Ceci est une maison de 3 Ă©tages avec env. 3000 pieds carrĂ©s Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e a 2 chambres Ă  coucher et 1 salle de bain et a une cuisine complĂšte et un porche arriĂšre. Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec une cuisine complĂšte et un salon ainsi qu'une terrasse arriĂšre donnant sur un Ă©tang avec une fontaine. Cet Ă©tage comprend deux chambres Ă  coucher et 2. 5 salles de bains. Le 3Ăšme Ă©tage a 1 BR et 1 bain. La maison a une table de billard, une table de ping-pong et deux voiturettes de golf qui peuvent ĂȘtre prises Ă  la plage. Il y a 3 piscines, une salle de sport et des courts de tennis dans la communautĂ©.

Traveled to MB for annual golf tournament and stayed at this location since all the golf courses we played were only 10 minutes of travel time. Home was well equipped with all the necessities, very clean and comfortable. Owner was very easy to work with seemed to be very concerned about our comfort. Would highly recommend except the week I want to go back.

We loved our stay. The golf carts and pool tables were a huge hit. Plenty of room for the whole family. Will definitely book again for our next visit.

This is a great house! Plenty of space for a large family/friends vacation and Oceanside village is our favorite community ever! Two golf carts is really nice to have and the property all around is beautiful!Will be returning!

We have been visiting the Myrtle Beach area for 30 years. This was our first time at Garden City and we will never stay in Myrtle again! The location was perfect. Quiet, safe, and peaceful. We loved the lake in the back and the peaceful atmosphere. The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room and amenities. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach, which was more fun than staying oceanfront. Everyone we interacted with were very nice and helpful. My husband and 13 yo think it was the best vacation we have ever had. The house would be perfect for two families. We only used half of the house and still had plenty of room. Great floor plan, outdoor space, and pet friendly. It was very homey and comfortable. Carol and Linda are very responsive to any needs and wonderful to work with. My only complaint is our vacation didn’t last long enough.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is perfect. We enjoyed watching the turtles, geese and swans in the pond outside the back door. Great location and perfect for a large family. Easy, private beach access at Surfside.

Golf Trip

8 of us stayed for a week while golfing. The house had plenty of space with clean and comfortable bedrooms. We used the golf carts every day to go to the nice community pool that also offered a hot tub.The community was clean and close to great restaurants and golf courses. We hope to return again soon!

Amazing getaway

So fun golf carts were awesome, food Lion so close, beach was gorgeous sunrise at 630am. Host was amazing. Going to make this an annual family trip! Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, even during a hurricane! Golf carts are a wonderful addition, and we enjoyed the pool table and ping pong too. Lovely subdivision and very responsive hosts.

Perfect spot

House was great! Plenty of room and the pool table and ping pong table were a big hit! Golf Carts are great for quick trips or just to do a little sight seeing. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice house

We enjoyed staying at this house and at the community. The house was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the pool table and two golf carts. There is a beautiful pond right out the back door. We will stay here again.

Another great stay

This is the second year we’ve rented this property and it was just what we needed. The location is perfect and the setup works well if you are traveling with people who cannot climb steps. We enjoyed all the amenities including the outdoor pool, golf carts, dog park,and beach access. Linda the property manager is super responsive and provided all the info needed for easy check in and check out.

Fantastic House

The house and neighborhood are amazing. We took my elderly parents and the first floor living accommodations were perfect. The house is well stocked with everything a family needs for a great vacay. Loved watching the turtles each day.

One of the properties we've stayed at...

Every year we do a family reunion at different locations. This year we stayed at one of the BEST properties we have ever been to. The house was so clean, the layout of the house was perfect and the neighborhood was great. The golf carts were a nice touch so we could get around and explore easily. We didn't make it to the beach but can see that the next time we book (and we will be booking again) we definitely will be doing that. Having the Food Lion right up the street was a plus as we were always needing something. Can't think of anything that would have made this stay better. Thank you so much for being part of our special Christmas family gathering.

Perfect for our much needed vacation

This house is big & spead out so if you are looking for a place like that look no farther. We loved this community & getting around the community on the provided golf carts. Upon arrival, you can go to the main building & get key cards for the private beach lot and the other gates. It's worth the $20/card & you get $10/card upon turning them in. We were somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness of the property, however, I still rated it overall 5 stars because owners aren't aware of this issue if people staying there don't make them aware, unfortunately most live hours away & have no way of checking behind the cleaning company. We did make them aware & they had switched companies after some complaints and it seems the new company wasn't doing a though job. We felt like is was very questionable about whether the comforters were actually clean so we used blankets we brought from home. The pictures on the listing are dated as you can tell the property has been used a great deal so they were likely taken years ago & the property could use a fresh coat of paint. The furniture was all great. The outside could also use some general cleaning up of the yard/landscaping as most of the bushes are overgrown & there are grill grates with grass growing over them laying in the yard. We picked up water bottles out of the yard while walking our dogs. The floors do get sandy due to the outside & sand in the driveway, but there are dyson vacuums upstairs & downstairs to help with this. The pool table was missing half the balls & the cue ball so it could not be used, which we didn't really care about. There was also trash on the golf carts. When we read the discharge instructions on the refrigerator, we saw that this was one of the things guest are supposed to take care of before they checkout. Again, the cleaners aren't making sure these things have been done. Communication with the owner was top notch and couldn't have been better. Since no one was checking out the day we arrived, the owner accomidated us arriving before the normal 3pm check-in. She was so great, I felt bad for telling her about all the issue with the cleaning company but this isn't something that can be fixed unless she knows. The beds were comfortable & the shower pressure was the best we've ever experienced at the beach. Despite all of the things that weren't great, we'd stay there again, as our issues were not directly the owners fault.

The perfect house for a family vacation

We had 6 teenagers with us so the space was wonderful. The house it not as advertised....it is better! The owners go above and beyond to address any concerns. I read all of the previous reviews before our trip, and any complaints or suggestions had been addressed when we arrived. The beach access was very easy with the golf carts and the private beach parking. The 2 kitchens were great! Everything was great. It was clean and had a very homey feel.....As a matter of fact, we have already rebooked for next summer. Thank you Carol and Linda for sharing your home with us. We can't wait to return!
