Une chambre sur la plage avec une impressionnante vue sur l'océan

Trois (3) nuits minimum requis. La grande chambre contient deux lits queen size. Le salon contient un lit queen size canapé.

Récemment rénovée, la cuisine entièrement équipée est équipée d'un grand réfrigérateur, d'une cuisinière, d'un four et d'un lave-vaisselle. Micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, ustensiles, verres, assiettes et couverts sont fournis.

Carrelage dans tout le salon, salle à manger, chambre à coucher, salle de bain et cuisine également.

Balcon avec table et chaises donnant sur une belle vue directe sur l'océan. Le balcon fermé comporte des fenêtres à panneaux de verre qui s'ouvrent, comme des portes-fenêtres coulissantes, pour offrir une expérience de balcon ouvert.

Il y a 40 "téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre avec un service de câble pour chacun.

Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis

Perfect View!!

The apartment has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The VIEW is the BEST!! Beach, Tiki Hut & pool all right there. Check in & out was super easy. Elizabeth the property manager was friendly & made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend!!

View is just as listed. It is such a convenient location. The food at the Tikki bar is excellent and the chair and umbrella rental is worth every single penny. Great place!

Perfect long weekend

We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend! Elizabeth was great with communication and information on the area. Easy check in and out. We arrived late and didn’t have time to head to store… no worries the condo had everything needed to start us off. Having the beach, pool and view from your own balcony were all priceless. The Bamboo Tiki bar was also a lot of fun! We were down here to watch our daughter play volleyball but had so much fun in between!

Amazing!

We stayed for a long 3 day weekend when Ohio got crushed with snow and ice. We got to enjoy beautiful weather, with a SERIOUSLY unforgettable view! I could have sat and drank my coffee on that balcony for hours. Having the tiki bar was the icing on the cake. We explored the area, ate way too much awesome food, and all around had such a wonderful time and the property owner and property manager were so easy to work with. We really appreciate your beautiful place! Thank you for everything ❤️

I booked this property as a little birthday staycation. I’m a miami local with a young child so I already knew I wanted to stay away from the craziness of the South Beach area. I decided for us to stay in Ft. Lauderdale beach. I found this listing and I’m so happy I did! The property is just like in the pictures. Very clean and spacious for our party of four. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The atmosphere was great. Family friendly. Elizabeth was great! Always available to answer questions. I will definitely book my next staycation at this property.

Not a clean place and not as described

I was extremely disappointed that the condo wasn’t clean and was not as described I called the property manager Elizabeth and she said I’m too picky and I should just go to a 5 star hotel if I expect a nice clean place, so I did . I was in the condo for less than 5 mins but was still charged for the 4 day rental Very disappointed- do not book this

This is not quite the way things happened. They complained about the apartment having a foul smell. I stayed there for a couple of weeks and left on April 10th. There was no smell. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned the next day, April 11th, there was no smell. The apartment received new guest on April 16th, still no smell. I was not there when he had the conversation with Elizabeth so I don’t know what happened. He was charged because the apartment was his for 3 nights, not 4 nights as he wrote, and he decided to walk away instead of letting us rectify whatever problem he thought existed. He also mentioned that the apartment was not as described. This is TOTALLY FALSE. The description and the pictures, all of them taken inside the apartment, on this web site is 100% accurate. Please take a look at my other reviews.

Christmas at the beach

Dealing with the property manager Elizabeth the as a pleasure. Very pleasant and helpful. No problem checking g at all. The View from our unit was wonderful- 10th floor overlooking the beach. The unit itself was spacious, updated and well appointed. The bathroom was dated and definitely needs work to match the rest of the unit. The building is also dated but fine. We really enjoyed the meal we had the Tiki Bar and the dinner at the restaurant Casa Calabria- very authentic Italian food. Would definitely return- the location was fantastic. Close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacy etc. in addition we were very lucky with the weather- sunny and warm all 10 days!! Can’t wait to return.

We had a great time!

We had a great time! Communication was excellent! Our room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings were in good condition and modern. Appliances all functioned correctly. Valet service was flawless!! (I had never used valet and was concerned, but their system works fantastic.) The building was built in the 50's, so you will see things like marble floors, etc., but the building seems to be in very good mechanical condition. The elevators are small, but with FOUR of them, we never waited more than just a few seconds for one. (NOTE: Use the service elevator around the corner from the other three, for your luggage.) I'd go back in a heartbeat! Thanks!!
