Confortable cabine de 3 chambres rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e dans la belle ville pittoresque de Roscoe entre les lacs Muskoday et Tennanah. Grande cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils et une cheminĂ©e accueillante avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un grand rassemblement avec vos amis et votre famille. Un grand salon avec un poĂȘle Ă  bois et une grande table de jeu pour des heures de divertissement. 2 grands ponts avant et arriĂšre avec beaucoup de places assises. Mike et moi restons sur la propriĂ©tĂ© dans une cabine sĂ©parĂ©e et veillerons Ă  ce que votre sĂ©jour soit gĂ©nial. Les animaux sont les bienvenus.

Great stay in Trout Town USA!

Great spot for the annual Catskills trout fishing trip with the guys. Short drive to the Beaverkill, Willowemoc and East Branch Delaware. House is clean and well appointed. Hosts are very friendly, helpful and want to be sure you enjoy your stay. Thank you Kaplans, we will be back!

Overall, the cabin was comfortable and well equipped. Not as private or spacious outdoors as expected. Still, a convenient location to Roscoe and enjoyable.

The PERFECT Roscoe Experience!

We spent Christmas at this cabin, and it was perfect. From the dog-friendly policy, warm fires going in both main rooms when we arrived to the welcome bottle of wine, this was the perfect holiday get away. The onsite hosts are the perfect balance of available (even on Christmas Day) balanced with respect for privacy. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked with everything you could need. And the firewood was plentiful. We enjoyed an idyllic holiday and loved it so much we booked our next visit before we left!

The Perfect Combination of Peace, Charm, and Natural Beauty

Stayed with my children and parents for a three-day weekend—we really enjoyed our time at the Cabin. From the moment we were greeted by the owner's two dogs upon our arrival, we felt home. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated and clean—lots of cool knick knacks, including books and board games, to discover. The hosts, Debra and Mike, were incredibly accommodating to our needs, and they were only too happy to let the kids run around their expansive property. The cabin provided the adults of our party with a great place to sit back and relax with a book and a glass of wine or beer, while also providing a place of adventure and discovery for our kids. We definitely plan on returning for a longer stay in the near future!

Fun Entertainment room, but close neighbors.

The living room was the star with comfy couches, jukebox, wood-burning stove, game table, and silly hats. Our teens actually turned into humans! The kitchen was well-appointed (even plastic baggies), and there were umbrellas and flashlights. The beds were comfortable. good location near the lake and close to town. The hosts were helpful and welcoming. We got tired of keeping the kitchen wood-burning stove going and how smoky it made the house and our clothing. We didn't prefer the crowded property with the buildings feet from each other and sounds of activity in the basement. Would be great for a reunion though.

Double Booked and Poor Communication

We have used VRBO for over 10 years and have never been in a situation like what happened with this property. We booked Property ID 1810932 which is a 3-Bedroom House with large living room, fireplaces and more. The Owner called the day before we left saying they were kindly setting up desks for us to work from home and we will be staying at the "Cottage". We packed up 10 days worth of clothes, food, and pet supplies and drove the 3 hours to the house. Upon arrival we pulled up next to the House that was in the photos, and were told "No, that is booked you're staying over here" and we were led to an Apartment that is part of the Owners' House that is also on the property. The Apartment is smaller than our current apartment in the city and the Owner's live right upstairs. While the Apartment is certainly nice, it was far from the large House we had booked and was not suitable for the 10-day stay we had planned. The Owner's tried to explain they told us it was the "Cottage" but they should have clarified it was not the Property ID we booked and paid for through VRBO, and instead, was an entirely different listing. They used the term "Cottage" but should have said it specifically was a small 2-bedroom apartment and NOT the listing we booked. The Owner's did understand that this was not what we expected and said it was a double booking error, and they refunded our money. However, we spent a lot of time and money packing up for a long stay and would have expected clear communication on the difference between the House we booked and what they actually had available.

Everything about it was beautiful.

Everything about it was beautiful. we had such an amazing time and felt very pampered. From the moment we walked in the door fireplace was burning the music was on and there was wine waiting for us. Debbie and her husband Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Luna and Roxy are absolutely adorable and the peace and quiet is just what we needed. What a wonderful weekend we will definitely be back.

Super chill cabin with 2 fires, a juke box, and great kitchen!... Lovely hosts too.

We Loved It! Our hosts Debbie and Michael made sure we were comfortable in every way! - Pet friendly house - they started fires in the fireplace and woodstove before we even arrived! - well stocked kitchen with cooking supplies - and a beautifully fun decorated house! - We loved the JUKE BOX. They even have a fully wheelchair accessible cottage on the property ... we may check out next time since my partner uses a wheelchair. We loved it and will be back!

Large, clean, charming cottage with well-stocked kitchen and lots of room for family and friends.

We were six adults and greatly enjoyed this cottage--especially the large living room filled with comfortable seating and the large kitchen, where we were able to cook and eat together around a big table, with a nice fire in the fireplace during chilly evenings. We were also able to make good use of the patio and its barbeque. Bonus point--a free jukebox with music that crosses generational tastes. The hosts were friendly and helpful and could not have been more responsive. Lots of fishing places within an easy drive. Main streets of Roscoe and Livingston Manor are short drives away. A lovely stay all in all.

A magical, quintessential NY cabin experience!

This cabin in Roscoe is truly spectacular! The space was expansive and came FULLY stocked, we wanted for nothing. The hosts were so kind and communicative, they answered all our questions and had both fire pits all set up for us. They had ample indoor and outdoor furniture, all top knotch quality and comfort. The jukebox had us rockin' around the clock and making memories that will last a lifetime!

Cozy place for weekend getaway

My friend and I wanted a quick winter trip out of the city for a couple of days where we could relax in front of a fire. Deb & Mike’s place did not disappoint. 2 fireplaces! And Mike started the fires for us when we first arrived which was even better! 3 comfy bedrooms, living room with a fun jukebox and games, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of tools and basics for cooking. (We had bought things like sugar and oil but needn’t have bothered!). The owners live on the property in another building. They have two very sweet and friendly dogs who will beg to come in for attention if you want to give it to them! This is a great place for dog-lovers (probably not so much if you don’t like dogs). The area is lovely with lots of little lakes, though this property itself isn’t waterfront so there isn’t a view per se. But we took a lovely little drive around the area and the scenery is beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy cottage

The cozy cottage was great!!!!had everything you could possibly need; Debra and Mike are absolutely fabulous people. They are determined to see that every little need is taken care of, and will go out of their way to ensure good time. They are warm friendly good-hearted people. This world could use more people like them. And their dog Roxy is a sweetheart! Can't wait to go back and see them all next year. I've only been back home one day, and I miss them already! Great place! Great people!

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

Apon entering you felt how much warmth was put into this cabin. We were so happy to have it decorated for Christmas even a decorated real tree. Such a cozy feel we both had staying here. Everything was immaculately clean and well appointed. Kitchen was fully stocked, everything you could ever need was there. There were kids games, photo booth props for fun, casino game table for adults. We enjoyed the wonderful ambiance of a fireplace in d/r and wood burning stove in l/r. I congratulate Debra and Mike on giving their guests a true home away from home. They are a warm and friendly couple. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay perfect. Donna & Rob
