Le Saint Emilion, un somptueux appartement parisien Parfait avec tout le charme et le style de son emplacement dans le 7ème arrondissement, juste à l'ombre de la tour Eiffel.

Le LIVING AREA est un délice royal, avec une palette de couleurs beige et sable aux reflets jaune vif. Le long canapé, qui se transforme également en deux lits simples, surplombe deux fenêtres à la française et la vue de la façade avant EOWE FRONT ROW et son spectacle de lumières scintillantes. Le DINING NOOK, situé à quelques pas, est le cadre idéal pour un dîner romantique ou un repas en famille, tandis que la CUISINE est un point de départ inspirant pour des repas gastronomiques.

Saint Emilion se compose de deux belles chambres, dont une chambre compacte avec deux lits simples (parfait pour les petits enfants!) et une chambre principale avec un lit queen. Les deux pièces ont de gracieuses fenêtres, des accents de blanc et de jaune beurre doux et une multitude de rangements intégrés pour maximiser l'espace et ranger sans effort ces trésors accumulés.

Sweet 16 in Paris

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 16th birthday in Paris and this property did not disappoint! Our party of 4 (husband/wife, 16/11 yr old daughters) really enjoyed the 2 bedroom apartment. Nothing beats getting greeted daily by the beautiful Eiffel Tower right outside the window. The classic furnishings and modern appliances strike the perfect balance of old world charm and new world comfort. Best of all, all rooms were comfortably climate controlled during a summer heat wave. Plenty of dining options within short walking distance and Paris sites and monuments with 30-40 minute walk or short cab ride. We had an amazing week and look forward to returning in the future, thank you Saint-Emilion!!

wonderful view

overall property was how it looked online. beds and pillows were comfortable. laundry in apt was so convenient. the only complaint is that is was 10 minutes from a subway station and when it is cold out we did not want to make that walk. We used Ubers which were easy to get.

Super Location!

Perfect location - quiet neighborhood with spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. Many small cafe's and excellent restaurants nearby. Very accessible to Metro and RER stations. Didn’t disappoint

I took my daughter on a trip to Europe to drop her off at Bible school in Germany so naturally a stop in Paris had to be part of the trip. This property was an excellent location to see a lot of the main landmarks in a few days. The view from the apartment is a perfect way to enjoy Paris. Thanks you PA the staff was awesome

Nice property close to Eiffel tower

Apartment was clean and very nicely appointed. Views of the Eiffel tower were spectacular and the location is very close to it. Size of the apartment is typical of Paris, which to say is on the small size, but comfortable enough for a family of 4. There are lots of nice shops and restaurants close by but not really close to a metro station if that is important to you.

We had a lovely stay in St. Emilion -- a comfortable, light-filled spot with an incredible view! Kitchen was extremely well equipped and easy to cook in. Bathrooms nicely remodeled. Full-size washer/dryer super. Master bedroom very quiet with good bed; we slept really well! Be aware, however, that the second bedroom is very small.

Perfect Paris Apartment

Family of five stayed in this beautiful apartment. Two bedrooms and a modest sized living room/dining room/kitchen area was the perfect amount of space for our family. The location was one block from the Eiffel Tower and the views were stunning. The photos on-line are 100% accurate - the Eiffel Tower is that close. The apartment was clean, the furnishings were beautiful, the Paris Perfect team were responsive and very friendly. I'd absolutely recommend this apartment.

Wow, that can I say! The views of the tower were amazing, plus I can't believe how short the walk was to the entrance of the tower. 2 separate bedrooms was exactly what we needed. We loved our stay in Paris! The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. It was so clean and all of the furnishings and accommodations were very high end.The bathroom setup is definitely a little odd. I hadn’t read that before booking. The master has a bathroom with a sink and shower but the toilet is back at the entrance of the apartment not in the room. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unmatched! Stunning! The apartment is so well appointed and the kitchen is amazing!The building itself is old and has a very tiny elevator that fits one person and a bag or 3 people. The lighting in the hallways and lobby weren’t working so it would be dark at night but the area is so safe and the building is secure and we never felt Uneasy.I highly recommend this apartment!

Saint Emilion

I went with my wife and 3 little children, and we had a great time. The apartment had a wonderful location, and was great for exploring. The taxi service recommended was perfect for dropping us to and from the airport, and the taxi even had booster seats for our little ones. The apartment was well laid out for everyone to get adequate rest for a nap time. The kitchen was great. The bathrooms were clean. The bathroom off the double beds starts off chilly, but once the shower is running the bathroom warms right up. It was close to some great shops and a 5 minute walk to the Batobus. We definitely want to go back to Paris, and we will book with Paris Perfect. My wife wants to try out one of the places closer to Norte Dame or the Louvre for the next time, so that we can thoroughly explore more areas of Paris.

Paris at its best!

My wife, my adult niece and I shared this wonderful apartment in early November. We could not have been more pleased. The pictures are vey accurate, and the apartment couldn't be more "Parisian Perfect". The check in process was the best we have experienced. Samy not only gave us a tour of the beautiful apartment and explained how everything functioned, he also went for a walk with us to show us the area, help us locate a grocery store, wine shop and cheese store. The apartment is not large but the layout is excellent and very comfortable. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room is a very special treat. The area is delightful, extremely safe, and well located with numerous restaurants, bistros & shops in the immediate area. The elevator is typically European small, but it adds to the charm and is very welcome given the 6th floor location of the apartment. I could not recommend this apartment more enthusiastically! We will definitely be back.

