A week in April

Property was as expected and advertised. Easy check in and out. Easy beach access and availability for umbrella and chairs. Nice view over the intracoastal waterway. And the price was right!

The apartment itself was perfect. It was clean and inviting. The Zen team, led by Laure, was very kind, hospitable and available. The staff at the building, including Fiona and Raymond, was wonderful. The location is amazing. There is only one issue - The situation with the elevators in the building is a big problem. There are four elevators for a building with 43 floors, one of which was out of order for the entire weekend (I would have expected them to fix it ASAP). We waited 40 minutes for elevators when we checked out, until finally we decided to take the elevator on the way up to get down. If they can fix this issue, this property would be a 10 out of 10.

Great stay !

Perfect place for our family of 4. Beautiful recent condo, clean and well located. The pool area on the 6th floor is very nice. Communication with the host was excellent. She always responded quickly. Customer service was a highlight of our stay. We had a few requests during our stay (missing items in the kitchen, electronic door lock that no longer worked) and people came each time to resolve the situation immediately. The staff were very courteous (valet parking, front desk) and made us feel very welcome. My only "negative" point would be that the daily resort and valet parking fees were not indicated in the description of this unit on Vrbo. However, we found out about it by contacting the host. I recommand this place !

Miami 2020 Superbowl

Very new place with brand new appliances. Situated right on the inter-coastal waterway allowed us to view all of the mega-yachts as they arrived for the Super Bowl. We also saw manatees and dolphins swimming along. The condo is well equipped for shorter stays; anything longer than a short week and you will require more cooking tools. Property Owner very friendly and attentive. My only wish would be a restaurant in the building and more within walking distance.

Hyde House

We had a great experience checking in and loved our stay. We were close to everything we needed and wanted. The pool deck and gym were wonderful. It was frustrating trying to catch an elevator to go down so we often had to ride up to go down. Otherwise we would wait over ten minutes for an elevator. There needs to be dish soap, a dish sponge and a complete set of 4 of the towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Everyone was extremely nice and we can’t wait to visit again.
