Condo récemment rénové avec vue sur l'océan au 3e étage. Lit King dans la chambre avec une télévision. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée, le salon a un canapé-lit. Le balcon a une superbe vue sur l'océan SW. Planchers de bois franc. Ce condo a accÚs à une piscine intérieure et un jacuzzi. Il est interdit de fumer et les animaux ne sont pas autorisés dans cette unité. PrÚs des courts de tennis et de pickle ball. Promenade facile à la plage

The location was great, Lovely ocean view and easy walk to the beach. The unit was pretty and had what we needed. The living room could be a little more user-friendly with a coffee table or at least an end table to set a drink on. And we found the TV frustrating because the remote has streaming and we would love ke to have used our accounts to watch the US Open but could only get cable. I think most people prefer to use their own accounts and stream.

Terrific find!

We had never stayed in Gearhart before and absolutely fell in love with it. This condo has an amazing view and is close to the beach (although we drove onto the beach and hung out). It's just under a mile to walk into the cute little downtown area where the best bakery in the world is (King Tide Bakery)!! About the condo, it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, we used the kitchen which has all the plates, utensils and pots/pans you need, however, bring any cooking oil, ingredients, etc. because there are none in the condo. We enjoyed the balcony very much!

Great birthday stay!

Enjoyed sitting on the deck with a book soaking in the views, sounds and smell of the ocean! Condo was well stocked and everything was in working order. Bedding was comfortable and a good quality. Easy short and relatively flat walk to the beach. Our pup enjoyed his stay too.

Great location with beautiful views

We have stayed here a few different times and never regret it. Clean, beautiful location and a short drive to the beach. Please note, if you use the beach approach directly next to here, you will want 4 wheel drive vehicle. There are other beach accesses near by that are bit easier to drive on.

Exactly what i needed 


The place was cute BUT i will start with the cons of the place 
 first off it was not stocked with toilet paper and necessary toiletries, there was no shower curtain which is very old to me since the pictures showed it was a glass shower(that picture is wrong) & the tv the bedroom did not work. Lastly the bedroom sheets were clearly not cleaned due to when i pulled the sheets there was hairs in the pillow and sheets. But besides that everything else was fine the location in general was quite and cute which is what i was looking for

The place is perfect for a mini getaway with family. Having pets is a plus and no hidden fee or cleaning fee. We do try to keep it clean. The only downside was the hot tub was broken and it was kinda one of the things we are looking forward to. But it’s all good. We still wish we stayed longer.

Filthy room

Room was filthy. Floors were not clean, appliances were not cleaned. Finger prints and smudges all over them. Bath and toilet were filthy, including toilet not cleaned and scrubbed, I took pictures if needed. I would like to request a refund for having to live in this squalor for several days. And VRBO should not recommend this place

Great view! Comfortable bed. As other have mentioned, there is no curtains or shades for the sliding door to the patio. Would stay again.

Balcony with a view, inside & out!

Very nicely decorated unit in a large condominium that’s beginning to show its age. View of ocean from balcony is what sold us on this rental. However, there was NO window treatment on the sliders to the balcony, thus, no privacy once interior lights were on.

10/10 Reccomend!

This condo is so cute and cozy. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and bath towels, huge TV with an assortment of dvds and the king sized bed is suuuper comfortable! The pool and sauna are nice and have adult swim times from 9am-10am and 9pm-10pm, our first night other guests were not adhering to those rules and when contacted the staff promptly came down to enforce the adult swim only which was greatly appreciated! Will definitely be going back!

Comfortable once we got in

Everything was fine except at check in. Because they did not have enough cleaning help we could not get into our room until almost two hours late. They said it would be soon but it wasn't until I heard them talking to another renter that they hadn't even started cleaning third floor rooms until after 5 PM.

From a stormy couple days

It was clean efficient and pleasant. The main burner on the range didn’t work quite properly but the unit was well equipped and had a great view of the storm, the ocean and Tillamook Head.

Quiet seaside gettaway.

Comfortable well equipped. Needs a little esthetic updating. Loud fridge and bath needs a renovation. The view from the slider is lovely. Saw a heard of elk on the lawn in the early morning. The beach is close and unspoiled.

Comfortable with fantastic views

We really enjoyed our stay, the bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything needed. The only issues were the small couch had a weird smell to it and we did not use the stove because the door gasket was loose at the bottom. Overall a great stay. Will definitely be back.

A wonderful, clean place to stay!

We were really impressed with the cleanliness, welcoming guest features and all of the beach decor/details! The king bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have such a fun DVD selection to play on your large TV when we had one drizzly morning. Although our room was not ready at check-in, we would love to stay here again. Thank you!
