Maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains à seulement 8 minutes en voiture de la belle plage d'Indian Shores et de kilomètres d'autres plages. Les plages de Clearwater ne sont qu'à quelques minutes de plus. Quartier très calme avec garage 1 voiture et grande allée en U pour un parking facile. Orlando Disneyland est à seulement 1h30.

House a toutes les commodités d'une maison régulière avec cuisine entièrement équipée, draps, serviettes, TV et Wi-Fi. La saisie du code d'accès signifie que vous n'avez pas à transporter de clés. La climatisation centrale maintient toutes les pièces à la bonne température.

La maison a des lits Ikea très confortables dans toutes les chambres et un lit gigogne dans le salon. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et il y a aussi une table de réunion de cuisine qui est parfaite pour socialiser, manger ou préparer des aliments. La cour arrière a une belle terrasse. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur sont également dans le houose pour votre usage.

Le quartier est un quartier familial calme avec des maisons unifamiliales. Les plages sont à seulement 8 minutes. Starbucks et tous les magasins sont à proximité. 1. 5 heures à Orlando Disneyland.

We went to Clearwater for Softball Nationals and stayed in this house. It was close enough to the fields, but far enough to keep us away from the hustle and bustle of the beach traffic and tourists. I would stay here again and again!!

We came for a family wedding and were able to visit 5 different beaches, all within ample distance, during our stay. The house is in a great location to do anything you wish.

We stayed for January and February. Really enjoyed the location. The house was furnished just as advertised. Really clean and everything worked well. Had one small issue where we reached out to host. Not luxurious, but in overall good condition of items. Not extremely clean, but well equipped. Had all the basic amenities. Location not centric but good access to highways.

Thank you for the comments. I you find that there is anything that needs a better clean after arrival, the cleaner/manager would come back during your stay if you let them know. As per the message I sent to you on arrival day, there was another VRBO guest leaving on the same day as your arrival. Unfortunately, this guest did not respect the checkout rules, and did not leave until 1.5 hrs prior to your check-in time, so the cleaners had to scramble to get the house ready for you. The previous guest also left much more damage and things to clean that the usual guest. I am sorry for that inconvenience.

We were very happy with this property. They pretty much have everything you need provided in the house. The house was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable even though other reviews suggested otherwise. The two queens are low to the ground but was not a problem by any means. I wish we could have stayed longer but had to cut our trip short due to winter weather at home.

Listing is misleading

Property detailed on VRBO is very misleading. Outside of property was not put together, neighborhood did not feel safe. Inside of property was unkept noticed dead bugs in closets, stains on sheets and in bathroom.

You did not let us know what you thought was misleading. The pictures and the description of the property is exactly as it is. You were also not specific about what you did not like about the outside of the property. The neighbourhood is an extremely safe family area, with many of our neighbours having lived in the area for many years. When we stay at the house with our young children, they usually end up playing with the neighbourhood kids. This is not Mar-a-Lago, but it is a regular residential area. If there were any cleaning issues during your stay, the Local Manager/Cleaner will quickly resolve any issue as long as you ask them to do that.

Overall good experience. A bit of a chemical smell in the main bedroom they we had to open windows and fan out but cleared up within a day. It could be cleaning products used. Was a perfect space for my family.

Largo home for a week

The listing is accurate and complete. The house is well appointed with plenty of room. We found everything we needed or wanted at the home. The home is close enough to everything to get where-ever you want to go in less than 30 minutes or so . Loved it. If we're in this area again, we will look for this rental again! Loved it.

Great for the budget

Cute house and quiet location. The guest beds aren’t the best and super low to the ground we had to stack the mattress from the 2 guest rooms for more comfort/ height. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived despite following the instructions and the customer service agents sent us the same login until we got in touch with Cydnee, who by the way was awesome in response. they did mention that they are actively keeping up on pest control because we would find dead insects everywhere. Overall really affordable for the price.

Thanks for the review. The beds are newer Ikea beds. We understand that everybody has their own preference on the softness of the mattress or bed height. Our mattresses are newer Ikea mattresses, and they are medium firm. Most of our guests are happy with the beds and mattresses. Glad we could ge the internet back online. Regarding pests, we have the house regularly treated for pests like ants etc, but they will occasionally get through regardless. This area is close to tropical and they live outside just the cicadas, so it is impossible to eliminate them completely.

Good location

The house is in a great location to access many things in the Largo area. The neighbours are lovely and pretty well all greet you. The kitchen is very well equipped and so is the house. It is a little tired and we had a couple of things that didn’t work but they sent a repairman to fix them. The pool is a community pool that you have to pay to get in and it is not always available because it is used for meets etc.
