Perfect

Lovely condo with all things new. Very comfortable for 3 couples. We had a couple of issues with a cleaning over sight of which I’m sure was addressed, which would have me not give 5 stars but it is still an awesome unit with all you could ask for. We will come back, love the concerts at the Amp

4th of July

We absolutely love our host here at Ocean villas. We've stayed here for six years and two years in this unit. They were gracious enough to let us come in on Friday, July 3 which was awesome so that we would be ready for the fourth and the family. The condo is really well equipped and very comfortable thank you iTrip for making our vacation so much fun and stress-free.

This condo was so spacious and clean! I have stayed for numerous years in St. Augustine but this condo has been the best. It is also very special needs friendly. I have a child with Down Syndrome and usually have to adapt to various things while on vacation. There was no need to do that here. The upper lock on the door was exactly like we have at home to keep her from leaving, The fenced in patio gave freedom to go outside without someone having to be right there. A zero entry pool right outside the patio with a short walk to the beach without any steps was amazing!! We always have problems navigating numerous stairs and was thrilled to see there was none on our short walk out to the beach. The host gave clear instructions for checking in and departure. The whole experience was wonderful!! Will be back again!

Wonderful Accomodations!

My sisters and I truly enjoyed our time here! It was wonderful being near the beach as well as having a pool to lounge at. They were excellent at communication and even left a surprise for us for my birthday!! Every day they checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The condo is beautifully updated and very comfortable. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great location - beach right there; pool on site! 15 min from downtown St. Augustine. Stretch of A1A by the condos had great restaurants, shops, and grocery store less than 5min away. Great communication with property manager!

Property very clean and nice. Had some difficulty communicating with host. He said there was a Keurig there and apologized bc there wasn’t. We managed good without. Got mixed messages about grill on property, there were 2 out by the beach entrance but we didn’t use bc we were just not sure of rules. The range controls were scary bc if we got against them reaching for things, they came on accidentally but we learned to watch closely. Still we would stay there again. Beautiful place.

Beach access is great

The condo was very well stocked with dishes etc along with linens including beach towels. We loved the beach access as it was so easy - just a short walk via a coded access gate. We will definitely be coming back.

Clean and comfortable

We loved this villa! Super clean and comfortable and close to beach and pool. I was a bit worried it would not be up to my standards of cleanliness because of the “pet friendly” factor, but no need to worry. Very clean and perfectly updated. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Love the laundry is easily accessible and storage was great in kitchen and closets! We will be back!

Fabulous Family Beach Week

Our family has taken a beach vacation of some type each summer since I was a young child. We just stayed a week at St Augustine Beach, renting 4 condos at Ocean Villas. My unit, 25, a floor unit, did not disappoint. We return to this one each year to have ground-level access for my mother and room for our grandchildren and be near the beachside pool and beach walkway. Mother wasn’t with us this year, so 3 bedrooms gave the parents and grandparents comfort and for the first time, the kids their own room. The 2 baths were well-equipped and nicely appointed. We appreciate the beach towels provided and the spacious patio. We rotate between 2 rented ground units for a few dinners - there are up to 25 of us if we all can make it- and the new patio table of our unit made having a meal together easy. The kitchen of our unit (25) was wonderfully equipped with newer appliances. We prepared breakfast daily and cooked a few “pot luck” style meals last week and had everything we needed. We look forward to returning again next year!

The condo was amazing! Everything was great! We always enjoy staying at Ocean Villas and it was the perfect location to go around the Island and also to and from downtown! The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms were very spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked of everything we needed! Would come back in a heartbeat!
