Un grand chalet d'invité de 1 chambre à coucher ('Beachside Kiss') 'Moonlight Hug' est un chalet à deux étages et une location parfaite en bord de mer pour une escapade romantique ou de petites vacances en famille.

L'un des plus grands chalets d'hÎtes le long de Scenic 30A, Moonlight Hug possÚde de hauts plafonds, des espaces de vie et de salle à manger ouverts et une suite parentale surdimensionnée avec salle de bain privée et balcon. Et pour rendre les choses encore meilleures - le chalet peut accueillir 4 personnes à l'aide d'un canapé-lit!

Le niveau principal est l'endroit oĂč vous trouverez votre salon et salle Ă  manger avec une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, une cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit, des siĂšges de bar pour 2 et des siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires pour 2 de plus Ă  une table de cafĂ©. We chose to stay here again because of its ample space, great location, and convenient parking! We noticed that the room upgraded to a king bed with a new couch/chair downstairs. Those were great additions! The only downside was the overall cleanliness of the home. There was a lot of hair/dust bunnies piled up in corners that could easily be addressed with a vacuum, but made me feel a little uneasy about how much cleaning had been done prior to our arrival. I’m sure it is difficult being a pet friendly home, but when you have a toddler crawling all over the floor, it’s hard to not notice. Overall, it’s a great stay, but would highly suggest a good clean and perhaps updating the upstairs furniture.

My 1st Vaction by Myself

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was so excited. It is the cutest little cottage with a feminine feel. Great that I had parking right out front. I felt very safe there. It was close to the shopping area. It was clean. It was perfect for me and my dog except the bummer was another home next door was doing major outdoor construction and it was very loud. I reached out to Amanda at Homeowners to let her know I wasn't happy. She was very responsive and found me a new house to stay in with no construction noise. She gave me 3 to choose from and followed up with me to make sure I was happy. She went above and beyond. I loved Moonlight Hug and wouldn't have asked to be moved if it wasn't for the construction. I'm picky and would stay in the house again. The house size was perfect for me and would easily accommodate another person but would be cramped with any more than 2 people. If I had to come up with things that could be improved upon it would be to have a couple of rugs at the door in the house and a broom or vacuum so you could clean up the sand or pebbles that were carried into the house. The bathroom could use an update but was fine for the week I was there. The sofa is ready to be replaced.

Reviewer Comments: The location was very good. Seaside is a beautiful town. The trash cans were turned over when we got there. I called on Monday the management company and let them know. Thursday the trash cans were emptied but trash was left on the ground. I called the management company again and they sent someone over to pick it up. They only picked up the bigger items. The slip cover on the sofa was stained and dirty when we arrived. I made arrangements with the management company to have it changed. I asked to be there when they came since we had a pet with us. They agreed. We came back from the beach and found a card saying they had been there. The cover was changed ( it looked good) but I was not happy someone came in without us being there. The dresser drawers in the bedroom were broken so clothes had to stay in the suitcases. The spigot in the shower is not working correctly. When you adjust the hot water, it goes cold if you turn it too far. The paint in the bathroom needs some attention.

There weren’t any sauce pans or large skillets, so we were unable to cook meals (as we had hoped to do). 2. The mattress on the sofa bed is very thin and you can feel the metal frame underneath the mattress when you are laying down.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moonlight Hug is in a great location. However, it is dated and needs some attention to get it back to good shape. We liked staying there because of the location and great parking. Our big complaints come from the television being out one day of our three day stay and the internet pretty much not working at all. These days a good internet connection is a must. The property manager tried to fix the problem but was unable to do so. We would not choose to stay there again as there are many other one bedroom options in Seaside in much better condition.

Great for Couple + Toddler

Just enough space for the three of us- easy walking distance to town center and playground. Screened in porches helped keep little on safe. We brought our own travel toddler bed.
