Our stay at Bill's property was nothing short of amazing. We swam in the pool everyday, walked to the beach, biked, and could see the gulf from each balcony. We played games, cooked the majority of our meals at home and had so many morning walks on the beach! We cannot thank Bill enough for his awesome communication! We made family memories for years to come. We will be back !!

This has everything you need - comfy beds, clean, stocked kitchen, short walk to quiet beach, beach chairs/toys/wagon, bikes, beautiful pool area. Loved our stay!

The pool was fantastic! Everything we needed from floats to goggles were available. The house design is something special for sure. The location was super convenient to tacos the beach or head to Naples or Cape Coral. Communication with host was great. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Gorgeous property, very clean and the most well appointed VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Owner was generous and responsive. Close to the beach and short bike to downtown. If I find myself back in FMB I’d definitely look into this property again.

perfect home in perfect location!

This house is AMAZING! Everything you need to feel like you’re on vacation and at home at the same time! Lots of space to spread out and enjoy. Short walk to a great beach … no hotels / crowds made it very private! Lots of beach gear and towels to use. We couldn’t have found a better house or a better location.

Property more than exceeded our expectations. We arrived to a “welcoming” basket. We took advantage of the numerous amenities i.e. bikes, sand toys, bar-be-que, floaties, board games, cards, stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony off of the MBR, with amazing views, it felt like paradise.It’s a short walk to the white sandy beach where we enjoyed our daily walks and took in the amazing sunsets. So fortunate to enjoy Fort Myers Beach once again. We would love to book this amazing property again.

Amazing property

We had an amazing time during our vacation! This house is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our trip. My husband and I brought my daughter and a few of her friends for their Senior spring break. We had the room upstairs and they had the rooms on the main floor which gave them their own space along with their own bathrooms. The trolley made it easy to get to the action of FMB. While there we had a couple of perfect days of low tide and the beach is a short 5 minute walk to find the best shells! Out of all the houses we have stayed, this had the best pool and was very relaxing. We will definitely be trying to make a trip back in the future.

The set up of the house really worked for our family and the heated pool was warm enough to swim during the days in spite of the chilly nights. The beach equipment and bikes were a nice plus as well. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes and we were within a mile of Publix. We hope to be able to return again.

Wonderful stay at this Beautiful Home

Pictures are for real! Lovely fully stocked home; well stocked kitchen, beach needs and pool. We were in the heated pool almost daily. Loved sitting on the balcony outside the great room, overlooking the pool and canal. The kitchen, dining and great room are open with very comfortable furniture. The owner was very responsive and available. We were there for the month and hated leaving.

Ft. Myers Beach House

Fully stocked unique beach home with a private pool on a canal!! We brought some supplies like tiolet paper, beach towels, dush soap abd needed none of it. We had a wonderful time and , owner, Bill was just a text away if we needed him!! On our second day at the hope we were greeted by a dolphin in the canal. The dolphin hung out for about 30 minutes but was definitely a highlight of the trip along with the iguana who visited a more regularly. All of the wildlife was amazing to see. We hope to go back soon!! Thanks Bill!!!!

Amazing house!

Everything at Bill's house was perfect. He also communicated frequently addressing any questions I had. We had 10 people. My husband and I brought our adult kids and younger kids and grandbaby. Everything was perfectly accommodating for all ages. It was literally the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. Every need was met. I can't say enough about how great this place is and how wonderful the owner is. Thanks so much for renting your beautiful house to us!

FMB 2023 in spite of Ian

Our third winter at this property and can’t describe our gratitude in being able to visit FMB thru all the rebuilding/restoration of the island after Hurricane Ian. It will be a process of years and yes, it will be different but……it is still just beautiful. This owner is the best - went above and beyond to create an oasis for us in a neighborhood of loss………thank you for the effort and commitment……

As described and in some ways better

This property was a good fit for our family gathering. We walked the beach, shelling, every morning and even caught some beach sunsets. It's a very convenient, short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the abundance of beach chairs and other beach paraphernalia. We really enjoyed the heated salt water pool and made good use of the brand new grill, cooking at home about 60% of the time. There were lots of dishes and pans and we even used the crockpot for pulled pork which cooked all day while we were at the beach. Our host Bill was great, very responsive and attentive and also, pre-visit, very flexible and understanding with our inquires for details of hurricane related details. There was lots of parking, occasionally we had 3 cars comfortably parked. The cupboards had tons of games and Legos for youngsters but we just used the Jenga and playing cards. Kudos to Bill for a great job of cleaning up after 2 hurricanes! The beach by the way is totally cleaned up and wonderful. A tip for a local outdoor pub/restaurant is Junkanoo Below Deck. The blackened grouper will not disappoint!
