Best Studio Location In The Building With Unobstructed Water View Balcony


Our unit #424 is a great studio for a vacation. A queen-size Murphy bed and full-size sleeper sofa sleeps 4. The 17' wide balcony offers a 270 degree unobstructed view of the southeast exposure with water as far as the eye can see! Gorgeous sunrises! It also overlooks the famous Tiki bar restaurant and the pool. 50" Smart flat screen TV with internet. Wonderful Italian restaurant (Casa Calabria) with lively piano bar singing Italian songs, real estate office, hair dresser, a clothing and convenience store and a coffee bar open 24/7 are all on the lobby floor of the building. Valet parking only. Short walking distance to many stores & restaurants, including Winn Dixie, a liquor store, a dry cleaners, CVS, a hair salon, Holy Cross Medical Group, Dunkin', McDonald's, pizza cafe, great New York deli and a large souvenir shop selling everything you need for the beach! Jet Ski, kayak, & paddle board rentals next door. Check in 3:00 pm/Check out 11:00 am.

Been renting this condo since 2016 when Svein owed it. Would never stay anywhere else while in Ft. Lauderdale! The fact that we keep returning to the same condo speaks volumes of the reasons why we keep coming back. In a world on outrageous prices, Bruce and Maria make this condo affordable. Bruce and Maria gave the condo a lil renovation over the years which is aesthetically appealing to any beach lover. I can never say enough about this condo. Location! Location! Location! It’s perched perfectly on the 4th floor in perfect view of the beach, the Tiki Bar, and the pool. Full view of everything.The owners provide two very nice anti-gravity beach chairs and a table with two cup holders.I suggest just carrying the chairs down to the beach in your hands and not the bags provided. The bags hinder more than help.Ocean Manor is located right across the street from McDonalds. A few blocks from Winn Dixie. We walk and roll our empty carryon luggage to the store, fill it up with what groceries we need and walk and roll it back. Lauderdale-By-The-Sea is about one mile up the road. Thanks again for another perfect vacation looking forward to summer 2026!!

Excellent unit for the two of us. It would be a bit small for any more than two i think.Cooking facilities are rather sparse but ideal if you are going to eat out for most of your stay.The door to the balcony is very heavy and we both had difficulty opening it at times but it is a hurricane door so is to be expected i suppose.The making fees for parking and valet service were totally unexpected although the hosts did make this right.Cannot praise the hosts enough. They were top class and even ordered in a book on the area to help us. Thanks

Great trip for mother's birthday!

The location was great, and the beach was perfect. Could not beat the view! Definitely a studio but very easy for 1-3 people. We had a couple of issues, but the owners were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely do it again!

Worked out well

The listing was totally accurate. The mornings on the patio were great. Room can be compared to a hotel room with additional benefits. Some of these are beach chairs and umbrella that you can take down saving a lot of money from renting and also were far more comfortable. Coffee pods were supplied. And has been mentioned in other re iews the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

I want to live here!

Absolutely loved the place. The view from the balcony just can’t be beat. Beautiful beach, fun Tiki Bar, great studio, very comfortable bed. I’m already trying to figure out when we can go back.

The listing was accurate. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the sunrises were amazing! The unit had everything we needed to be able to make some easy meals there. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed easy access to the beach and the property's amenities, especially the Bamboo Tiki bar! Would definitely stay there again!

Solo trip

It was a great experience staying at this property. It had everything I needed. The tiki bar is very good and has great service. The Italian restaurant has great food and entertainment. The condo has the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. I had some trouble getting the tv to work and the hosts were very helpful in getting it working for me..I would recommend this property!!
