Grande maison de vacances avec grand jardin prĂšs de la plage, Ă  5 min en voiture.
PrÚs de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Restaurants, cafés, bars à onglets, steakhouses, épiceries, fitness, etc.

The house and location was just perfect for my mother and l for the week. We really enjoyed the spacious kitchen and BBQ grill as well as the private washer/dryer. Close to the beach too! The house had everything we needed ! Thanks!

Owner is not a reasonable person

Our first 2 days we dealt with the neighbor who had a bright light shining directly on the house lighting it up inside and out. That finally got resolved,then we get home from our trip to countless messeges from Boris the owner saying thay we destroyed things when we spent an hour before we left doing the cleaning companies job for them to tell us we owe 650.00 for a new table and chairs.

Not as Advertised

The posting makes you think this house is close to the beach. It isn't. It's about 20-25mins away. The house is part of a duplex that is not in a good area. Lots of sirens and truck noises. All of the furniture is cheap and very uncomfortable. The house also has areas that have not been cleaned completely. Upon arrival, there was a broke piece of an appliance on the kitchen floor and the couch had holes in it. I took photos of both and sent them to the owner to alert him. He was responsive and offered to bring a new couch, but we were in and out so much we declined. The photos in the positing do not actually match the contents of the house, including a different table and chairs set. Also, the bedrooms had black paper being used as blackout curtains. This is not a place I would recommend for a family, but they do take dogs and have a fenced in yard, which is a plus.

Close to beach and restaurants

We stayed here while our house was being remodeled. It is a nice duplex and very spacious, in an area with tons of good restaurants. Belleair beach is just down the road. The owner was very accommodating and easy to contact. I highly recommend this rental.

Loved it!

Everything was super clean and the place had everything we needed. It was nice a quiet and felt so much nicer then being at the extended stay. Beds are comfy and small private yard which was perfect for our dog to run around. Host was easily reachable and check in was super easy. I would definitely come here again!

This was a little hard to find but once I did it was a very nice experience. The property was perfect for what I needed it for. The owner was very accessible and answered any question I had. I will go back in the future.

first the place is not a house but a townhouse. Second the pictures online are for the next door unit not the one we stayed in. Also the place was not as clean as it should have been. Although there is no smoking inside the place smoking is allowed on the outside as a result of this the smoke smell is all over the house. We had to buy several Febreze plug ins to help with the smell. I do not recommend this place if you are allergic to cigarette smoke or if you are disabled the bathtub is very hard to get in and out of. Could not be outside in the back yard because of a old man who lives next door. Every time someone was outside he would go into his back yard without a shirt I might add and start drilling making an awful noise. lastly the whole place needs to be updated from the kitchen to the bathroom and most of all the floors needs a screen in porch because of the bugs. Lastly it is not a quiet neighborhood as described. Across the place there is an apartment complex and the first night we were there till around 2am people were coming home drunk and making a lot of noise.

Comfortable and nice and quiet

We booked the unit for 28 nights but only stayed 8 nights due to COVID-19 virus concerns. We really enjoyed our short stay and would love to come back again.

BEWARE: Very bad experience!!!!

We travel often and have excellent reviews from all our travels. This is the first time we have ever written a bad review. To be fair unit was clean but everything else was not good at all. Mattress on beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable!!!! Pans were rusty inside. Kitchen supplies were terrible. Unit located across the street from a run down apartment complex. Heard loud people outside talking till late hours of the night. Next door neighbor keeps her very bright flood light on all night long had to put up dark covers on windows. Hot water heater needed to be turned up water was Luke warm no dishwasher and not warm enough to satanize dishes. Lukewarm shower. Contacted owner and he had someone come out to turn it up. He was charged 86.00 said we needed to pay the bill! We would not pay and he decided to try to keep our security deposit . Made up untruths about our pets leaving hairs on the furniture etc when I covered everything with our own sheets. Beware don't give him a security deposit if anything goes wrong He will make up untruths and get his housekeeper to agree with him to try to take money from the deposit to reimburse him for bills he should be paying. He is unethical!! Dishonest!! We have always had great experiences with vrbo and other rental companies. This is our first bad experience! Beware!!!!!
