Récemment rénové! Piscine privée - 3BR / 3BA

Cette maison de canal a été mise à jour avec une nouvelle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et une salle à manger de l'ßle. Le plan d'étage ouvert, récemment rénové avec de nouveaux sols en carrelage, de nouveaux meubles et une nouvelle plomberie, donne sur une piscine chauffée, un quai et le canal qui mÚne au golfe du Mexique.

Toutes les trois chambres ont des bains individuels en suite. La suite principale a une entrée séparée sur le pont qui donne sur la piscine et le canal. La grande salle est récemment décorée et dispose d'une télévision haute définition avec Comcast On-Demand et d'un systÚme de divertissement avec son surround. Internet sans fil est disponible dans toute la maison (et la piscine!)
La maison est Ă  200 mĂštres de l'un des points les plus larges de la plage de Fort Myers Beach. Si vous ĂȘtes familier avec le bar Outrigger Tiki Hut, la maison est directement sur le cĂŽtĂ© opposĂ© du boulevard Estero. Curlew Street se trouve entre le Dinner Movie Theatre et le restaurant Charley's Boathouse.

Fort Myers Beach 147 Curllew St

House was perfect. FMB is still is disrepair form the Ean hurricane. Expect lots of traffic delays during late afternoon and early evening commutes because of the traffic light and planet hollywood resort that opened at the end of the beach before the bridge.

Beach Vacation - this is the place!

Nice house

Less than a year ago the hurricane hit this area, I was impressed with the condition of the house. This is a wonderful location in an area that will be even better as fort meyers beach comes back from the storm. We enjoyed our visit, and we were a short drive to wherever we wanted to go.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. The pool and the lanai are great. The inside looks exactly like the pictures. I wish we would have had a heads up about the storm damage to the bottom half of the house before we arrived. This would not have changed our minds but it was a little surprising when we pulled up. It also would have been nice to have more toiletries and paper towels available, or a heads up that we would need to bring our own. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice vacay!

Our family stayed in this house for 5 days and it was nice and roomy. The pool was wonderful! We actually saw a dolphin swim right under the dock chasing fish. A suggestion would be to have a key lock instead of having to drive to an off site location to obtain the keys. Our flight was very delayed and at 4:00 a.m. it was a bit much to drive by the house to get the keys. We also experienced a lot of bug bites while fishing so we definitely recommend bug spray!!! Overall, we had a great time and made lots of memories.

Family Time

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Must take stairs to get in and out of house including to the pool. Worked well for us. We mentioned a couple maintenance items to the property manager. They took care of our immediate needs right away.

Quick weekend getaway

This property was such a great location! Super easy walk to the beach & chairs/wagon/cooler was available if we needed it. The place was big enough for 5 adults (or more) to comfortably hangout, pool was clean and we had a great time! Plenty of options for dinner around us as well. The front door was a little quirky but once we figured out the trick we were all set!

Great pool + steps to the beach

We had a great week at fort Myers beach! The house was in great condition, and allowed our family to spread out and have plenty of space. We loved being on the canal and the private pool! The house is only a 5 min walk from a quiet region of the beach. We would stay again!

We all loved this spacious house with the generous amount of towels, kitchenware, comfortable beds and furnishings. The warm pool was wonderful with plenty of pool toys for my grandkid.

Perfect location close to beach

Perfect for our group of three couples since each had their own bedroom and bath, but does need some updates with towels and bedding. Location was quiet and close to beach. Pool was wonderful but more loungers would enhance pool time. Would definitely rent again-great place!

We have vacationed for years with our family and four children in the area. My husband and I plan to spend our retirement in Fort Myers Beach. We decided to rent it when we realized that we could rent it year-round when we were not vacationing. We love it there and hope you will as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We enjoy walking on the beach and boating on the Gulf of Mexico. We can walk to all sorts of dining and entertainment. If we don't want to walk, there's a trolley stop right at the end of our street which runs the distance of the entire island into Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. For baseball fans, the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox have Spring Training facilities just a short drive away.
