Beautifully and thoughtfully designed, this home was perfect for our family stay over the holidays. Clean, plenty of linens, everything worked as it should. The owners checked in on us throughout our extended stay and offered additional amenities that kept our older children busy. We will definitely be back.

Family Christmas vacation

Beautiful house with all the amenities! Backyard is a highlight. The kids loved the the pool and everyone enjoyed the putting green. We all had a wonderful time.

Beautiful property! Highly recommend!

This was our second year at this lovely home. Beautifully updated, wonderfully furnished. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Very responsive owners. Lots to do in the area, we hiked, played pickle ball, saw an NBA game, golfed, saw a Broadway play, and enjoyed the sun by the pool. I’ve stayed at other properties and this is the best furnished property I’ve come across. Highly recommend this property!

Desert Oasis

Beautifully furnished home that offers very comfortable living space. Fully stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. Pool area is lovely with lots of space to take advantage of the outdoors (3 different seating areas with tables and chairs). Enjoyed the hot tub! Putting green was fun! Dinner at the clubhouse was very good and the fitness center was great! All in all a wonderful home in a very nice community.

We absolutely loved this house!

My family and I had the most wonderful time in this home. Home was set up with excellence and high quality! The backyard was tranquil, private and absolutely beautiful! The house had plenty of towels, kitchen essentials, furnished beautifully and very comfortable. The laundry machine was extremely loud though. Other then that, we’d definitely rent this home again! Very pleasant experience.

Wonderful property!

We loved staying here. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The pictures are totally accurate. Plenty of room for everyone - including bathroom space! The kitchen is well stocked and there were lots of towels in the bathrooms. Extras like hair dryers, pool towels and laundry detergent were available. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they had a great welcome binder with helpful information. We had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great visit!

Simply the best!

We stayed at the house last year and had such an amazing time that we rebooked for this year before the trip was over! The house was even better than we remembered! Well appointed, super nice furniture, bedding, amazing down comforters and pillows, heated pool, hot tub, putting greens, a golf cart, electric bikes - all in great condition and very clean, and in the most beautiful setting! The owners are super communicative and respond quickly via text. They also told us about a great new feature on the property, Honey & Sol, a new general store, and café/bistro. The whole experience is wonderful, and we hope to back again soon!

Beautiful Home!

This home exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, a comfortable luxury. Nestled in the middle of a golfing community, the Mountain Views did not disappoint. The kitchen is stocked with every amenity/appliance you could possibly need. All the beds were comfortable with upgraded down bedding and pillows. We slept like babies every night! There’s plenty of places to enjoy in the neighboring Fountain Hills. Easy access to hiking, trails, golf and much more. The hosts were reachable when needed and quick to respond. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Beautifully Decorated Home but neglected

A few suggestions for this rental......the refrigerator and the pantry should be emptied and cleaned out after each guest. Half used ketchup and mustard are only 2 of the many food items that should have been tossed. The rugs in the laundry and by the door to the pool inside and out are so filthy that they should be tossed. Towel bars are needed in the guest bath. Under the beds in the guest room there were actually Cheerios and other debris. They were told the time of our arrival so the pool should have been sparkling but it had a filler problem so the water had been turned for a few days and therefore looked like a cesspool. On top of that the water inside the house was turned off so the owners put us up in a hotel the first night. If an owner is out of town, they really should have a property manager make sure that the house is in good condition before guests arrive. Despite this rocky beginning, we still had a good time and as I said the house is contemporary and beautifully done.

Very Nice !!

We truly enjoyed our stay and the Allen's were perfect hosts. House is very well supplied and amenities were great!! We have come to the Scottsdale area for 7 years now, and have rented homes through VRBO all but 2 of the years, and this home is now our favorite.

The house, location and neighbourhood was fantastic. Golf was amazing and being able to walk out the gate and straight on was perfect! The house is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We tried to extend our stay we loved it so much!!!! Well worth booking 5 Stars!

A True Oasis

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is pristine clean and impeccably decorated with modern furnishings and tasteful surroundings. Very comfortable, with fabulous pool area and landscaping. We regret that we were not blessed with warmer/less rainy weather, so that we could have enjoyed sunning around the beautiful pool.

We purchased this home in 2019 and completely remodeled it, so this is a new VRBO listing for us. However, we have been with VRBO since 2013 and have successfully rented our Wisconsin cabin for 6 years on VRBO #(462477) and have 32 - 5 star reviews on that property. We intend to have the same successful experience here for our guests. We hope they will enjoy the natural desert setting and serenity of Rio Verde, and the short hop to take advantage of all that Scottsdale has to offer, including Spring Training, Waste Management Open and great shopping and dining experiences.
