautifully with plenty of room and privacy. The house is abundantly stocked with linens and kitchen supplies, and the appliances are new and high-end. We hosted a graduation brunch, and the kitchen more than accommodated cooking for a crowd, with the interior and exterior spaces perfect for dining. The house is immaculate in all ways. The yard is gorgeous, well tended, and such a respite in the middle of the busy suburbs. I cannot recommend this property highly enough! It's not only a unique experience but also a wonderful rental property. We will be back many times!!!

Always a great place to stay

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience. The house is clean and well stocked. Amber always responds quickly. House is close to whatever you need but back off the road so it feels secluded. Try to arrive during daylight because it is a bit hard to find at night.

Great family house

Really nice place for us as a family of four visiting relatives in Naperville. Everything very well set up, clean and more spacious than pictures may seem. We made dinner a few times, kitchen is very functional, beds are comfortable and garden is really nice.

Nice place near Naperville

House is surrounded by trees for privacy. Enjoyed sitting on deck. 2 bedrooms downstairs and one with it's own bathroom upstairs. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice little house on nice pc of property

Very nice rental. My only complaint is in a property this nice I think there should be name brand toilet paper and Kleenex. The stuff provided were the absolute cheapest you can buy!! Overall a good rental experience.

Amazing Property

Overall the stay was great. The home was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. It had everything to make you feel like you were in the country while being just minutes from the downtown area. My family loved it for our first vacation.

Geodesic Dome House

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. Our four preteens/teens enjoyed the charming, quirky style of the house. The yard is very private as it is surrounded by trees. We ate dinner outside almost every night—we didn’t notice any mosquitoes.

Hidden Gem in the Round

Dome Away from Home is set in a tranquil wooded garden and reminded us of a Hobbit House. Amber was very easy to work with and she communicated information in a timely manner. The home was very clean. The bathrooms had large bath towels. The kitchen was well equipped for our family's cooking needs. Our family enjoyed the back deck and garden, and we all got a good night's sleep. We have this home on our list for any time that we return.

How often do you get to stay in a dome?

The house is perfectly spacious and well equipped and it is situated on a lovely piece of property with a large yard and is surrounded by trees. You would never know you are in a suburb of one of the largest cities in the U.S. with how quiet and pretty the surroundings of the house are!

Dome Vibes!
