Situé sur la rue Bonaparte au coeur du quartier chic de Saint-Germain des Prés, ce spacieux deuxième étage (1 étage au dessus du niveau du sol, avec ascenseur) appartement de deux et demi sera votre oasis confortable et élégant au cœur de Paris quartier le plus élégant. Le salon et la salle à manger confortables et élégants sont décorés dans des tons pâles d'or et de gris. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit king-size ou de deux lits simples selon les besoins, avec un lit simple et un fauteuil-lit convertible situé dans une chambre à coucher séparée de l'entrée. La chambre principale bénéficie d'une salle de bain attenante avec baignoire, cabine de douche séparée et WC. Une autre salle de douche et WC séparé sont situés près de la deuxième chambre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et l'appartement dispose du chauffage central, de la climatisation, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge séparé.

It is the second time my husband and I stayed in this location, a beautiful typical Parisian apartment, spacious and elegantly decorated, very clean and comfortable. It was a true pleasure to return and relax after a whole day of site seeing. The kitchen is well equipped for light meals and breakfast. The beds are comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. The location is without saying ideal and we can't wait to come back next time we are in Paris.

The location is outstanding—steps away from cafés, bakeries, and boutique shops that make Saint-Germain so iconic. Despite being in such a vibrant area, the apartment remains peaceful and relaxing, providing a quiet retreat after a day exploring the city.With easy access to the Metro and many of Paris’s most famous landmarks within walking distance, it’s an ideal base for both first-time visitors and returning travelers. I enjoyed my stay here so much! The apartment itself is beautiful. The property photos are accurate. The greeter, Mrs. Aries, is very nice. She met me at the apartment and showed me how everything works. The location within Paris is fantastic! The apartment is within walking distance of the musée d’Orsay and the Louvre. There are also multiple grocery stores and pharmacies nearby, which made it super convenient.

The location of this apartment was absolutely amazing. We walked everywhere and could have a great dinner (and post dinner crepe) all within a block of the rental. The layout provided plenty of space and the two rooms each had two twins that could be separated or pushed together. In the entry way, there is also a single bed that worked well for my son and while the room worked fine, there isn’t privacy for changing, etc. One bedroom has a en-suite bathroom and there is also a shower room with a sink and a separate toilet room. There is a staircase to access the apartment and the apartment itself is all on one level with no steps inside the unit. The decor in the apartment could use an overhaul, minimizing clutter and large pieces of furniture. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is just as described. It felt entirely safe, it was quiet, and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were plentiful and soft. We were very pleased and had a great visit to Paris.

I have two suggestions/disappointments. The kitchen lacked simple everyday tools for minimal cooking. Lots of cutlery/china. But no wine bottle corks, one measuring cup. No storage jars , for example, for home made salad dressings. No water pitchers…These are simple things but would help. Someone has to review kitchen supplies. Otherwise a very beautiful and comfortable space.

We had such a wonderful time in Paris and absolutely loved our stay here. The owners were kind, welcoming, and very helpful in their communication. The location was perfect- close to walk, take the metro, or grab a taxi or bus to anything you want to see. There are wonderful restaurants and shops right around the corner. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and extremely safe. Highly recommend!

amazing location and very comfortable. slept soundly every night before our day. beautifully appointed, its one of the few properties that look even better in real life! The property manager was also very reachable and prompt in answering our questions. One of the perks is the le deux magots and cafe de flore are literally a 3 min walk down the stairs and past a pedestrian plaza. so we could go in the morning when it opened before all the crowds arrived. The church of St Germain de Pres was also in the same small plaza. Monoprix was a block away, making supplies easy to obtain.
