Récemment rénové trois chambres, deux salles de bain en bord de mer plat est une unité de coin. Facile à entrer et à sortir pour ceux qui ont du mal à marcher. Cette unité peut accueillir 8 personnes avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la chambre d'hôtes du milieu, deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre d'hôtes et un canapé-lit dans le salon. il y a trois téléviseurs et deux lecteurs DVD. Planchers de tuiles partout. Gril à charbon à l'extérieur pour la commodité de pouvoir griller à l'unité. À Summerhouse, nous avons 4 piscines à température régulée au choix sur la propriété, ce qui rend la baignade confortable toute l'année! Il y a également quatre courts de tennis, deux courts de racquetball et un terrain de pickleball. Nous avons deux zones de grillades et deux aires de jeux pour les enfants idéalement situées à chaque extrémité de la propriété. Notre espace commun autour des piscines est couvert d'herbe luxuriante et bien entretenue à quelques pas de la plage. Notre unité de location dispose d'un personnel de réception convivial et d'une maintenance sur place pour aider à résoudre rapidement tout problème s'il devait survenir. Nous avons une petite bibliothèque et une salle de sport disponibles pendant les heures normales de bureau pour votre commodité.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Summerhouse for about 40 years, on and off, so we have a good platform to rate this unit. It was a lovely unit - except for the mattresses and the living room furniture. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms were unlike anything I have ever seen soft you could not get out of them without help. I think someone put a pillow top on to try to cover up a bad mattress. The living room furniture looks good in the photo, but both the sofa and the loveseat have very little cushioning...on the sofa you can actually feel the hard metal support underneath. This unit would be really good if it were not for these two very important issues. Like it is, the unit was not worth the money we paid for it.

Has to be more organized with some system to let the office know when rentals are available and those people can go ahead and check in. In the past, we have been able to get in earlier and the office staff was very accommodating. Something needs to be changed by next year to make this a smoother process.

The only negative thing was initially when running the water a horrible rotten egg smell filled the whole place up. After the hot water was ran for awhile and time passed, the next day it was just fine. It was a beautiful vacation and we love staying at Summerhouse. This unit had everything we needed and we will stay here again.

Unit 166 was one of the most beautiful and well equipped units we have ever stayed in. We were disappointed that the dishwasher wasn’t working for most of our trip and that it took three days to get it fixed. Especially after being told it hadn't worked properly in eight months. For what we paid we shouldn’t have to worry about doing dishes on vacation. Other than that it was perfect.

The only issue i have is that the beds are really not comfortable, even in the master, although it's better than the others. Paying $2500 rent for a week, i really think they need to do better. Small guest bath to accommodate 2 bedrooms. Removing the shower/toilet room door would help. Queensize bedroom small with furnishings packed in there; no window. Kitchen well equipped. Love the dining area. More area rugs would be nice. Plenty of towels on hand. Beautiful countertops with new appliances. Overall a nice stay.

Very close to the beach and easy to get to We had a few surprises in the kitchen regarding cleanliness. Overall most things were clean but we found a very dirty knife & very dirty spatula And a bowl in the cabinet With water as well as seeing a Live roach under the kitchen Cabinet. Also we noticed many cobwebs under the TV cabinet in LR. The attention to these details were surprising as the unit was overall pleasant. The master bedroom window lock is broken which presents a security issue

The picture of the condo you see here has been redecorated. We loved it before and love the new decor, also. This condo is very clean and we're an older group - very picky! The atmosphere at the condo site is low key and quiet. The grounds are beautiful. The location of this condo is perfect. It's an end unit, not far from beach access. The kitchen is stocked. The only thing missing this time were beach towels and beach chairs. We always bring our own, so it wasn't an issue. Usually, those items in a rental are ratty anyway. The management is great, very helpful. St. Augustine is nearby. The shopping is fabulous and restaurants are the best. We will return!We are Floridians and enjoy beach weather in Sept and Oct. MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS THROUGH THE CONDO MANAGEMENT! I took my husband once and went through vrbo. The condo we got was up a long flight of stairs, then into a town home with more stairs. Lugging up the coolers, food, suitcases, etc., was really hard for us - not so young people.

Great location
Can see beach from patio. Definitely beach front. The boardwalk was only a few steps away, very convenient. I would have left a 5 star review however, the a/c stopped blowing cold air. I called maintenance and they were there in 20 min. Fantastic response time. Tech removed furnace filter and it was dirty. Hadn’t been changed in 14 months. That “fixed” it for a day. Our last day/night the temp was 78 inside. I feel this is an owner issue rather than Summerhouse. The beach and surrounding area were excellent.

That Ocean View!
Immaculate, nicely decorated condo with a beautiful ocean view. The only down side were the marshmallow mattresses. None of us liked them.
