**** S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NOTE: Le stationnement est très limité à Carolina Beach et Kure Beach. Les clients ne disposent que de deux places de parking et des cartes de stationnement sont nécessaires. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) ne sera pas tenu responsable des invités avec plus de deux véhicules ou des véhicules remorqués en raison de la négligence à utiliser les cartes de stationnement. Le parking est situé en face de l'immeuble. Les clients qui se garent sous l'immeuble en copropriété ou dans des espaces désignés pour les propriétaires (pas de l'autre côté de la rue) seront remorqués aux frais des clients.

Le nombre d'invités sur / dans une propriété ne doit pas dépasser l'occupation maximale de la propriété. Les groupes non autorisés dépassant l'occupation maximale d'une propriét�� sont considérés comme une rupture de contrat et entraîneront une expulsion immédiate. Les camping-cars et les campeurs ne sont PAS autorisés dans aucune propriété.
Le stationnement est limité - Carolina Beach Realty n'est pas responsable lorsque les clients apportent des véhicules qui dépassent le nombre maximum de véhicules autorisés dans une propriété OU pour les véhicules surdimensionnés qui ne sont pas compatibles avec une propriété.


Les tarifs sont toujours sujets à changement sans préavis.

Great location

Building is well maintained and great location. Walking distance to tiki bar and great pools on property. The unit itself has great blackout blinds someone could sleep in the living room. I do feel like the unit was not very clean, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and the floors needed to be cleaned, dishes were dirty and counters needed wiped down.

Pelican Paradise

It was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again. Everything was great and convenient. The property looked as it did in the photos. The elevators are a little outdated but all in all it was very nice. One last thing they could use more seating in the indoor pool area.

Everything You Need!

This property was great and we had an amazing time! Our place was clean and provided everything we needed - even linens and beach chairs which many places don’t. We were steps from the beach and parking across the street wasn’t an issue at all. We prefer a less busy area, but it wouldn’t keep us from coming back.

On arrival the entire building was under long term noisy dirty construction and should never have been rented. They moved us to another building down the road but only a lower class unit was available no elevator or indoor pool, several glaring maintenance issues, eg door to balcony did not lock. It kind of reeked of used and cheap; In its favor had a beautiful ocean view and extremely quiet and peaceful. Was still in the same vicinity for our planned activities. Was clean. So we got along. Carolina Beach Rental folks were pretty responsive but honestly they caused the problem in the first place.

CB for 15th Anniversary

We visited CB for our belated 15th anniversary. It was nice being able to walk on the beach all alone. No crowds anywhere. Excellent food, just enough shops to keep up busy. And of course, the boardwalk and Britt’s Donuts. The condo was well equipped and had everything we need. The beds are a little hard, but we slept well. It was a wonderful but fast week! Wish we could have stayed!!

Property and location were perfect. Had everything we needed. There was a bit of a delay in hearing back from property manager when I requested towels as there were no towels upon arrival. They did come through with towels

Great views and perfect name

Great 2 bedroom condo with amazing views from the long living room/bed room balcony. Couldn’t have picked a better name for the building… every morning we watched the pelicans fly across the ocean at sunrise. Definitely our favorite part of every day. Really nice mile walk on the beach to the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants close by, my favorite by far was Malama Cafe. All in all a very nice 2 bedroom unit. Management company was very responsive and respectful.

Excellent location!

This condo has everything that you need for a wonderful week at the beach, even including beach chairs-Which worked wonders for us as one of ours broke on the first day! Location is superb, close to everything. The view is marvelous! Kitchen is stocked with every essential need and more. The ONLY thing that might be improved is the king mattress in the master suite is a bit hard, but when you have a million dollar view to wake up to, you don't seem to mind it too much! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Ok stay

We had a great time staying but my car was towed due to my emails from CBR going to spam and me not knowing to park across the street. Didn’t realize it was on the back of the parking pass until I had to drive to Wilmington and pay $180 to get my car. Not very happy about that! The indoor pool was also ice cold and that was one of the main reasons I booked with Pelican Watch having small children. We were happy with the condo it was very nice and clean!

Beautiful Property

I would have rated it a 5 but we had to park across the street in guest parking. It was a beautiful condo, nicely equipped with a lively view. They gave us one role of toilet paper and we had 2 bathrooms. They also only gave us one tablet fir the dish washer so we had to go to the grocery to get more of these things for a weekend stay. We also had to go to the rental agency to pick up passes for the pool area and return them. It was not convenient.
