Impeccably designed 1 bedroom condo just steps away from Vanderbilt Beach featuring nearly 600 sq. ft. of just remodeled living space and cozy screened lanai with peek-a-boo bay view.

Rooftop Pool Area with Lounge Chairs, Tables & Gorgeous Bay Views. Towels, Beach Towels, Umbrellas, Cooler & Beach Chairs all provided in the condo.

The open kitchen/dining/living area features new floors/paint, new transitional furniture (including comfortable pull out sofa and swivel chair) and a 65" flat screen Smart TV with Cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Kitchen was remodeled with new shaker cabinets, stainless steel sink and faucet, granite countertops and marble backsplash. Other appliances include stainless steel built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, flat surface induction cooktop and oven with air fryer. Small appliances include toaster and Keurig coffee maker all in new or near new condition. Silverware, plates, pots, pans, etc are also included.

The remodeled bath also features new white shaker cabinets, granite countertop and back splash, new stainless steel plumbing fixtures, new light fixtures, new tile floors and glass enclosed walk in shower with high pressure shower head.

Master bedroom includes comfortable king size bed with 55" flat screen Smart TV with Cable, Netflix and Amazon movies. There is a Pull Out Couch for the Living Room to Sleep Additional Guests.

Washer & Dryer in unit. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout.

Perfect for us

Location is great, short walk to the beach. While construction was ongoing, it wasn't really that bad for us. We kind of enjoyed sipping cocktails at the rooftop pool and watching the crane workers next door. It stops at 5:30, so nights are certainly peaceful. We love the location and was the perfect fit for us. Owners were excellent with the communication and support during our stay.

Cute Place

The Condo itself was great. So clean, perfect for my husband and I. We loved the rooftop pool. We were there to visit sick relatives and were not at the condo a lot. The construction would be an issue if we spent a lot of time there. Beach was just a short walk and they had everything you needed for the beach. Would stay again once the construction is over.

The good, the bad and the ugly

The GOOD: This property is in a great location because it is near the beach, which is awesome. The host was super responsive and helpful and the apartment is nicely decorated. The BAD: The kitchen is not super well equipped and some of the pots were stained and didn't look very clean, however, that was easily solvable by giving them a good washing. The towels provided were rather worn also. The UGLY: The construction going on around it (which we knew before hand that there was construction) makes it a little dreary, because the only two openings that allow light in had to be closed during most of the day for privacy. Even when it was opened, the only view was the onsightly construction site. One of the new buildings going up pretty much blocks out the view of the bay. We were glad that construction work was light during the fourth or July weekend and there wasn't much noise from the construction.

Perfect for the two of us

We had a great time here. We had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Super clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. We loved the wagon to take to the beach. We loaded up the beach chairs and umbrella and cooler and headed to the beach everyday. Only a few minutes walk. After a day at the beach we went to the pool which we loved. (Salt water pool and crystal clear) This condo is located in a great area with awesome restaurants all around. There is construction going on but it didn’t really bother us. Some mornings we would hear it so we turned on the fan app on the phone and drowned it out. Suzanne was amazing. We asked if we could stay a few more nights but she was booked. So she arranged for us to move to another unit in the same building. We really appreciated her going the extra mile for us. We will be back!

Our manager. Suzanne was awesome. We needed new beach chairs and an umbrella. She delivered all the next day with a new cart and cooler! She made us feel so welcome! It was a great vacation!

Location, location

Location was the best! 1 1/2 walking blocks to the beach. Publix 5 minutes up the road. Construction noise - Yes. But quiet in the evenings and on most weekends. I pushed a bit to get early check-in from the airport so accepted that a 4-hour deep clean hadn't happened. Shower wasn't 100% clean and property manager offered to stop by to clean which I declined by appreciated her effort. Overall very good stay for a month.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Location was great with a very short walk to the beach, convenient to restaurants and downtown Naples. There was construction going on in front of building so was little noisy but we found it interesting to watch. Condo was clean. I did not find any beach towels but purchased a few and left for next visitors:). Would consider staying again.

Clean, adequate unit surrounded by construction

Condo was clean, new kitchen appliances. Property manager was responsive and friendly. Construction on every side of the building made for noisy mornings. There was a lovely rooftop pool but the spa (hot tub) was broken and the wicker chairs showed some wear. The location of the building is ideal in that it is a short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores and shopping. Parking was very convenient.

Great stay

This is a great property and hit all the check marks for us. It's a short walk to the beach and has a cart with chairs and umbrella to enjoy. It also doesn't have a lot of units in it, so when relaxing on the rooftop pool, there aren't a lot of distractions. Residents were also very friendly to us and the unit has been newly remodeled to include a washer/dryer. Last item is most important, owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with, this is the one to stay at. While there is a lot of construction and recovery going on, it really didn't have an impact on our stay.
