No elevator, so 2 floor walkup at 8000ft thin air. 40 mins to get app to work with laundy facilities. Only 1 hot tub working. Property outside at night is pitch black. Kitchen is very nice. Parking garage a plus.

NEVER SAW OR STAYED AT PROPERTY!!!! THE WEATHER WAS SOOOO UNHEALTHY WE MADE IT TO MAMMOTH TO TURN AROUND AND GO HOME. NO REAL HELP FROM VACASA. WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!!!!

Well equipped kitchen, fireplace and good, quiet location Unfortunately, after day on slopes bed comfort was seriously lacking and unless the streets are covered in snow it can not be considered Ski-In/Out as a nearby Juniper Springs resort

Needs some love

This place needs a little love. Upon arrival the TV wasn't working, there were no batteries in the remotes and the couch was broken. A call to the management company brought a quick response bring plywood to somewhat fix the couch, aid with setting up the TV and batteries. The kitchen did not have one sauce pan or any pans with lids, the only lids I found fit nothing. Near the end or our stay when we ran out of toilet paper (the amenities were skimpily stocked) a call to the management company brought no response and we needed to go out and buy our own. We paid too much to buy our own toilet paper.

If something goes wrong, you're on your own!

The main issue we had was with the property management company, Vacasa. Apparently, they recently laid off a bunch of local stuff and outsourced everything overseas. They were hard to get a hold of, non responsive and did not send maintenance/housekeeping in a reasonable amount of time. The toilet clogged up and overflowed all over the floor and seaped into the hallway carpet. Maintenance finally arrived 3 hours later and unclogged the toilet, but housekeeping never showed up to clean up the mess, despite 4 phone calls. They never even called us back to follow up. We ended up having to clean the bathroom ourselves with paper towels and dishwashing detergent. To top that off, the upstairs bathroom door was broken. It either would not close shut, and if you forced it, then you'd be trapped inside, which is what happened with my son. He had to yell for me to come open the door for him. As if that weren't enough, the closets had no hangers, the kitchen had no cutting boards, the pots and pans had mis-matched lids. Up and down 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit. Not the most comfortable stay.

If you want to be close to the lifts, this is a great location to stay at, the summit condo's. We were located by the tram stop, and it was the last stop before arriving at eagle lodge. You can walk to eagle lodge from the condo, but we chose not to walk in our ski boots carrying our ski's. The condo is in good condition, with a wonderful fireplace in the main living space. We cooked many meals there, and there were plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils to use. The condo could use a fresh paint job inside, but understand that the wear and tear on a ski condo with multiple guests over a ski season does take a toll. While the kitchen and fireplace were updated nicely, the bathrooms are original, and could be updated. Sinks are low and showerhead is low, but for a short term rental it works fine. Furniture is nice and in decent shape for a warm and relaxing stay. Recommend you bring pool towels, if you use the jacuzzi (which is right out the door) as none are supplied and the bathroom towels therefore take on double duty if you don't bring some. The biggest challenge we had, as we are both over 70, was from the parking garage up to the condo is two stories of stairs. Bringing all our stuff up to the condo was quite the ordeal, since there are no elevators in the building. A few issues were reported to vacasa and they were addressed immediately, so kudo's to them and their support team. I recommend this condo, for it's location, nice jacuzzi, a warm and comfortable condo and

Pros and Cons

Pros: great location, decent gym, pools and hot tubs. Cons: we knew it would be hot in mammoth with no A/C but found it weird that there wasn’t even a plug in fan for guests to use. The upstairs loft was so hot we couldn’t sleep and chose to sleep downstairs. The pullout couch mattress was so worn that you could feel every spring. We slept on the floor instead after trying to sleep on the couch mattress. There were also big old cobwebs in the corners, hanging from the ceiling, and on the mantle. The place served its purpose for us but I won’t choose this home again.

Plenty of sleeping situations, the hot tub is a short walk but it was big and spacious and exactly what we needed for our group of guys. The house it’s self is a little bit on the older side but as long as you’re not looking for anything bougie it’s absolutely perfect for a snowboarding group trip!

Excellent location, bare minimum kitchen

This condo has a great amount of space and a good layout. It would be nice if had some type of mud room area that wasn’t carpeted. It was a little annoying trying to take off all of our snow stuff before we even entered the unit. The beds and couch were fine, not bad, not great. Bring your own extra blankets. The unit was clean. The kitchen was very sparse! It is fine if you don’t really plan on using the kitchen all that much but I was disappointed with the kitchen. There were about 6 forks which meant you had to wash them after every meal, there were 3 regular coffee cups and then some other weird teacups. They had about 1000 side plates and teacup saucers. 4 different can openers, 1 of which worked. Make sure you bring your own ground coffee, sugar, and salt because there was none there. 5 frying pans but none that had lids that fit. Overall it was fine, I would consider staying here again, I would just know to bring my own kitchen supplies.

We liked the location to everything. The unit was comfortable, no shortage of bath towels & the kitchen was adequately stocked with the basics. Bring fans to circulate air in living area, loft sleeping & main bedrm as there are no cross breezes to keep you from sleeping on top of covers during warm summer months!

You get what you pay for

I recommend this condo in the Fall and Winter only but definitely not in the Summer! We knew there would be no AC so we brought our own fans. Even with 6 fans (yes 6), the place was still too warm. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold and the freezer took a couple days to freeze ice and some items would not fully freeze. The upstairs smelled of animal urine and the bathroom wall and baseboards weren’t clean. The bathtub had a bunch of someone else’s hair in the drain so tub filled with water. Downstairs had food crumbs under the baseboard heater. Beds were firm, not very comfortable. We aren’t going to stay here again. If I were the owner, I would give this condo some TLC and make it more comfortable and clean for guests.

Nice condo in a good location. Bed in master is not comfortable. Suggest bringing a fan if visiting during the summer. It got a bit warm in the unit. It’s a good place and we’d stay there again. Thank you!

Good locale, poor bed and tough stairs.

Location excellent! Beds sub par, spring matresses, dient sleep but a few hours over 3 nights. Also, if tour not use to 8000 feet elevation, climbing the stairs is a task! My whole acrive family was out of breath after climbing 3 flights of stairs for 2nd floor unit. Even with bed being uncomfortable, id stay again and recommend, just be forewarned of stairs!
