This spacious Arizona-style retreat offers open concept living/dining area with large kitchen, back bar sink area & built in desk. Master suite with fireplace and his/her bathroom vanities. Roomy guest rooms with Saltillo tile and plenty of closet space. Outdoor dining plus seating area for all to enjoy those views of the golf course & Tonto National forest. Ask about our Golf package for 2 that includes unlimited golf during your stay. Biking, hiking & Rio Verde Country Club amenities including huge gym, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball courts, pool & hot tub at the Community Center. Private golf cart available during golf and to drive around the community. House also has a private pool with a furnished Casita and full bathroom. Newly furnished with Santa Barbara inspired furniture. A true vacation spot.

Rio Verde get away

Property very clean and everything worked well. The view, pool, and golf cart and golf were all bonuses. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent this property again if available.

Rio Verde Visit

This was a gem! The views were fantastic, the pool was very nice, fruit trees great, community center activities were very good, food at country club was delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent rental

The pictures and description are accurate. The place was so clean and comfortable. Communication with hosts could not have been better. Not only did they answer all questions timely, but they shared emails notifying us of events at the country club. The golf cart was a perk. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful at sunset and the golf is great. User friendly country club whose membership is as nice as can be. We had family come stay with us one weekend and from the 7 year olds to the adults, we all had a fabulous time. This rental is a gem! We will book again.