Flawless Flat with Unbeatable View

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Saint Emilion. The spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat was perfect for our family of four. The views of the Eiffel Tower from the living room cannot be beat, and we were easily able to access other parts of the city (Louvre, Latin Quarter, Monmarte) using the metro, taxi and just walking. While the building is vintage, the flat has been nicely updated making for a very comfortable stay, including air conditioning, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, and nice furnishing/touches. We used the manager's recommended driving service (Victor Cabs), which was reliable/arrived early. We flew in very late, and the manager and driver coordinated to make sure we were able to check in after 1 am. The only set-back for us was that the elevator was out during our stay, and a 6th floor walk up was not ideal. That said, it is a vintage building, there was little the management team could do to resolve the issue, and we were able to make it work. If you have any mobility issues, you should consider whether you can safely make the walk up/down 6 floors if the elevator is out (which happened at more than one location during our trip due to older buildings/smaller elevators). Elevator aside, we can easily recommend that anyone staying in Paris rent this flat for their stay -- it will exceed your expectations.

Very nice apartment - GREAT company to rent from.

The apartment is very nice and exactly as advertised and the people at Paris Perfect were excellent to work with. They went above and beyond what is expected and I will definitely rent from them again. The only thing I'd reconsider is the location of this particular apartment. We found the location - one block from the Eiffel Tower to be not as wonderful as we were expecting. The only real attraction near the apartment is the Eiffel Tower - other than that it's really somewhat out of the way. Most of our time was spent in other areas. It is not located in an area where you can simply "swing by" in the middle of the day. Also the nearest metro stop is several blocks away - a good 15 - 20 minute walk. Next time we'll look for an apartment closer to a metro stop. The location also caused us other issues. We were there during the European Football Tournament which meant LARGE crowds and noise around the "Fan Zone" at the Champs de Mars. The noise and crowds were like being at the Superbowl EVERY NIGHT. The crowds really weren't that bad ... the real inconvenience was that the metro and busses didn't make their usual stops near by and the roads were closed so getting to and from the apartment was very difficult during the matches. With that said - if you absolutely want a view of the Eiffel Tower - this place is PERFECT! You won't be disappointed with the apartment or view.

Saint Emilion

We just returned from our vacation in Paris and stay at Saint Emilion. We have been to Paris twice before and previously stayed at hotels. This was the first international apartment we've ever rented and it was the BEST experience ever! We can not boast enough on how helpful and wonderful Paris Perfect made our experience. From their patience in helping find us the most amazing apartment to helping plan our tours and getting us reservations for meals and activities, the staff at Paris Perfect made our trip exceptional! I loved the way I felt when I looked at the pictures of Saint Emilion online. If you are considering this apartment, the pictures look EXACTLY like what it is in person! My husband and I loved sitting in our living room each night with doors open gazing up at the twinkling Eiffel Tower. It was truly magical. I would and will recommend Paris Perfect to anyone I know going to Paris or London. We are excited to use their service again and stay at their beautiful properties. Thank you, Paris Perfect! It was because of you that we have many new special memories that we will reminisce fondly about for years to come! *Lastly, Paris Perfect hooked us up with a tour guide for a day. The guide we got connected to was Michael. Michael was booked for the day we wanted so connected us to his associate, Scott… I'm telling you right now.. RUN don't walk to booking a day with Scott or Michael. This was our BEST money spent in Paris. Scott was SO extensively knowledgeable about Paris. We learned so much about Paris that we never would have from him and he made our day exploring Paris educational and a ton of fun! Thanks Paris Perfect for referring us to them! Please continue using them - they literally are a hidden gem!

ParisPerfect was, indeed, Paris Perfected! The rental unit was amazing, with all necessary amenities. The location was second-to-none, only two blocks from the Eiffel Tower.

Absolutely Amazing

My husband and I and our three daughters (7,9,11) couldn’t have enjoyed this location more!!!! It is a one block walk to the Eiffel Tower and three block walk to the Siene River. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. I highly recommend this location.

The Saint Emilion was a fantastic apartment for our stay in Paris

“Wow! The Saint Emilion is a great apartment. It is convenient to great restaurants, a short, beautiful walk to museums and the view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing! It was even closer than the pictures suggest. Many nights we sat in the living room with the windows opened and watched the last light show. The Siene is only a block from the apartment if you want to walk, ride a bike or take a boat ride. Check in for the apartment was easy, it was clean and well stocked with high end appliances. There is everything you need to cook and dine. It was really nice to have the Miele washer and dryer. The apartment is in the 7th arrondissement which is a beautiful area of Paris. Even though the apartment was near the Eiffel Tower, the apartment was quiet and the neighborhood area felt safe. We would not hesitate to stay in The Saint Emilion again. We highly recommend the apartment and the ParisPerfect team.”

The decision to choose this apartment was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find – combining a lively village-like atmosphere with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops and walking distance to classic Parisian sights including the Eiffel Tower. We also wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmarks, museum and fabulous open-air markets and specialty food stores. The 7th offered it all!

We loved the fact that the 7th has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know our favorite cheese and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find – an authentic and intimate Parisian neighborhood. .

We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: Paris landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower and even the Arc de Triomphe. We can walk to discount stores in the quartier next door, enjoy morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, take a sunset walk along the Seine to Place de la Concorde and home along the riverbank.
