Beautiful place especially the pool area. House is well appointed. Lots of beach equipment and pool chairs,lounges, and umbrellas. Felt very cozy but not cramped. Would definitely stay again. Cudos Keith!!

Second time we've stayed here. Love the house, the neighborhood and the proximity to everything. Beautiful weather and relaxing backyard oasis.

Adorable house!

Loved the house! Perfect for 2 couples or parents with a couple of kids. Great pool area! Immaculate landscaping. Convenient location. Only recommendation would be replacing some of the pool furniture. Very relaxing trip and we would return.

First time renting a home

This property was everything that we wanted. Usually stay in hotels but decided to rent a home so was quite nervous. As soon as we stepped into the house, we were super excited. We felt at home. It was really nice. Could’ve stayed another week or more. Will definitely be back Margaret

Overall the property was nice had a few issues with electrical outlets not working in the bathrooms. Biggest problem was the host was difficult to contact. Didn’t get check in info until late the day before. Also tried to contact them the day before we left with no response for over 24 hrs.

We always aim to respond to guests promptly, and we regret if there was any lapse in communication during your stay. That’s certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. We did find a tripped GFI outlet in the bathroom and after resetting, found that all outlets are in good working order. Thank you again for staying with us!

Great house and location

This house is even nicer in person. The communication with host was very good, and we received all welcome info before check in. Any issues were dealt with promptly (and they were minor). The house was very comfortable, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds comfortable and plenty of linens/towels. the yard is amazing! We spent so much time in this pool or sitting in the chairs in the pool. Red Tide hit the oceans during our stay so we couldn't be on the beach, but this pool was a game changer and now a "must" for us. Also loved having access to the gas grill. Washer/dryer very convenient in garage. We were just 2 adults for most of our stay, but had 2 visitors for short time, plenty of space, and lots of sitting room with 2 sitting areas as well as a lovely screened in porch that could accommodate up to 6 of us. Overall just loved this place. Highly recommend.

Great property, great location and super clean. We were celebrating a 21st birthday and couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay. The pool was the icing on the proverbial birthday cake😁😁😁

Amazing!!

Beautiful and cozy house! Very clean, well organized and equipped. Outside patio and the pool are the best part of the house. We really appreciate the communication with the manager. Nice and quiet neighborhood. close to vanderbile beach. Very well recomended
